Engaging stories. Interesting topics
I watched this drama after Kiss Me Again, since the events in this series were supposedly taking place after that one although this drama was shot earlier.Well, it is not an actual follow-up story. I kept getting confused, mostly because PeteKao is not happening AT ALL until the final eps and even then its not a follow up, but a repeat of Kiss Me Again. Weird.
On the other hand, the stories that we get in this drama are very engaging. We have good guys and villains, we have humor, tension, love and excitement. The story I liked most was the SanDee/Thada arc, where these two are quite obviously in love, but don't want to risk their friendship for a relationship. It takes a pregnancy scare and their friends intervening for them to finally admit their feelings to each other. Their interactions feel very real and raw. Side-note: Thada's hair deserves it's own drama!
The other interesting story is between SanRak and Na. Even though they are both a few years older than SanDee and Thada, they both have a lot of growing up to do, and they both do before they are ready to be together. I got a lot more chemistry from Na than from Rak, but that could be intentional.
Props go to the makers for realizing that side characters matter to the experience of a drama. The villains as well as the friends are well-developed characters with their own lives, hardships and reasons. Pick, Jane, June... thank you for making this drama even better. I'm paraphrasing June saying he may be viewed as the comic relief, but that's because he wants to make his friends' life better than his own. Such a gem!

Basically, this drama tells you about 2 different couples:
1. the university couple - the hardheaded tomboy x a guy from her all-guy friendship circle.
2. the other couple - a naive girl x her sister's ex
The characters are so friggin stupid that it gets frustrating 90% of the time. However, characters aside, I always love a cute love story, and this drama definitely has some cute fluffy elements in it (despite the unbelievely SLOW progress of the romances). This is why I gave the story a 7/10.
I don't see much problem in their acting whatsoever, but sometimes the emotions weren't really conveyed properly so it was kind of awkward to watch. But I love how they casted it since they had Mek and Mild paired again like in Ugly Duckling series: Don't. And I love their chemistry. Hence, an 8/10.
Fun fact: Mook and Mek are siblings.

I actually watched this because I thought Pete and Kao has a lot of scene here because I watched the Dark Blue Kiss first since I like Bl. I,m kinda disappointed but I'm a big shipper of Mek and Mild since ugly duckling.
Story Review: The story is actually good but messy. If you guys know what I mean like the flashbacks and it is really long. I like the story for because it has a family, friend, relationship topic but yes some part are still messy for me.
Acting/Cast: Well I love the cast my idols in one gang as in Tay Tawan,New Thitipum,Mek Jirakit,WjMild, and Nicky Nachat. It is just I cant feel any vibe for Tao and Mook. I dunno if I am just picky but I can't feel them in this series.
Music: Well I the music is good but when you hear the song repeatedly you will loose your interest. It is not that playable and not catchy enough to play it in my mind.
Re watch Value: I think for me I,m gonna re watch it since I'm a MekMild shipper. Even I don't lie some part but there is a part where in you want to re watch that scene badly especially the funny part.
My overall will be 8.5 because as what I said this is more of drama than comedy but I still like this series.

WHAT A COMPLETE DISASTROUS RIDE!!!!
Ok so with this series I was feeling at the first watch of the trailer, I was like "it's pretty interesting" because it started of Sandee and Thada slept together. The first few episodes, I was like just tolerating some scenes and I was just basically rooting for PeteKao here actually. I was really clenching my fist to punch the stupidness out if Sanrak's face. I am good with other characters (except May, Ella, First and Fahsai also). I can't really imagine how she tolerate his boyfriend triflin' with another bitch. I was really trying to contain myself when she forgives his bf and keeping track of his treachery for nothing just to forgive him over and over again. That is really toxic and it seemed like Sanrak is usually retarded to anything she do and act. I hate her passive behavior towards her bf especially when she and her classmate caught him with a bitch on a resto. She always dismisses suspicion and dispel her rights to be angry to what he did ????. If I were her I would smash his triflin'ass face into the ground because his so full of it. All I really like about her is her perseverance when she commit and admit to her own mistakes but the rest, she sucks.Ella she is a clingy bitch you won't have to be around and very sensual towards Na. Fahsai being a snake friend towards Sandee. I am really annoyed when she is being plastic talking to Sandee and she deserves to be dumped by Thada for sure. First a triflin'ass motherfucker in the series, you could tell because he keeps on dipping his hands in the cookie jar you know. He keeps a set of treachery inside of his sleeves and he is the worst one too, being too demanding to fence Sanrak from Na when it is him roaming free sleeping with other nasty bitches in his place. May is extremely unpleasant because it seems like she's a mentally ill clingy brat towards Thada. There is one particular scene where she pushed Sandee unexpectedly.
Any of these characters, except Sanrak, were not making sense in the flow of the story. Sanrak could have been a better character but, like the rest of the characters do not show development throughout the series and it is shameful to say that. The storyline began to be absurd and PeteKao and the gang alone were really there just to keep my chin up after enduring every stressful scene of each episode.
I found myself skipping
THIS
and
THAT
but completely calm when PeteKao and the gang take over.
Music's good, cast/characters is subpar, storyline, eehhh could have been better. Is it rewatchable, no, neither stood a chance of analyzing the storyline (I'm just really into PeteKao here, I might be bias but even though you're not into this two, the series is really full of shitty characters except PeteKao, Sandee and Khun Jane).
This is the worst series I've watched, next to Gen Y honestly, don't try to argue with me.

