37.5 no Namida is a lot more serious and there's no body-swapping but if you liked the theme of taking care of kids like in Don Quixote you will probably like the former and vice versa.

Both Jdramas have body swapping happening between the two main characters, plus an overall feel-good story with moral lessons.
