Ryusuke Minami is a talented guitarist from the United States who has returned to Japan and is anxious to form a band. He meets Koyuki, a high-school teenager, during an altercation in a back alley. Together with a few other talented musicians, Ryusuke and Koyuki try to form a 5-person rock band named "BECK" but things are not as easy as it seems. Saijo Akane, a college student and aspiring drummer, who finds herself suddenly kicked out of her band. However, things take a turn when the brilliant musician Fujitani Naoki stumbles upon her talent and invites her to join his new ensemble.

A capable but unpopular showbiz manager, Kazuko, struggles to groom a younger, new male actor, Ryo, whom she had scouted, into a star. An unmotivated Ryo slowly becomes conscious of the pleasures of acting. Bonds of camaraderie grow, and before long, love gradually blossoms between them.

Supposingly both main leads has the angel voice that get everyone attention. Eventhough Sato voice on Beck was muted, one can assume the voice was beautiful
