Kimi wa Petto is about a woman letting a man live in her apartment on the condition that he behaves like a dog at home.
My Woofy Poofy Love is about a woman co-habiting with a man who can actually transform into a dog.

When her boyfriend was caught cheating on her, Terada Aki moved out of her apartment and into a sharehouse, where she found herself reunited with her first love, Hongyo Tomoya. Hongyo is novelist, but he has recently been having trouble with his writing, and he asked Terada for help - with a shocking proposal. To complicate matters, the other residents in the sharehouse also start interfering in Terada's life.

Both plots are about an older woman and younger guy who is kinda obedient to her thus called her "pet"...

Both dramas are sweet and about two totally different people developing feelings for each other as they learn to depend on the other while living together, although Kimi wa petto is a bit more extreme with the conditions for tenancy ;)

Maria, struggling financially, juggles a low-paying day job with nighttime shifts at a cabaret to fund her sister Nana's eye operation. Tragedy struck their family when a young Maria accidentally caused a fire, resulting in Nana's blindness and their father's death. Shiro, a discontented concert pianist, crosses paths with Maria in a traffic accident, leading to his hospitalization. Adopting a false identity and amnesia, Shiro seeks refuge at Maria's home, eventually becoming a cabaret pianist. Unbeknownst to them, fate weaves a complex web, revealing that their lives were never meant to intersect.

Follows the same plot but more heartwarming and more importantly(for me) full of Matsujun :)

Since Ha Young is a poor high school student, Hyung Joon writes up an "Enslavement Agreement" to ensure she pays for the damage to his car. Through this agreement, Ha Young finds herself thrown into a nightmarish slave life for 100 days; cleaning his house, running his errands, doing his homework, even cleaning his car.

By accident, she discovers that the damage to Hyung Joon's car only cost $10, so she decides to take her revenge. However, before she knows it, Hyung Joon has shown up at her house as her new tutor! He once again takes advantage of her, but soon Ha Young finds herself falling head over heels for him. But what happens when he drops out of her life just when she needs him most?

Both are about a woman who starts to live with a man in weird circumstances, and afterwards hides the fact that she's living with another guy from her perfect boyfriend.

In both dramas a girl takes care of a guy who behaves like a puppy. They both live together

In both stories the female lead finds a male lead she knows nothing about in front of her house and takes him in as her housemate.

Loads of similarities! Both have a younger man, who do interpretive dance and is feeling lost in life, fall for an older woman, who is also in need of some company and someone to trust. The tone is very different but the characters are surprisingly similar.
