Both are a love story between a human FL and a supernatural being ML (angel vs. god) who only has a short time on earth and is in danger of disappearing/fading away.

- both stories have fantasy and romance as prominent genres
- both revolve around romance and are relatively slow-paced
- both male leads aren't human while the female leads are
- both male leads visit earth to fulfill their missions but fall in love with both female leads
- both give off similar bittersweet vibes as the male leads are supposed to leave them

This is also a show focused on ballet, but there is so much more to this story. Angel's Last Mission: Love surrounds a tragic love story - a super shocker at the end. I appreciated this entire storyline - I hope you watch both shows!

Both are great shows with loveabke leads. HPL is about a fan girls obsessed with an idol and her BF who is sweetly her fanboy. ALML has an actual idol starring in it and he’s turning me into his fangirl. ALML is my current obsession. I’m fangirling that show the way I’m fangirling Ryan Gold from HPL. Both are great romantic showst. Where HPL is sweet; ALML is visually stunning with great acting, storytelling and direction.

Just when I think Shin Hye Sun can’t be in a better show than 30b17, she wonderfully proves me wrong. Though the characters are almost polar opposites, showing how talented SHS is, they are both orphans with a very compelling story and amazing musical talents. Your senses will be alive and happy to watch this show. I can’t say enough good things about ALML. 20 out 10 ratings (yes 20).

It focuses on a naive, loudmouthed teenager named Rion, who investigates a host club full of vampires when she suspects they must be related to the disappearance of a lot of people in the neighborhood, including her best friend. In the process she begins to befriend them, especially the leader Suou, with whom she develops a romantic relationship. Ultimately, she figures out the vampires are not the cause of the disappearances, but her adventures with the vampires are only beginning

If you love the romantic fantasy genre starring an idol who can act, then you’ll love ALML. I like MAB well enough but ALML has even better acting, production value, directing, music, writing and characters! It’s stunningly beautiful.

In both Dramas you will laugh, the couples are very good together. One of them is colder and the other has a more extroverted temperament.

Both shows deal with trying to change someone's fate and have a supporting character trying to murder the lead.

Both drama has fantasy and romance story. In both drama Angel's last mission was for female lead. Angel help the female lead.

While I was watching TOTN-T I couldn't help but be reminded of Angel's last mission.
While the plots, relationships and powers are very different, both plots focus around a couple who have known each other across timelines and cannot find a way to fight their fate.
Both have a clear figure who is similar to a parental figure who attempts to break the couple up, before helping the ML and both couples will do anything (including self-sacrifice) to save each other.

However, the characters and plot show little similarity. In ALM, the ML appears naïve, gentle and kind, whereas the FL is arrogant, slightly cruel (at the beginning) and desires revenge. This plot focuses more greatly within the FL's family, and is much more of a crime led drama with the backdrop of the forbidden couple

Both ML in My Man is Cupid and Angel’s Last Mission are matchmaking beings that unintentionally fall in love with a human woman they meet

- both include cohabitation
- both struggle to stay together
- ML is not human, FL is human
- both are on a time limit where one may die
- both include the struggle in finding love ( for ALML its the FL, for MRIAG its the ML)
- FL is warm and bubbly, ML is calm and smart
- in MRIAG: ML is rich while FL is poor, in ALML: FL is rich while ML is poor
- both include a support character who was not human struggled in love and became human.

overall I really enjoyed this series and thought it shared a good number of similarities, if anyone is interested I highly recommend!!!
