Topnotch story, amazing ensemble acting superstars and perfect direction
????? 5/5! Highly recommended to watch with its intricate storytelling, character depth, acting performances, emotional resonance, and the finale's nonstop action! This is the best webtoon turned Korean superhero TV series for me (I think this is also the Best Korean Drama this year.)
Han Hyoo Joo, Ryu Seung Ryong, Jo In Sung, Go Yun Jung, and almost all other casts including even the villains are fantastically written. The webtoon writer Kang Full is also the same as their screenwriter so you can imagine how top-notch writing was overwhelmingly done.
It's like John Wick, Xmen, and Crazy Little Thing Called Love movies are all rolled into one. If you haven't joined the craze over this series, please see for yourself.
Best Part of the Series:
- Han Hyo Joo and Jo In Sung's electrifying chemistry. Can anyone please hear me when I say, these two should have another separate K-Series?
- Ryu Seung Ryong's dramatic chop. I will say in advance he will win the Daesang with that performance.
- Go Yung Jung's acting. She is one of the rookie actresses I think will really become someone very popular in the future.
- Han Hyo Joo's chameleon acting talent. She just played a school student (in a flashback scene) for the series Happiness and just a couple of months after ending taping the show, she is acting already as a mom. And boy, her acting is soooo believable.
Fave scenes:
- When Lee Jaeman unleashed the hell out of nowhere and beat 2 powerful North Koreans to a pulp that they couldn't even fight back. Imagine if Kang Hoon gets proper training to be as strong as his dad.
- 2 Daddies of the Year Ju Won and Jae Man teaming up!
- Lee Mi Hyun shows the true range of her superhuman senses. She has more kills in the finale than the rest. Mother is truly mothering.
- Kim Bongseukie and Heesoo's late tactic against the flying villain
- The villain's helpless and pitiful backstories.

Epic Last 4 Episodes
Overall this is a really good show and very enjoyable. The reason I am not giving it a 10 is b/c for me there was just way too many flashback episodes. I get that they wanted to give every main characters back story but it it just dragged on too long. It is an actioin drama with deptrh though. The other reason it's not getting a 10 is b/c sometimes this show did the stupidest things. In episode 14 they could have got the little boy out of the sewer by having Jaemin rip the grate out of the wall but no they had to show them punching through a wall. They also did this when Juwon was trying to get to Ji hee in the prior episode. There were some genuinely sad and emotional scenes and for me the one at the beginning of the last episode just had me bawling. When Jaeseok the NK guy with the earthquake/sonic boom powers dies. In that moment when he told Yongdeuk to go and live like a human the tears just started falling!! That shit broke me.
What the writer(s) did very well is giving us these not so easy, black and white issues of who is wrong and who is right. I mean I felt just as empathetic to the North Koreans as I did to our heroes or "the good guys". It was bad situation for everyone all around.
This is an excellent ensemble drama and the cast is amazing.

Incredible!
I didn't know what to expect with Moving since I hadn't read the webtoon but what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be! I can't believe it's already come to an end. Every episode offers so much detail to the plot.It is a well-rounded show with loads of action, special effects, sweet romance, heart-wrenching emotional moments and beautiful stories of parents and their children. There's also a sprinkling of humor here and there. In short, it has something for everyone. There is an excellent development of characters with their backstories including many of the negative ones. That was an especially nice touch that we don't commonly see.
The only drawback for me was sometimes I felt the story was moving a bit slow for my liking (pun not intended). And maybe some might find this to have a lot of gore. Some of the fights can be a bit brutal and hard to watch. But the way the individuals use their powers to their advantage really made the action sequences both shocking and entertaining.
All the stories come full circle in such a perfect way towards the end however it also leaves us with some shocking revelations.
The score and the OST was quite good.
There's a deeper political message that raises the question in minds of the audience - who's battle are we really fighting? I hope more people add this to their watchlist. It's worth it!

