Both feature a male lead who due to a traumatic event in their past have been rendered disabled (one deaf and one blind). These leads can be a bit cold on the outside at times and can appear to be uninterested in what is going on around them, yet they both have a warm, fuzzy inside that leaks through especially when the female lead is present. Both drama will remind you of older plotlines. They are also equally frustratingly soap-operaesque you might say. Both drama have a ml that deals with the pain of past trauma. The feeling they both carry is very similar despite the plot differences. Old love rekindling is also an important theme in both drama in different ways though
