A fine web drama.
If you asked me my opinion on season 2 when i was only at episode 6 I'd probably say it's boring and seems pointless, but as I kept watching it I realized it was much much much better than season 1, the breakup was pointless a bit but I feel like everything wrapped up well and ended up working out in the end for everyone. I'm also not sure if it's because it was season 2 but I found myself not hating Min anymore. I was frustrated a bit at certain parts though, like when Kimha just let Minji walk all over her and didn't fight back (adopting Dohas thing basically, it drove me nuts then too). I wish there was more Doha screen time, it felt like she was shoved to the back when there could have been good parts for her in the plot, it seems like she totally disappeared. I think Choi Bomin plays similar roles from what I've seen of him but he does play those roles well. I'd recommend you to watch this season a lot more than the first one, and I think you could get away with not watching the first one, all I have that makes the first one nice is nostalgia of watching it when it first came out, season 2 is objectively better. Was this review helpful to you?
TOTALLY WORTH IT
I highly recommend you to watch it. It really is a beautiful series. It made me feel single but it's totally worth the watch. I love it so much. I enjoyed every single bit. Their acting is 10/10 because it's one of the best. I really love the story that they created... Some may be disappointed by the changes from season 1 but I enjoyed it and I was pretty much happy about this series. There's nothing really upsetting here to me soooooo...
Well YOU, yes YOU.... watch it right now.
I Heart this series. >3

Disappointed in the sequel
Though I didn't LOVE A-Teen, I liked this one quite a bit less. There is a lot more focus on romance rather than friendship in this one. Normally I'm all about the romance, but I felt that the first season addressed the romances enough. This season would have been better served by focusing on resolving the issues between the two Ha Na's. Those issues were resolved/glossed over in the first season, so I was hoping for more of that.Nothing really earth-shattering happened in this season. My biggest disappointment was the limited amount of time spent on Do Ha Na and Si Woo. They were really cute in the first season, and I was hoping to see more of them this time around.
In general, one season is usually enough for these shows. It just seemed like a lot of filler for the sake of having a new season.

IS WELL KNOWN SECOND SEASONS ONLY LET FANS DOWN. A-TEEN WAS NOT A DIFFERENCE!
I was so happy to see we had a second season, i really loved all of them and i wanted to see more of them, but it really left a bad taste after i finished season 2. It is well known that its really hard to make a successful second season and A-Teen didnt make a difference. Two main characters of the first season didnt had any screen time at all, the amazing friendship was almost never shown and the two new characters even if they were interesting really spoiled the dynamic between the 6 original characters. At times i really disliked the new characters, maybe i loved the old ones way to much so i couldnt open my heart to them.
Since the end of season one i really wanted Kim Ha Na and Ha Min to come closer and i thought it was going to happen but the end only hurt my feelings, maybe thats why i didnt like the new characters.
An okay season but really nothing special, i kinda wish the had ended the series in season one.