In this series, PeteKao were introduced as friends who were secretly dating. There wasn't much angst in their story since they were just side characters, but their relationship was just simply adorable. I was hoping to see more of their story, and the subsequent shows in this series really followed through with that!
I remember Sandee and Thada's 'will they or won't they' relationship being a prominent theme (I was rooting for them to get together). Mild's role and her acting here really impressed me. Comedy relief was provided by June, who, although occasionally going a bit overboard, brought humor to the story and was a lively part of the series.
Otherwise, I don't really remember much about it. Overall, a below-average series from GMMTV as a whole.

I think to the detriment of Kiss: The Series I watched the seasons of this show in chronological order of the storyline and not as they were released. I really wouldn't recommend doing that, although a lot of the holes in the plot other reviewers pointed out were filled for me because I knew the back story after watching Kiss Me Again. I fell in love with Pete/Kao and they have a very small role in this series. I ship DeeDa as do the members of the group, but I found some of the drama unnecessarily frustrating. I could have done without Sanrak/Na's storyline. Sanrak's character became increasingly frustrating as the show went on. She seemed to constantly cause issues where she meant to be helpful and what the producers probably thought made her endearing made her seem frustratingly stupid. I know it's a trope/cliche to have the head-over-heels in love girl continually forgive the cheating or otherwise mediocre boyfriend but I just couldn't deal with it. June is a great filler character. You know exactly what his role is in the show (comic relief and a tie in between characters) and it's well executed by towing the line of too annoying and too forgettable. There's nothing that would make me re-watch this show, but I HIGHLY recommend at least the spin-off Dark Blue Kiss honorable mention to the prequel Kiss Me Again. Was this review helpful to you?
Story: 6/10 because the main plot was very slow to the point of frustration!! I was actually liking the 2nd leads' (Worranit & Sarasathapheng) story better because it was going along & they were so cute together. Then both stories because slow out of frustration. But it got better once they get to the core to each story. There was a twist in the main couple(Jirakit & Wiraporn) story that I found interesting. Can't tell without spoiling so I won't. If the main story was a little faster, then the story would score higher. But despite the slowness of story line, it was very cute & still came back for more.
Acting: 7/10 because it was the best thing about the drama was the acting. It was nothing groundbreaking but it was enough to like them. Worranit played Sanrak as a native woman who is too forgiving. It's a good trait to have, but it got to the point it got annoying, but liking her in the second half of her story. Wiraporn played Sandee a woman who due to circumstances has decided to keep a secret & not tell anyone. But it took so long that I screamed at the poor innocent screen. The people in the drama that I liked most were Na(Sarasathapheng), the brother of Sandee & Sanrak(Korawit) & Jane(unknown actress name) & couple of Sandee's friends. Jirakit played Thada pretty good, but nothing groundbreaking. His character worked harder than anyone else. He tried to make everyone work. The family chemistry was the best part of the drama.
Music: 6/10 because the theme song was good, but it droned me out after a while. There was a couple of other songs & I don't really remember.
Re-watch value: 5/10 because it was a roller coaster of a story, but not a good way to me. If you like it, then that's your opinion.
Overall, you should watch it if you want to see the actors/actresses, rom-com dramas & want to watch something cute, then you should watch it. But be cautiously excited to watch it.

Not sure I can finish this one
I'm a almost halfway through this show and I'm not sure I can watch much more of it. The main reason I'm feeling the urge to drop it is just how stupid the older sister is. Her stupidity in letting her boyfriend get away with doing the things he does and then taking the blame for most, if not all, of it it is ridiculous. It's a shame because I think the other parts of the show are fairly enjoyable but the rampant stupidity of the older sister is really frustrating to me. I will see if it gets any better before I decided this show's fate but unless it does a 360, I will not be finishing it.Was this review helpful to you?
The actors do their jobs well, I have to say. I can’t imagine it is easy to deliver in a role that’s as vapid, stupid and ridiculous as Sanrak. Mook does a great job as I think she is the opposite of all those things in reality. No natter how good (or bad) the rest of the story was, I found myself fast forwarding through anything Sanrak and, honestly, half of Sandee’s nonsense as well.
Dear God, I hope Kiss Me Again is better. If not, I may have to content myself with MealDate and Tay Fest episodes to see my favorite boys!

boring
since i had been hearing about this drama series here and there i wanted to give it a try. i like mild and other actors also seemed good so i had high expectations and thought i would enjoy it. but i could stand this series only for 3 episodes... the story starts off well and interesting, it seems like it will develop well. but it just goes nowhere. everything is messy. i got super bored. the plot is just all over the place. i thought of giving it another chance and watch the 4th episode as well but no way... im disappointed. Was this review helpful to you?

Mediana
A ost é boa, fotografia bem comum. Se a série deixou uma lição, foi de que educação sexual é importante, mesmo que a pauta tenha sido levada como alívio cômico no final.
Se eu pretendo ver de novo? Não! Mas com certeza recomendo.
