- Both dramas are romcoms centered around a magazine-based workplace
- In both, the ML is the FL's boss and they've met each other previously
- The ML is a tsundere to the compassionate, persevering (and endearingly quirky, lol) FL
- The SML is a more bubbly character who also works with the FL
Edit: The wrap-up of MMH was disappointing. Nowhere near as wholesome as SWP, which I now feel certain in saying is superior of the two.

Fifteen-year-old Sei Saotome is the type of person who tends to fail at the most crucial times. After nearly becoming a high school drop-out, she enrolls into a school that is overambitious for her. There she meets the bold and popular Taiyou Udagawa; and the dreamy and stars obsessed, Mizuki Ootaka. After being asked by Mizuki to join the two guys in the Astronomy Club, it turns out high school life isn't as bad as she had expected.
The plot is def not the same but the leads resemble eachother in a way like how the male leads both had childhood crushes and now they are grown up to find their lovers again. They are both rich and its also an enemies to lovers trope in both although " She was pretty " had more of the enemies to lovers i feel like. I didnt really like both but if you did liked " Radio Romance" maybe you could like this one . Just my opinion.
As a young girl, Hye Jin was impossibly cute and lived a comfortable life with her wealthy parents. Since entering her teens, both her looks and fortunes have drastically changed. She currently lives rent-free with a friend and is a part-time clerk at a convenience store. Out-of-the-blue, Sung Joon, her childhood friend, contacts her and suggests they meet. He is unaware that Hye Jin recently spotted him and knows how fit and handsome he had become. Not wanting to disappoint him, she insists her pretty best friend go in her place. What could go wrong?
After landing a full-time job, Hye Jin is surprised to find out that Sung Joon is her boss. To add insult to injury, he is treating her with nothing but disdain and contempt. This is not the friend she fondly remembers, so she goes about hiding her true identity from him.

its also ugly duckling theme based... but not exactly the similar plot ... same nerdy fl and handsome ml lead ... and too the second lead ... but she was pretty doesn't have negative second female lead like in gangnam beauty ... love in both over flows and male lead admire and fall for female lead like from head to toe

- Both male leads have drastic appearance changes as they appear more handsome when they grew up, thus looks/appearance is one of the main theme in both dramas
- Both leads knew each other when they were children
- There is a boss and employee relationship in both dramas
- Both male leads are rich
- When they met up again after years, in both dramas, the leads start off on the wrong foot.

- Male and female leads were childhood friends.
- She was considered a goddess and he wasn't (in one case he was chubby and in the other one he was a thug).
- They meet again after years and whilst the female lead is doing ok, he has becomen a freaking god in work, visuals and reputation.
- The male lead becomes the female lead's new boss.
- They are both set in a work environment.
- The female lead's company is doing bad and the male lead was hired to help.
- They are about the same length (16 and 17 episodes).
DIFFERENCES:
- While in "She Was Pretty" the male lead doesn't recognize the female lead and she tries to hide the fact that they were childhood friends at all cost, in "Refresh Men" he knows exactly who she is and he decides to actively influence her life.

- They both depict physical changes made by the mains and tells the story of how their lives change
- Both set in the work place
- Both male leads are the females' bosses/manager
- She was Pretty's transformation was from attractive to unattractive (even though she wasn't really in my opinion, I thought she was so cute!!) While diamond lover was the other way around
