These two concerns with knowing about your own future and trying to choose a path in present that makes a better future. During TOMORROW WITH YOU the male lead travels to the future and simply witness something he wants to avoid. He then comes back and try his best to change his future. During ORANGE the leads from the future send letters to their own present version and warn them of the unpleasant incidents of the time, so these incidents could be avoided.

Both are time travelling dramas. Both show main characters going to the future, trying to find out what happened to their future selves and closed ones. One is crime thriller and the other is a rom com.

Both involve time travel within a relatively short period that can only happen due to a specific location (a train vs. a door). Both have unexpected twists and choices made by the main characters.

In both dramas there are people (one of the leads or both) who know about unfortunate future incidents. Now they need to think about their actions to change their future. MY PERFECT STRANGER happens in the past time. TOMORROW WITH YOU happens during the present timw

I feel like they are similar. They have the same vibe of saving the girl from the being kill in an accident. The main actor would travel back and forth through future and past to see the changes that he's caused by trying to save people.

Both the shows have Lee Je Hoon as the male lead being his usual clueless yet loveable self, meddling with different time zones while trying to solve the murder(s) of a close acquaintance.

One of the best dramas Shin Min Ah has starred in.

HCCC is lighter and easier to watch while TWY requires more effort because of the time travel theme, nevertheless, both are worth the watch.

Soft-Spoiler-Alert:
HCCC has issues with their past (ML's mystery), while TWY unravels issues of the future.

In both dramas, one or both of the leads time travel within a limited period of time, trying to change events in the present/near future that they don't have the full picture of. The ML's personality changes from what it is initially (from cheerful to withdrawn/somber in MDD and from selfish to self-sacrificing in TWY), and both FLs are sunshine personalities who bring light to the ML's life. Both couples have very good chemistry.
