Meh. But I'll always have that Elevator scene.

Despite how disappointing this show is turning for me, I'll always look back on that elevator scene with fondness. Heck, I even uploaded my favorite picture of it. Despite there already being plenty of other screen shots. Hey, it's legendary.

The problem is for having such a unique concept behind it Rooftop Prince has been nothing but predictable. Sure I get a few laughs here and there. But the rest of the time I'm bored.

Not to mention that no one is getting developed!!!!

Park Ha is the lead. She can't stand up to people unless there these poor guys that are crazy. (At this point I don't think she believes they've time traveled. Or they haven't developed what she really believes about them.) She spends so much time yelling at them and then letting everyone else abuse her. It's tiring. And hard on my ears. Not to mention why her adopted parents aren't ever mentioned. EVER. She's been in Korea for 2 years, but nothing is said or mentioned. I'm thinking something tragic since she decided to stay? It bothers me as to why the writers aren't developing anything.

I'm going to assume that the three servants that came with the Prince aren't going to be developed. They barely even had time in this episode to be comedic reliefs and then grovel for the Prince.

Why are the villains that way? Why is this plot going exactly how I thought it would? When will the storyline of the Prince solving the murder of his Princess come in? And no I don't feel anything for his dead princess and new found princess. They're both horrible women, why would I want him to find her. The fact that she's so unlikeable makes me not care about the Prince's emotions.

Here's to the next episode.

Great

The ending to this episode was kinda sad :( I hate that girl!

The elevator scene was so hilarious!! I'd really love to have that girl as my sister, she doesnt deserve to be treated like that >_< (Park Ha)

Mingled emotions make this episode get to your heart

Lee Gak's heart is shattered into a million pieces since his princess was taken away all of a sudden. Remembering her is painful and the soundtrack is well choosen.
Besides that, all this world still being new to him and the other 3 men, they can't help get into "problems" that bring the smile on the viewer's faces.
Not being aware of what an elevator is or an yoghurt create funny situations. :))
This is definitely an enjoying drama! Gotta watch it! :D

Hilarious

I loved this episode. It was sure fun especially when they changed in elevator. I guess a serious note is going to start from the next episode. Right now it feels like I would rather keep watching it as a comedy without the seriousness, but well that's just the way it has to go...
I hope they just remain to include some fun parts in it. :)

Taking a step forward...;)

Rooftop Prince continues to bring on the laughs while building-up the over-all plot and scheme of things. The Prince and his posse are still awkwardly trying to adapt to their modern environment and Episode 3 gives us fluff for our main leads.

I don't think I can predict what's going to happen next but what is clear is that I'm enjoying how they present the world to those Joseon men. How they are going to tie those lose ends is a mystery still worth uncovering. Taking a step closer. :)

The Magical Sliding Doors.

Episode 3 is full of humor, much like the 2nd episode. In this episode the guys encounter magical sliding doors that tend to open to big surprises. This is when the drama finally kicks in. It was a humorous episode, but at the same time starts the character drama.

Takes a step back...

The are some fun parts in this episode, but it was boring towards the end of it. I hate the grandma and this makjang feel the drama has is not making it any better for me.

The elevator, train, and cleaning parts were funny.

how to get traumatized in an elevator (but not the usual way)

OMG this episode was so hilarious ! the elevator scene was priceless, as was the helium one ; I absolutely love the way Yi Gak tries to stay dignified but always ends up looking like a spoiled little child. I hope the show will stay that funny !

Onto a great roll!

I'm enjoying this Korean drama so much! It's absolutely hilarious at some parts (like literally laugh out loud moments). Definitely some fresh comedy/scenes compared to other Korean rom-coms.

Loved the elevator scene and the Crown Prince's naivety. I also love how he explores our modern world. Not to mention how he came across the fashion show and his interaction with his "cousin". Too funny!

YooChun has definitely improved since SKKS!

WARNING! Joseon Men Changing in Elevator :D

This was such a hilarious episode :D I wish I could upload some screenshots :P
Well, the plot is getting more and more interesting and more more further to discovering how the crown princess died...
I honestly don't know how they are going back to the story with which they started, though I'm not complaining, this story is interesting too (something in the back of my mind is very curious to know who and why killed her).
Top scenes of the episode: 4 men changing in elevator, while the door opens on the floor where women are doing aerobics, then to underage students :P, breathing helium gas :D OMG, YooChun's voice, Bak-Ha's head on the prince's shoulder and his face while pushing it away, and then giving up :P, YooChun's face while watching girls in bikinis on the runway...
The saddest moment... his face when he saw his long lost love, ruined the show, hugged her, started crying and got slapped... (why do you even need her? come to me! ^^)
