JYP Comedy

Okay the jokes in this episode are really much more funny if you know the context that the group is split in half, three of them are the GOT group and the other four are with the main lead. Also the comparison to JYP and knowing who the main rival girl is Park Ji Min who is apart of the JYP Family with GOT7. But because I knew this, the episode was funny. Taken out of context, it kind of highlights the crazy side of fandom and fan wars in a funny but kind of frightening way. Though this is meant to be comedy, I may be overthinking this. This wasn’t a bad episode but it just shows how not seriously I’m taking it, because other than the lead, the acting is So-So more leading to the bad side on some things when compared to other dramas.

Enjoyably Watchable

While this show is by no means one of the best things I've ever seen, the comedic moments in this episode keep me hooked. Plus the fun music dance breaks with GOT7 music and jokes about Jr. being a second generation Jin Young Park just add to the JYP family vibe this has.
Let's face it, most of GOT7 isn't really up there in terms of having to act serious. But acting like dorks? They've got that one down easily, and this really showcases that.
The Gook Ju cameo was especially funny, given the friendly relationship she and Jackson have on Roommate. It was a pleasant added touch.
Still, I have to be harsh in the rating if only because we don't really get any new knowledge of plot in this one, and I feel the messages could have been condensed down into half the length, i.e. the four helping her are now favored and trying to live at her house. Should be an easy plot point, but it was dragged out for the point of putting more comedic moments in. Not a terribly bad choice, but by no means a great one either.
