He's Psychometric
8/10 is my rating. This is a 2019 South Korean drama that has 16, 60 minute episodes. Lee Lee Ahn (Park Jin-young) is able to see past events by touching the person who experienced the events. He acquired this ability after losing his parents in an apartment fire. He fortuitously meets Yoon Jae-in (Shin Ye-eun) who is the daughter of the accused arsonist and Kang Sung-mo (Kim Kwon) who saved Ahn during the fire. Investigator Eun Ji-soo (Kim Da-som), is like an older sister to Ahn and is also a police investigator, The four team up to solve cases they feel are interrelated including the case that took many of their parents.Spoiler ? Overall I liked the story and the romance was very believable. I was disappointed by some of the twists and unexpected aspects of some of the characters I had come to know. I felt like some things were unnecessary. Some would not have problems with the same - but I like happy and neatly tied up. It is very suspenseful and has a lot of surprising elements. The romance between the two leads is very heartwarming.

The best drama I’ve watched thus far!
I cannot rave about this drama enough. The storyline is heart wrenching and so exciting.
It kept me on my toes the entire time and everything was so well explained. No plot holes here!
Plus as a got7 fan I couldn’t get enough of jinyoungs fantastic acting here. If you haven’t seen this please watch it!!
I’ve got to say there should be a trigger warning as there are some tough topics discussed, so it’s a more mature watch. But regardless I could watch this again and be just as into it.

I enjoyed the drama, because the plot was brilliant, story twists were really well done and acting was really something, however I felt like romance was totally unnecessary here. I didn't like the romantic part at all, it seriously got on my nerves and did nothing more than this. Don't get me wrong, I 'm a fan of rom and rom-coms on daily basis, just when I was watching this show, romance bothered me to this extent that at some point I actually stopped watching it and recently came back to this just because I was curious about the plot.

Honestly I would say, one of the most underrated K-Dramas I know. I honestly thought, it was pretty good because it had so much, like fantasy, thriller, crime, romance , psycho, law and so much more. There was so much depth behind all their stories and like some wtf -moments, for example when we found out, that Kim Sungmo and his mother were kidnapped and she was r*ped there, so he grew up in a basement. Also the perpetrator was so sick and his story as well, as being kidnapped and being selled too. Like the whole story were so psycho, and even Lee Ahn whose parents died in the fire and all the murder which happend in such a cruel way. I don't know if some people really grabed the story.
Also the actors were kind of great and i don't know but I think, Park Jinyoung is one of the greatest idol actors out there, like he proved that some idols can really act. I think, he is really good in acting with his eyes and even now I would count him as a real actor. I mean, he is still growing but for his first drama, where he was playing the main role, it was really good.
My only problem was that it was only really thrilling at the second half of the story. In the beginning it was often very lengthy and sometimes it was taking too long to go through a episode. But nevertheless I liked it, also the idea behind it, that someone has psychmetric powers.
The OST's were good, I liked "Take" by JUS2 very much.

a very honest review from a babybird
honestly i only watched it because of jinyoung.without any biased opinion, the first quarter of the drama's episodes are quite boring for me because im more into light-hearted drama type of person. So if we're the same type, i suggest you to not give up! keep watching!
I must say, the writer is clever, i actually planned to drop it if i cannot stand it anymore even though PARK JINYOUNG is in it but i keep forcing myself, let's just watch it for the sake of jinyoung and then there's this one point of the drama that makes it more intriguing so i cannot help but keep watching it, and THAT is why i said the writer is clever.
And the plot twist, not even lying here but half of my life watching kdramas and among all the kdramas that I've watched THIS drama definitely have the biggest plot twist ever, not even top 10 but top 5 dramas that i've watched that made me really really astounded. Once again, big clap for the writer.

Are You Ready 2 Feel 10000 Emotions At Once ?
DISCLAIMER - THIS REVIEW INCLUDES SPOILERS!STORY -
The story was amazing, it was very well thought of & very powerful. It made me feel lots of emotions and surprised me with a lot of conflicts & a dash of romance. There was a great backstory to this, the flashbacks hit me. The connections between the lead characters & their families all fit in well. This drama didn't leave me with any questions, it answered everything. I loved everything about the storyline.
ACTING -
Damn, where do I start ? The acting was the best thing about this drama. You felt sad, happy, angry, terrified and loved throughout He is Psychometric. The actors played their roles to a Tea. The romance between Lee Ahn & Jae In was so cute, their chemistry & bond together really brought out the best in them, they did go through a rough patch but it ended up getting fixed very fast. Kim So-Hyun & Lee Dae-Bong was rocky at first since she never wanted his help but it got better towards the end. The love that Eun Ji-Soo had for Kang Sung-Mo was pure, she wanted nothing but the best for him. Lastly, the bromance & sisterhood between these actors in this drama was the sweetest bond ever, You could tell that they all loved each other very much & cherished one another.
MUSIC -
I didn't understand most of the music so I can't really judge it but I would say it was very good. Other than the music, the sound effects were FREAKING AMAZING. You legit got chills from the suspense. Overall, I loved it!
REWATCH -
I actually have seen this show twice so yes I would rate this a 10 considering I watch it 3 times now.
PROS -
I loved mostly everything from the start to the very end. It filled me with joy, I enjoyed the romance, the bromance, the sisterhood, the connections between characters, the settings, the suspense etc. Overall I have no major complaints.
CONS -
I honestly don't have any, just questions.
QUESTIONS -
Why did the last few minutes of episode 16 have to end like that?
Why did she have to die? I understand but that made me cry non stop. I wish she didn't die.
Why did Kang Sung-Mo have to be the killer? I wish he wasn't because I also felt betrayed although I understand why.
Is there a season 2?

