The main lead doesn't freeze but he time travels 30 years into the future and is stuck there. They both give the same vibe too.

Both are time travelling dramas. Both show main characters going to the future, trying to find out what happened to their future selves and closed ones. One is crime thriller and the other is a rom com.

I don't know why but for me they were kinda the same, tunnel is a bit darker but they gave me the same vibe.

There is Similar scenario of a cop obsessed with a serial killer. Also both have psycologists who study serial killers in the main cast. there is a fantasy element to tunnel, while mouse tries a more realistic approach. Tunnel dwelves into the worst and best of the human mind. And Mouse also looks promising. I believe we could expect a lot from the story. With lee seungi s acting talent, no matter which way his character goes, good or bad, I think he can do a good job.

Both have a fantasy/sci-fi element to them, they are also both crime dramas. In Memorist Dongbaek can see people's memories through touch. Whereas in Tunnel the main character travels to the future through a tunnel.

Another drama that I keep on being reminded of while watching this drama. Same as Strong Woman Dobong Soon, the crime concept is almost the same. Serial killer of women that is traced back up to the present times. And yeah, the fantasy element of the ML being the police assigned to solve the crime in a timelined manner. Like, the ML from the past and present is the same.

Both Tunnel and Vampire Prosecutor are investigative crime dramas. They both have intense cases each episode, and also a good sense of humor and camaraderie between the investigation teams.

A cop from the 80s goes into a tunnel comes out thirty years later to solve an old case
Quite similar synopsis for both of them
Retro detective didn't air yet but from the synopsis they are similar and Tunnel the korean drama was amazing one ,, you should gave it a shot

Both are set in sort of the same time period -- minus the time travel aspect but both deal with crimes and criming solving within a certain period of time when policing wasn't so cut and dry or as cemented as it is today

The same type of time travel plot, where the whole series is about one goal to finding a murderer. Both of these have fantasy as the time travel but also have the genres mystery and thriller in common.

Both are about serial killings and suspense. Romance is the minor player in both. Tunnel is better because it balances well the suspense, the sad scenes and the comedy.

Both are thrilling and emotional. Two Weeks is a chase of a father desperately trying to live in order to save his daughter while Tunnel is about time travel of a detective sent to the future.

Basically the two dramas involves the same tunnel that takes people to another time line
the two dramas have a criminal case needed to be investigated through time

The series Tunnel was inspired by the unsolved Hwaseong serial murders just like the movie Memories of Murder.

Both are crime dramas where the lead detectives and their colleagues try to solve an older case whilist going against their superiors.
Tunnel has a fantasy and time travel element, while The Good Detective has a more realistic setting
