I love the fact that it took him having his glasses on for him to recognize that it was him. Like that is such a real life thing too. Guys can be so dense. Like I used to not wear glasses and when I started people were like what you look nothing like yourself. Years later when I wear contacts now people say the same thing. Its really interesting how much a simple thing can change your face. I found it really endearing how the main characters tripped up all over themselves the moments that they realized they both cared for each other. My favorite part had to be how much a few not naming people tried to get in their way and it just didn't stick. like they explained it away to their loves that there was nothing there. I loved how neither of them made like a blow up big deal out of nothing.
The bad: God that dance scene we had to rewatch them do over and over again killed me. I am a professional dancer and they needed some serious technique help. But since it looked like it was just for fun and entertainment at the end I guess it was okay. But then why make them practice so hard for something that's supposed to be fun. They are not training dancers.
Anyway rant over. It is a great series I recommend you watch it for sure. There are ups and downs like in all drams. But I think this one was well done overall even if the acting is a bit weak here or there.

This drama is a fujoshi's dream come true. I almost gave up on BL dramas until I came across this. I love all the boys in this series each of them have a charm about them that makes me go wild. And what makes this even more lovable is that this drama has 3 very different couples (only two really are shown in this series the third couple will have more shine in the sequel.) that have good amount of screen time so you can fangirl over your favorite. Mine is Kitkat and Ming for reasons I can't tell without going into spoilers. But they have a good growth development and it's not rushed, it feels real. The story is simple and easy to sink your teeth in and filled with enough cute to give you a heart attack. It dodges some annoying cliches that drive me crazy but despite my love for this series it does have some minor flaws. One being that Wayo (Pinnirat Suradej) is very obvious with being new to acting. There are scenes where he literally turns into a deer in the headlights and it can become cringy at times because he does it so much. Like there are moments when a character will ask him something and he will just stand there with his mouth open like his brain just melted and he forgot how to talk. HAHAHA . I really hope he doesn't do that in the sequel. Also you can feel a little awkward tension between the actors during intimate moments especially from Wayo (Pinnirat Suradej). Sorry if it seems like I am picking on him. He really has grown from what I seen of him in a mini little drama commercial thingy. Also the music reminds me of elevator music and I never really could get into it. There were times where I wish I could just mute it but then I wouldn't be able to hear the boys. Those are my only complaints everything else was wonderful. I love the story, the cast is perfect, the acting feels natural for the most part, even the supporting cast and little background characters that pop up are lovable and most of all the romance has so much drama and cheese wrapped up in a nice little beautiful perfect BL ball. I have watched this drama twice and I probably will watch it a thrid time before the second part airs. This is my favorite BL ever! 8.5 out of 10.Was this review helpful to you?
I also love the very enthusiastic wingman friends. The subs I watched made too many rape jokes, though it might have just been a bad translation choice , since the subber even notes at one point that theres a word that means f* in a pushy way but it’s not really rape...ok...well. Why did you translate it like this then? I liked this one more than 2moons2, even though I know the cursed history.
Nothing to write home about, but worth watching if you wanna kill a weekend.

The not so high rating by me simply comes from the fact that I personally missed a good load of drama in this show.
2 moons is very cute, very soft and very romantic. There are no major plottwists, no moments where you fear that they won't come together etc. It's simply very unproblematic and fluffy. I definitely enjoyed it, but I wished to see more dramatic scenes I guess (I loooooove dramatic stuff).
What I really love about the drama are the characters and actors. I really loved all of them, the characters were well displayed and acted out, and also really well written. Also it's the first Thai drama I've seen where there was no girl having a major role ... It just seemed as if everyone's gay anyways.
So overall, I really enjoyed the drama as it was easy to follow, a let's say, typical young people love story, the characters are amazing and the couples cute. I personally just need more drama.

Exciting as a wet dish rag
I was really enjoying this story and Wayo was a really cool mixture of cute and a tough which I found unusual and unique. The supporting characters were also really cool and fun. I especially liked the quirky character of Forth, who was funny and playful. Ming as Wayos best friend was awesome, and the best friend anyone would love to have.So basically everyone was great except for God Itthipat Thanit playing Phana. I disliked his cold facial expressions right from the start, but put it down to him playing a cool aloof Dr-in-training character, but as the series went on I could see the facial expressions of Kit and Beam smiling and admiring Wayo learning his dancing and thinking him cute, but Phana's face just had cold expressionless eyes that I found really ugly.
I don't know what was going on with this actor, but I think it was poor casting, as he clearly wasn't really into playing this role. By episode 5, it was clear there was no chemistry between Phana and Wayo, and romance was totally one sided from Wayo, and non-existent from Phana.
I gave up watching as it was not going to get better and I didn't want to waste more time on it.
... :~(

The story is so cute. It will make you smile, the awkward scenes are way more cuter. Relatively, the actors are newbies but they did a wonderful job with their roles. Bass as Wayo is perfect, his innocence, his excitement, his heartbreak is everything. Gxxod as Phana could a little more in his acting but his masculinity and falling for Wayo hard is also everything. The supporting cast gives light to the drama especially Ming (played by Kimmon). Him as bestfriend of Wayo blends really well with the story, his quirkiness adds life to the drama.
The music used in this series is very good. They blend well to every scenes and they stuck in your head for days.
I am re-watching each episodes numerous times, like every time I watch it it always gives me a feeling of excitement, completeness, a good feeling actually.

Casting was the biggest problem for me. While the supporting characters are pretty good considering they are from a band, the main role seems to have been given to the wrong person. While I appreciate he fit the agenda of being cute, they should have picked a more 'fired up' person to play his role.
You can see from the first few episodes that he is supposed to be a character who is a bit of a hothead, this is even said by his love interest (who is actually a pretty good actor), but he just seemed a bit wispy to me, with way too many long pauses, awkward silences and a failure to have good facial expressions. I feel like any of the actors playing the supporting roles could have taken on the main role as all of them seemed to have the right energy for it.
I'm actually a bit mad at myself because I spent a whole day watching 8 episodes trying to give this drama some hope, but instead ended up with a day wasted. For someone like me whose drama pet peeve is awkward acting, this just wasn't it.
This review probably sounds like it is made sorely for attacking the main lead, but I can appreciate some of the drama's good points as well. My favourite thing about it was the secondary relationship between two of the supporting characters, because they actually seemed natural and it's a shame I couldn't see their relationship develop more.
Overall, I think this drama could've have potential if not for the bad casting and somewhat drawn out story. Don't waste your time by watching all the episodes, each around 40 minutes long, that could, to be honest be condensed into 20-30 mins.

Yo should have won. Ming annoyed me. . Aside from that, the entire show was amazing!!!! I wish there wasn’t so many issues behind the scenes because I would love this cast to come back for the new series. Sadly they are all being replaced but the new cast could never be as amazing as this cast and how they made me feel <3 ^__^Yo should have won. Ming annoyed me. .