A Perfect Masterpiece
Story: The story revolves around parents and their children who both have superpowers. It revolves around the relationship between them and what the parents would do to protect and keep their children safe.Characters: This story involves multiple main characters, the focus changes from one character to other in every few episodes.
Kim Bong Seok: He is a very well mannered adorable guy who has power to fly and has super five senses.
Jang Hee Soo: She is a girl who has ability to heal herself really quick. She is very determined and can't stand injustice.
Jang Joo Won: He is the father of Hee Soo with same power for whom his daughter is everything. He is also funny and clueless with directions.
Li Mi Hyun: She is the mother of Bong Seok and has super five senses. She has been raising her son alone for many years and is very protective of him. She is also someone with no nonsense attitude.
Lee Kang Hoon: He is in same school and grade as Bong Seok and Hee Soo. He has superhuman strength and speed. He is quite and likes to be on his own but also wants to be friends with people like him.
Kim Doo Shik: He is the father of Bong Seok and husband of Mi Hyun. He has the power to fly and was top agent of NIS. He is very loving, awkward sometimes and caring person.
Lee Jae Man: He is the father of Jang Hoon and is mentally disabled. He is very loving father and husband who will destroy anyone who try to harm his wife or son. He has super human strength and speed.
There are many other characters as well, few with powers and others are just normal. Above are the some main characters who had great involvement in the story.
Actor: Every actor played the role they were given as if it was made for them. They had great chemistry with eachother and knew how to act on a greenscreen.
Genres:
The main focus are Action, Thrill, Mystery, Family and Friendship.
This also involves two great romances between the parents and also a slight growing feelings between Bong Seok and Hee Soo. There are some comedy scenes as well and also has a good amount of Gore.
Likes:
1. Great relationship between the parents and their children. The parents are very supportive and protective of their kids where as the children loves their parents very much, has respect for them and would try to make their parents life happy.
2. Friendship between Bong Seok and Hee Soo. They quickly became friends who trust eachother very much that they share their deepest secrets as well. They are very protective and supportive of eachother and it is shown that they also like eachother.
3. Amazing action. The action scenes are filled with many one on one fights and one vs many fights. Which makes the good guys(parent) really cool. Last three episodes were full action packed and had really good fights. Kim Doo Shik's action scenes are something you should look forward to.
4. Amazing Romance: Even though this is not a romance drama we have two beautiful and heartfelt love stories between Kim Doo Shik-Lee Mi Hyun and Jang Joo Won-Hwang Ji Hee(JW's wife).
5. Great direction and story telling.
6. Many "Bad guys" aren't actually bad but they are same as our main characters who are forced to do things by some people. You can sympathise and will feel for them.
7. People with superpowers are not superheroes but are just human beings.
8. A very good, happy and satisfying ending.
Special mentions: Beautiful relationship between Jae Man and Kang Hoon, Gye Doo and his backstory, well placed mystery and thrill and very well done backstories.
Dislikes: There is nothing to dislike. Maybe the episodes could have been a little bit more longer.
Overall: This is a great drama with everything in it, you will cry, smile, feel sad, happy, feel for the bad guys, even root for small characters. The story is told in a well systematic manner with timely inclusion of flashbacks and backstories.

Overall Rating
As a critic: 10
As a casual viewer: 10
Cast related random thoughts:
Go Youn Jung: She is very talented actor who is also very beautiful. She could become a big star like Han Hyo Joo in future.
Zo In Sung: Even though he was present in less than 7 episodes he did a great job . This shows that actors like him don't mind not getting much screentime if the character they are playing is very appealing.
Kim Sung Kyun: Whenever he is present he becomes the highlight of the scene. Same as In Sung.
This drama involves three A listers and as expected you will get a stellar performance not only by them but also by the new upcoming actors.

It's amazingggg
The plot is great, the way the told the past while showing the present just shows how well it was written and directed. The choice of casting couldn't've been better, they really made us connect with the characters and their storyline. We feel empathy towards the people we deem as" bad guys" because they show us that in the end we are all humans and sometimes we are just pawns in something that doesn't need to exist. Each character was shown their story, not a second too long nor too short. And it was a happy ending ;)
Overall, amazing kdrama that I will definitely rewatch in the future.

A Pleasant Surprise
I was originally holding off on watching this series as I don't really gravitate toward superhero genres (they usually make me cringe), despite the fact that I really like fantasy (if done well). I gave in one day and decided to give it a shot and I was genuinely surprised. I really like the characters, especially, ESPESCIALLY the parents and their storylines. Honestly, the kids' part was nice but it was a bit too cheesy for me but the parent's stories were what pulled me in and kept me there until the very last minute. Now don't go into this thinking its all rainbows and butterflies, not at all bad for me but for the more squeamish, there is a lot of gore and blood. I usually don't give high ratings but this gets an 8 from me. I would have given higher if there were more loose ends tied, some characters had more screen time and the if the ending didn't feel a bit disconnected and rushed. But I guess maybe these will all be answered in the second season if there is any.

an exceptional series!!
An electrifying drama, “Em Movimento” (Star+) is, in my opinion, a pearl of the superhero and sci-fi genres; It is one of the best productions of 2023, perhaps of the last ten years. It's everything that Marvel (and here I'm talking about original Disney+ productions) would never dare to do, for “n” reasons (explicit violence is one of them). What a brutal K-drama! The directorial work makes few mistakes, some almost imperceptible, and the script (very good, by the way) manages to connect all the loose ends. And the characters are very charismatic and determined. I strongly recommend it! Not to mention that my favorite actress is in it, my go youn-jung, she is perfect in all the series! Was this review helpful to you?

