Both are short dramas with a ghost-seeing FL. The ghost ML vs. SML is not truly dead (yet) but is thought to be by the FL.

Both dramas feature a FL who sees ghosts and lives with at least one, who is closed off to the outside world until the arrival of the ML who is supernatural or has supernatural abilities.

ML vs. FL sees ghosts and lives with ghosts who participate in his/her life and basically are like family.

Both are short dramas with a FL who sees ghosts and a ML who is either supernatural or has supernatural powers who can help her.

In both, the FL sees ghosts constantly which has caused her to be reclusive, eccentric, and shut herself off from other people. At some point in the drama (all vs. one scene) the ML appears as a ghost but is not really dead, but the FL thinks he is dead at first. Both dramas have a very similar feel (Ghostderella is basically a condensed, shortened version).

I think the story was same (supranatural genre) and then the main character was in coma,,,,,,,,,........................................