TL;DR GO WATCH A-TEEN SEASON 2 NOW!!!
**a little bit of spoilers ahead,, somewhere in the middle**Season 1 of A-Teen was fantastic, and I was looking forward to Season 2 even more. This show continues to provide a lovely glimpse into the lives of high school students, their friendships, and their relationships. This season was just as enjoyable as the first, it was lighthearted. I definitely recommend this teen drama if you're looking for a realistic yet lighthearted teen web drama about life challenges, academic stress, goal/soul searching, classmate jealousy, and other topics. I found myself identifying to many of the characters' challenges in school. The plot is well-written and moves along smoothly. The romance/crushes are only mentioned briefly, which is quite realistic! Especially if you're in South Korea for your senior year! In real life, you'd have to devote your whole life to studying and college preparation, leaving you with few to no time to date or even hang out with your pals! As a result, there are lack of romantic and friendship story lines, which I understand. I admired the actors and how beautifully they embodied their characters as though they were real people. If you preferred the young romance and love triangles of Season 1, this season is not for you. It's just a brief, enjoyable show that's amusing to watch or again.
Despite my enjoyment, I don't believe I enjoyed it as much as the first season for a variety of reasons. To begin with, Do Ha-Na was almost non-existent! I was disappointed that Do Ha Na was no longer one of the lead characters because I adored her. However, I enjoy fresh characters as well. I adored her as a stand-alone character, and I believed that without her, the series would be far less focused on friendship. Second, I had the impression that there were still a lot of unsolved mysteries from Season 1! Take the girl Shi-Woo used to know, for example. Third, I really liked Joo-Ha as a character, but I'm not too sure about him. I don't know whether that's just because he's new and I haven't totally warmed up to him yet (especially since we don't know much about him other than his parents being gone).
The new characters added this season are interesting; they have their own dynamic, but the focus remains on the core cast. Kim HaNa's character developed nicely, and her relationship with Joo Ha was really sweet. I really like how the show looks at the options open to high school seniors in their senior year, highlighting that not everyone needs or wants to go to college. I believe the first season's plot is better since the three ladies' friendship is more focused, but the second season feels more simple, apart from that, I strongly like it :)) I also love how they depict siblings' relationships; it's so relatable!! Because each episode is only a few minutes long, you can watch this drama while studying, working, or in the middle of something else. I liked this season and everything else, but I wish that more of the problems/misunderstandings were solved. Like for example, Kim Minji, I wanted to know more about her in depth, like her thoughts and what she feels, maybe just a glimpse of her day after Ah Hyun revealed the information (if you know what i'm talking about, sorry I can't say it due to the reason I'd spoil it for the people who haven't watched A-Teen 2 yet). I just need my questions and doubts to be answered. I wanted to know if MinHa and Ah Hyun's relationship will change? will they date or will they not? I wanted to know more about Yeo BoRam's family issue and how they will change and start to care for her feelings. I was devastated and quite upset when DoHa and Si Woo broke up, but I know it's for their best and that DoHa needed time alone and some space, so I respected that, I still wish we could get more scenes with the both of them. Although with many questions, I truly enjoyed this season. I loved the realistic sibling arguments with Cha KiHyun and Cha AhHyun, although they fight and argue, we can tell how they care about each other. Especially when KiHyun found out that AhHyun came home crying (can't reveal anymore details, if you're interested, please watch A-Teen 2).
How, while no two people are alike, they all have issues, and not all of them can be resolved in the same way. Everyone has different interests, and tertiary education may or may not be the best option for you. Uncertain crushes, putting forth your best effort, and other topics are discussed. The tale is pleasant and above average; it is enjoyable to watch and has a high rewatch value, as several parts are particularly appealing and may be viewed multiple times. The actors had me utterly smitten, and I shipped at least two couples.
Ryu Joo Ha and Cha Ah Hyun, two new cast members, adding to the beauty of the plot. I expected Kim Hana would be with Ha Min at first, but she ended up with Ryu Jooha at the conclusion of the episode, which surprised me, I was relieved and delighted that she was with Ryu Jooha since Ryu Jooha always looked out for Kim Hana and made her happy; they were adorable together, whereas Ha Min made Kim Hana miserable and uncomfortable in season one. Cha Ah Hyun, Ki Hyun's younger sister, was adorable and added to the story's delight and humour. Despite the fact that the season came to an abrupt end, I enjoyed every episode's story. This drama had a straightforward plot that was enjoyable to watch in your spare time and didn't require much thought to comprehend.
BUT FORMALITIES ASIDE, I NEEDED SOME TYPE OF CLOSURE, I WANT, NO ACTUALLY NEED!! TO SEE HOW AH HYUN AND HA MIN WILL GET, GROW AND DEVELOP TOGETHER. If a season 3 is not possible, I just need 4 special episodes for our remaining questions and needs. PLEASE. But if we DO get a season 3, I hope it'd focus more on Ha Min and Ah Hyun's relationship since in Season 1, it was mostly about Si Woo and DoHa, and then in season 2, it was about KimHa and JooHa.
I strongly advise you to watch it. It's a really lovely series. It made me feel lonely, but it's well worth watching. I'm completely enamored with it. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Their acting is a ten out of ten since it is among the greatest. I adore the story line they built; some may be dissatisfied by the changes from season one, but I enjoyed it and was generally pleased with the series. There isn't anything major that bothers me here, just a few of unsolved questions.
YOU, the one who's reading this review, if you haven't watched A-Teen/A-Teen 2 yet, what are you waiting for? Go ahead!!
Overall rate: 9/10.

season 1 > season 2
i enjoyed season 1 alot and gave it even 10 stars but season 2 disappointed me alot. it isn't bad but after watching the first season my expectations were just different so i skipped alot, i guess because it focuses more on kim hana and i don't find her interesting. but the new characters such as cha ha-hyun or ryu joo-ha were refreshing and i liked them alot. tho they were never a moment where i was excited and wanted to know what's gonna happen next- to keep it short: it was boring but i'll still give it a 6.5 because of the cameos (LOL) and the actors, such as the OST.oh and spoiler: do hana and shi-woo's breakup was rlly '_' unnecessary but i guess they had to do it bc their actors were busy but it seemed like they kinda got together again in the end.

A Teen Season 2 I was so excited :)
I was thrilled to hear that A-Teen had a second season, as I had enjoyed the first season. However, upon watching it, I found that while it was good, there were some drawbacks. The show didn't place enough emphasis on the characters' friendships, which was disappointing. Additionally, the addition of new characters didn't appeal to me. Overall, I still enjoyed season 2, but not as much as season 1, as the focus was mainly on the characters' romantic relationships. I really enjoyed the comedy and relationship between Ryu Joo Ha and Cha Ah Hyun in that show. But, it seems like Cha Ah Hyun had to learn the hard way that Ryu Joo Ha wasn't the one for her and that Ha Min was a better fit.Despite my mixed feelings, I wish the creators luck on their next drama.

I loved A-Teen Season 1 to death, and was super excited for Season 2. Even though I turned out to quite enjoy it, I don't think I loved it as much as the first season, for multiple reasons.Firstly, there was barely any Do Ha-Na! Even though romance-wise I didn't care about her plot that much, I loved her as an individual character, and without her, I felt like the series also focused a lot less on friendship and sismance.
Secondly, I felt like there were so many questions still left unanswered from Season 1! That girl that Shi-Woo used to know, for example.
Thirdly, I was honestly annoyed by Bo Ram's mindset and lack of support for Ki-Hyun at times—I don't think any of that was sufficiently addressed.
Fourthly, I liked Joo-Ha as a character, but I don't know if it's just because he's new and I haven't warmed up to him completely yet (especially since we don't know much about him at all, other than his parents being MIA), but I just didn't care much for the relationship between him and Kim Ha-Na.
Overall, though, I enjoyed the parallels to the first season, and that we got progress for some plots, like
I'll also admit that I absolutely HATED Ah-Hyun at first, but now she's become my favorite in the cast, and I'm praying for a Season 3 so we get more of her and Min.