Masterpiece after a while!
I watched this Action-packed Korean drama “Moving” because of the reels. At first, I thought it would be boring office drama BUT I was so wrong when I started watching… It turns out to be one of the BEST KDRAMA OF 2023.This is the only Kdrama of 2023 that I give 9.5 out of 10 ? after so long I give any drama this rating. It is so amazing, filled with Multistars, action, emotions, slow-burn romance, superpowers, and whatnot… it is perfect in every aspect.
It is a big-budget multi-starred series where writer Kang Full gives each character their backstory. Every actor and supporting cast of this series did their work with so much dedication that you didn’t question of Han Hyo Joo playing the role of a teen mom Lee Mi Hyun.
Bong Seok can fly but isn’t allowed by his mother, so he tries everything to hide it. Hee Soo possesses exceptional athleticism and rapid injury recovery & isn’t aware until she faces an incident that leads her to join a new school and Gang Hoon wields uncanny strength and speed and is being trained by NIS to later join them.
Every episode of this series starts with a new character, their superpower, and their story. While the first half focused on the teens other half was dedicated to their parents' lives, the struggle to hide their kids, and the urge to protect them won’t let you hold your tears.
Meanwhile, the villains of the story have their own backstory which makes you sympathize with them instead of hating. The supporting characters like Choi Il Hwan (Kim Hee Won) PE teacher, and Jeon Gye Do (Cha Tae Hyun) bus driver have a very significant impact on the story.
The screenplay is not too fast, not too slow, just the right amount of humor, and the slow-burn romance between the main characters Lee Mi-hyun and Kim Doo-sik urges you to ask for more, the cute romance of Jang Joo Won and Hwang Ji Hee is so innocent. Also, the teen romance between Bong Seok and Hee Soo makes you giggle.
The background music is perfect, and the VFX of the fighting scenes was amazing but could be better in a few scenes, like where Kim Bong Seok was breaking the glass while saving Hee Soo.
The action scenes are no joke, Jang Ju-won (Ryu Seung-ryong) fighting scenes literally remind you of Hulk and Lee Jae Man (Kim Sung Kyun) action scenes and the faceoff was so rizz… He is still the most powerful but… Imagine if this character didn’t have any mental challenges then?
Now about the ending, Unexpectedly where other KDramas are giving realistic endings Moving has a happy ending with the potential of next season. Hence, not the director nor the writer announced anything about next season but fans demanding it, so, you can understand the popularity.
IMO, this is a must-watch Kdrama series if you are a fan of action and/or romance you would definitely gonna love this. ??

BEST KDRAMA OF 2023
I don't know about you, but this for me, is the best kdrama I've watched this 2023.Moving has such a never before seen plot, story and characters. To be honest, I started this drama because it has a high rating in MDL. The story and how the kids having these supernatural abilities didn't quite intrigued me at first. However, as the story progressed, I get to know a lot of characters. First off, the parents. They all have that certain character who played an important role in the drama. I liked how each detail was perfectly woven together. From their meetups, to their amazing display of abilities— I think all characters have that likeable characteristics with them. I literally did not hate or dislike any of them. I thought the flashbacks was way too long, consuming majority of the episodes. Some were even confusing as we get to jump back and forth from a date/year to another date/year. I thought, "Hey when am I getting the story for the kids? How are they supposed to prove themselves in this drama?" However, everything was made efficiently. It was to build up the story and to put emphasis on how this kids get to have their abilities. Now, I believe this season was more about the parents rather than their children. As I've said, it was perfectly woven, not overwhelming, and the chemistry between each and every character was perfect. I've never seen something like this before; a perfect blend of supernatural, gore, thrill, romance, and little bit of comedy.
I'll repeat this again, everything about this drama is PERFECT. I know, a season two will be inevitable as the latter part of the drama showed us something was up for us to look forward to.
