Same actor as ML, and they roles are similar. Has the same type of feel as when he acted in Dr. Cutie. Also the FL's identity is hidden They end up working together Mystery about family being hurt

Both FLs are poor, solve cases and are medically trained in some way, MLs are wealthy and connected to the palace. Both FLs are adorable and MLs initially cold.

Cold & fearsome first male lead. Silly girl disguises as something else to get into the ML's manor. The FL is initially fearful of the ML but gradually see the soft side of the fearsome man. The ML's cold heart is also slowly melted by the girl's innocence and truthfulness. They fall in love with each other. The ML has a younger brother (SML) who is also in love with the FL and helps her whenever she gets into trouble.

Both are light historical dramas in which the FL cross dress however for different reasons.
However in Dr Cutie fall in love without identifying the gender.

Both have a quirky, cutesy FL and stoic ML in a slow burn romance.

Both are breezy mystery/romance with palace conspiracies/intrigue and a FL trying to clear the name of someone close to her (family vs. teacher).

Both are light-hearted with some more serious moments, mystery/romance hybrid genres, and have an initially semi-antagonistic to frenemies to friends to lovers relationship between the main couple.

Both have a cutesy FL and stoic ML. Both are mystery/investigation dramas.

Both have one, single romance dominating the story between a sunny joyous young woman and an overly serious/grumpy young man. Both stories go very fast, are addictive, and easy to binge watch.

Both dramas have:
- similar balance of humor, romance, action and drama
- quick pacing
- an upbeat, occasionally silly but competent female lead, and a grumpy self-involved male lead
- similar production budgets

Both female leads dress as a man to hide their gender, trying to figure out who killed their family members and why. So check it out. Although I have started watching both, but never have been able to finish both, both are still pretty interesting.

FL (in this case a physician) who loves money, disguises herself as male and ends up close to the King.

This story pattern same.in both drama female lead disguises herself as a man.This was so good, the perfect mix between romance, detective genre & action without being draggy or too dark, no nonsense misunderstandings, with strong and intelligent female lead, supporting (and even feminist) male lead, without no over the top evil people.

I've Fallen For You and Dr. Cutie have similarities:
* the FL is more cute than pretty
* the FL falls first in love, later on the ML follows
* the FL hides her identity
* the ML and FL have childhood memories in which they play a role themselves without knowing this
The differences:
* Dr Cutie is a story of revenge, I've Fallen For You is a story of finding a lost love
* The girl in Dr Cutie disguises as a man, in I've Fallen For You she takes the identity of another bride
* In Dr Cutie two brothers are vying for the love of the FL, in I've Fallen For You it's a male harem
