The plot is quite similar. It is about a girl who was a princess, but her family was betrayed and defamed. She acquires the identity of someone else and makes her way into the palace to try and clear the name of her people. She meets the crown prince and falls in love with him. They go through many trials to be together. While there is no cross dressing it might be a drama many who like Love in the Moonlight would enjoy.

Despite differences in plot (L&tE has fantasy elements), FL is a servant who falls in love with royal ML. Their relationship is sweet and lovely and the plot has many fluffy moments with some serious ones.

- Both FL's take on a role to disguise themselves as a man
- Both go through similar problems for example "In a Class of Her Own" the FL ends up going to college to make some money on a debt her family owes, while in "Love in the Moonlight" the FL ends up working as a eunuch in the royal palace.
- In the end, the ML's falls in love with them, but questions themselves if they're falling in love with a "man".
- As they fall in love with the FL'S, they both find out about their identities/disguises, which causes trouble along the way! How will these two stories unveil themselves, go watch them both to find out!

**Keep in mind that "In a Class of Her Own" is a Chinese drama, while "Love in the Moonlight" is a Korean drama**

it also has an interesting plot! The main leads are daebak and they are like the young historical version of Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo . Park Bo Gum is playful and smart like Song Joong Ki and Kim Yoo Jung is intelligent and loves to help people like Song Hye Kyo in DOTS. LOVE IN THE MOONLIGHT is HIGHLY recommended! You will regret nothing after watching this drama :)

Similar girl disguised as boy plot device; similar level (high!) of chemistry between leads and both a quality watch.

The male leads are initially fooled by the female leads dressing/acting as males but learn relatively early on in the drama that they are actually women. Cute chemistry all around and a quality escapism romance drama in both.

Gender Bending because her missing mother insisted that the female lead had to be a boy. Female lead is confident strong, witty and smart but she really wanted to be herself rather than 'himself'.

Historical setting.

Both are romantic comedies with puppy like romance. FL in these dramas are kind, sweet and responsible and ML in both dramas are sooo cute. <3

The female leads in both the dramas are disguised as a male. Both are set in ancient times.
Suzy's character in Gu Family Book is a girl who never goes anywhere without her sword and prefers to pass for a boy

They are similar from the friendship point of view ,,, Both dramas have good Bromance presence between the male leads and their good relation ship protecting each other may be one more than the other also Both has that Boss and subordinate relationship but they care about each other deeply

Both dramas are gender-bender set into the past. Well... Snow Lotus isn't just in the past since it's about reincarnation. But there is gender-bender in present too.
