Both are adorable endearing feel good shows where the couples are so sweet that you can get cavities from watching them. Though Louie is always super sweet from beginning to the end and Woo Jin was a kind person when he was young, but a trauma made him hard and avoid others, they both eventually become super sweet BFs. Both couples have great chemistry and both shows leave you feeling all warm and fuzzy inside. They are my two top warm-hearted, light funny romantic comedies. Both female leads are looking for a beloved missing relative and end up finding the male leads instead and they form their own makeshift family.

- Ngl, similar name with ML (Luis & Louie)
- Arrogant and rich MLs who are both known for something

A wealthy person's life is turned upside down over night because of someone close to them leading to forced proximity with someone who does not discredit them or look down on them for their current situation .

ONLY IF YOU WANT TO SEE MORE OF SEO IN GUK.

This drama is completely different, and shows a really different side to Seo In Guk's acting (as well as shows you how well he fits into any role he plays).

You have to be ready for confusion, suspense and not your usual happy ending.

-In both, male lead had an accident for the succession for a conglomerate.
-After accident, male lead gets picked up by female lead without her knowing of his identity.
-The rich male lead lives a poor life with a poor, hard-working female lead and causes her troubles everyday.
-Most importantly, male lead suffers with amnesia so he forgets about himself and about his identity.
-While living together and even having different background, male and female lead falls in love with each other.

Both are about office life. There is no one-note villain who does all the bad things; instead both shows are filled with characters who are inherently good that somehow wind up in bad situations and try to make the best of it.

They both feature a male lead who loses his memory and ends up living with the female lead.

These dramas are both innocent cohabitation stories, and it's very focused on the main characters and their feelings, which was the best part in my opinion. I often dislike it when dramas try to cram so much into the story that they neglect to develop the main story, the reason why people watch in the first place. There's lots of cute moments in both stories, but they're realistic and not diabetes inducing or forced. I highly recommend them both, and if you liked one, I'm sure you'll like the other! :))

Seo In Guk is a male lead in both shows.

He plays a completely different (but oh so lovable) character.

These shows both made me laugh out loud throughout and are lighter comedies that let you forget your worries and take in the sweet stories.

ML in Shopping King Louie is rich (but loses his memory)

Both are light fluffy romcoms with lots of cute moments

ML in Shopping King Louie becomes much nicer and adorably cute (and a bit stupid) after he loses his memory but is the brooding type before then.

In Waking Love up and Shopping King Louie, both male leads take up a memory loss, their rich lives forgotten. In both dramas, the girl is poor, but tends to help them throughout their journey.

While the storylines are very different, I felt that the two male leads (Seo In Guk, in Shopping King Louis, and Choi Woo Shik, in Ho Goo's Love) were both innocent and lovable in their own ways.

Different country but the storyline is actually quite similar! Both leads are rich (hot) heirs but have 'something' that happen to them and their families try to search for them. Both dramas have an ajusshi who wants to prevent the leads from meeting their families. Both dramas have the lead guy fall in love with a country-side girl early in the series. Both series have the leading girl help the lead guy adjust to the new environments. Both dramas have super cute romance/ comedy scenes.

Okay, I admit it, these stories are nothing alike...BUT both have a second ML who's eccentric yet downright adorable!

In Shopping King Louis Cha Joong Won (portrayed by Yoon Sang Hyun) is a stylish, yet gruffy, city bachelor. In My Husband Oh Jak Doo, Eric Cho (portrayed by Jung Sang Hoon) is an insecure US-schooled parvenu who wants to earn prestige for his father's business.
Both actors play these roles with heart and humor and (even if both dramas also have pretty strong first MLs as well) they both often end up stealing the show.

These two second male leads fall in love with their respective dramas' FLs, but even if their feelings remain unrequited they support the women they love. They also begrudgingly form a sort of bromancy relationship with the MLs.
The only reason why I didn't suffer from SLS in neither of these shows is because I didn't want the FLs to steal these two...I mean...they are obviously both mine!