This should have been a 10-12 episode series
Loved the actors/actresses. Very well cast. Story - pretty good but, what is very clear is that they ran out of material and had to keep finding ways to drag this out to sixteen episodes. What you will find - while watching this drama - is that everything they do takes longer than it should. And, many things happen for writing convenience sake...example: Small town. Only three ways out of the area. They make it a point to say there are only three ways out. Bad guy gets fingered and chase ensues - the cars are never out of each other's site but, after a cutaway to another scene - magically, the bad guy was able to completely lose the police and have time to park his car and run away - to the point the police just announce - "He got away." Ugh.At episode 13 I found myself getting so frustrated with the feet dragging and the drawing out of every story line, I skipped right to episode 16 to see how it all wrapped up. The only thing I missed (but, predicted) was the death of a major character. Didn't miss a thing.
This would be a good drama for people who understand Korean and can do something else while it is on. For those of us that need the subtitles and need to pay attention - you will find yourself fast forwarding or, getting distracted by things around you.
Love the plot twist. Love how they tied everything up. Just wish they would have got the train to the station earlier.

Not a bad Kdrama with super-power.
The MC is :1) A SIMP
2) Stupid
3) Dumb
4) No common sense.
5) Kinda a loser.
6) A Leech
7) As many times people around him tell him to read or study to improve his super ability, he takes it as a joke.
8) Refuses to use his ability to hone the skills or improve them.
9) A pus*y.
Final Verdict: Storyline is not bad but the writers messed it up by giving only 1 IQ , a single digit IQ for the main character. He is foolish and stupid most of the times. At most every episode i come to hate the MC because there is nothing he wants to do to help himself to improve his ability. He is like a pig thats waiting for the master to throw the food so it can be fattened to be slaughtered. Jin Yeong acting at times i felt very dull and unfamiliar or out of touch with the acting he was supposed to. His popularity as an idol got him the role and i felt another actor, proper actor could have nailed the role flawlessly. Scriptwriter need to write some balls for the main character and that would have helped the character development.

my Interrupted love towards this series!!
I loved the fist eight episodes. Okay "love" might be a little strong word. What I mean is I really liked it because it had romance but not so much that it would have taken away the meaning from everything else. It had emotions and really well build characters. and it had characters with sad background and suffering which I like for a reason i can not explain.Even tho the first episode might be a little much and break you, I promise it's still funny (or then my humor is just bad) and makes you feel warm inside
The reason I did not give more stars is ,..... I didn't finish it. Like I said I watched the the first eight episodes in one night and I took a short break. during that five hour break it looks like my lovely Rakuten
viki deleted this series from my country. So I am just asking.. excuse me
sir. what a hell is this.
So just a daily reminder.. remember your priorities and focus on them because if you don't something really dear can be taken away from you without even giving you a chance to say a proper good bye:)

I’m enjoying so far but..
So I’m really enjoying this so far it’s one of the few k dramas I’ve fully invested in and focused on the story from the start lee Ahn and Jae in are great BUT.. I’ve just finished the end of episode 9 and lee ahn has really pissed me off so much so that I’m writing this just for this specific moment,so in first 4-5 episodes there both in middle school and Jae in is constantly worried about wether the other students will find out about her dad actually being in prison for something he ALLEGEDLY did for the murders when lee ahn was a kid when in fact Jae ins dad actually saved lee ahn and tried to save his parents?, so far it’s pretty clear it wasn’t him,lee ahn has seen all of jae ins memories with her father and it’s clear he’s not the person who did it and even if he did is that Jae in fault? No it isn’t don’t put blame on her like everyone else did in middle school when she was bullied for it,(and by the way lee ahn stands up for her numerous times in middle school) so episode 9 comes around and what does he do he finds out who Jae ins father is and straight away he puts it all on her and makes her feel terrible and he said this and I quote “even if your father has done wrong,it’s not your fault”Was this review helpful to you?
As soon as I got the feeling something was off with Seong Mo, I actually hoped they would go that way. It made the ending way more memorable. Sad and dark stuff stays in your heart. Luckily, it's just fiction.
