Naoko Noda, who works in a trading company, is called "anego" by her younger co-workers. What is "anego"? It means "older sister", but in this case, it is given as a nickname to Naoko because she is like a big sister to her co-workers, who depend on her to give them advice about everything. This drama depicts realistically how Naoko lives her everyday life, including her love life, the problems she faces, and her uneasiness about the future.

Office romance comedy focusing on older FL called Anego aka older sister in the office coz she is like a big sister to her coworkers & giving them advice in many things. She takes care of everything in the office & a newbie younger ML who start to work in the company. I don't mind watching younger ML & older FL drama/movie.

Both drama are office romances that revolve around an older woman and a younger man. There is some business related issues along with some questions that one asks as they grow up and start working. Both drama dont try to portray perfect characters but they show them as regular people, sometimes as a coward or a bit problematic in some incidents.

Slow-paced dramas, depicting an older woman - younger man relationship, similar atmosphere. They're not awesome, but both a decent watch to relax after a rough day.

In both series the main woman isn't considered a suitable partner by the men around them. They end up meeting younger men who will help them change themselves.
