i liked this drama not because it was about a teen story but it was funny and reminds you of high school life also it just sucked you in even though the real cast had a aged gap of 8 years. i love the main young actress i just wanted someone more age appreciate in this drama so we could see sun woong kiss^_^ they were really good match (just someone a bit more older) the song in this drama is really cute and catchy loved the ending just wanted a proper kiss scene and a few more episodes overall cute drama to watch when you want to see something funny and adorable trust me if you are a fan of TOUCH then you'll watch this again. oh!! see their music video which stars the main girl in this drama: TOUCH let walk together!!! anyoung

This is the perfect drama for a rainy or boring day. It short, sweet, funny and doesn't leave you feeling like the drama was a waste of time. I really liked the humour in this drama I mean it was actually really funny maybe a little stupid but we all like a bit of stupid humour every now and again. The female lead was really good I've seen her in a few dramas and she is a great actress the male lead was really good as well and he looked cute as a girl (is that weird that i said that). Overall really cute drama if your looking for something fun and easy to watch this is it.

So, I really didn't know what to think about this mini drama until I started watching it. Loved it! It's so cute and it definitely has its moments of comedy. I would definitely say a few of the characters needed to be toned down a little, but given the feeling of the drama, I think it works better than I would've thought. I have to say though, through all the dramas I've ever seen (and that's a lot) I'd only ever see a girl dressing up as a boy. I'd never see it the other way around until I saw this. I'd say overall, the story was good, the characters were cute and well-written, and I think I might watch it again at some point.

So I'll start off by saying that this drama is 110% fluff and ridiculous cuteness...almost too much of it. It gave me the feel that I was watching a drama version of a fanfiction, (even though it is actually a drama version on a manga) So I'm not quite sure where to start, so I'll break it up into sections.

1) Story/Plot

I give this drama a lot of credit for the pure fact that it was a gender bender. Cliche and over used as that plot now is (Ouran, You're Beautiful, Hana Kimi and all of it's remakes) this was not a girl to boy crossover, but a much more rare boy to girl! I thought it was interesting how they pulled that off, and oh my gosh Sun Woong pulled off being a girl pretty well. (He reminded me a lot of Sungjong from Infinite) The story was okay, still cliche, but okay. I'm not supposed to write a summary here, so I'll just leave you with this plot line is extremely mushy and not trying to be sexist but "girly" But hey, I could totally see a boy watching this drama.

2) Acting/Cast/Characters

The characters themselves were actually adorable, but again, they've been done before.

There's Geurim, that random girl that for some reason gets put into a place with at least two hot guys. She will love a boy with all of her heart until as many girls do, will change her mind and fall for a completely different boy.

Taejoon, the extremely hot male that the main girl is obsessed with at first and of course, he shows no romantic interest to her at first because he likes another girl and as the role of dramaland states, he must get friend-zoned(Boys Over Flowers anyone???) And here's the plot twist.

Hyunwoo, the other extremely gorgeous male lead who is cold to the main girl lead at the beginning for some reason or another and will eventually develop feelings for her at some point as all cold male leads tend to do...is ALSO A FEMALE!!! He's Irene, the beautiful female that the other male lead loves. (You know that really annoying girl that you hate in every drama) And then just to avoid plot summaries "events happen" that I'm sure you can guess and the characters follow their respective roles that all drama character in EVERY romance drama plays.

So the characters are cliche...true, however the acting was pretty decent. For being 13, Kim So Hyun did fairly well, and the male leads were excellent. Sun Woong was a bit stiff at parts but hey, nobody is perfect, and for being fairly new in the acting business he wasn't bad. His looks make up for it.

The rest of the cast was great as well. Those random sasaeng fans of course came back in such a school driven drama, but the actors that played them played them well. That annoying reporter (reminded me of You're Beautiful) was present and I really liked the actor! He wasn't the best at acting and he wasn't the most noticeable character, but for some reason I loved him. Overall the cast worked well together. (If you've seen Real School, it was that kind of cast chemistry, not perfect but suitable for the drama)

3) Music

Nothing really notable. One song kept replaying for a good portion of the drama...I have no clue what it was called, but it was one of those songs that when you hear it you can sing the first line and then just listen to it and go "yep, that song is for this drama" I personally like those kind of songs, so that was nice. There is nothing worse then an unmemorable soundtrack because then what's the point of even adding music? There were A LOT of Kpop references (Big Bang was mentioned a lot, SNSD, and Wonder Girls) So I found it fun to be able to relate in that sense. Apparently the two male leads are in bands...cool. So yeah, the music wasn't outstanding but it was good enough that I thought it added a bit to the overall show.

4) Rewatch Value

Yes, I will definitely rewatch this drama at some point. The entire reason I watched this is because I'm on spring break and I wanted to watch something that wasn't overbearing. I wanted something light, fluffy, humorous, and a tad dramatic. That's what this is. It's short, sweet, and innocent. So if you want something that will just make you laugh, then this is great.

Sooo...yeah that's my little rant of this drama...hope you enjoy it if you choose to watch it ^^

Awesome, awesome, awesome. I liked many things about this cute 3 ep drama.
1. It's only 3 episodes. Give it a try, it is only 3 hours of your life. I'm sure it's going to become much more. I'm putting this as my favorite drama!!!

2. It is a school drama. A lot of innocent love. It's very cute.

3. Double identity. When I was younger I loved this theme. Now, when I saw this it brought great memories of childhood.

4. The music- I'm definitely downloading the soundtrack. I loved it. It was catchy and it will definitely serve for more years. The dancing scenes used great music. And I loved what Geurim said "don't fight dancing simply enjoy it." If you enjoy what your doing- there will certainly be more success.

5. No melodrama- it's light. Less stress. I simply enjoyed watching it. This is my face at the end ---> :D

Wow. I think this is the first negative review for this mini-drama. Contrary to almost everyone who wrote a review for this, I simply hated this drama. Yes, it was short and supposedly "cute" but in my opinion I have not seen a more annoying drama before. Neither was the story any good, nor did I like the characters. I am a big fan of gender bender dramas, but this one didn't do for me.

I am not going to be negative about the actor and actress because come on- they're actually kids. They have plenty of time to grow. I just found it terribly boring and it was painful to get through even the first episode itself. The other two episodes got worse, and not better by a mile. I hardly laughed at the jokes and didn't find it cute.

But I suppose since so many seemed to have enjoyed this, many more people would like it. So whoever wants to, can give this a try but I am definitely not recommending it.

I'm stopping short of giving this a 10 even though this 3-episode short minidrama entertained me throughout and completely. Probably because it's not a masterpiece despite being entertaining. But boy is it cute. It was full of so much adorableness and sweet moments that I lost count. And I watched it with a smile intact on my face. It had its cliches, stereotypes but even so came out as a refreshing take on a teen romance. How I wish it were longer in length. And must I say anything about idol Sun Woong(Irene/Hyun Woo)? He is as charming as a girl as he is as a boy and plays his part not to perfection maybe, but close. He was the heart and soul of this drama and every time he came onscreen he just lit it up with his mere presence. Kim Soo Hyun is also quite believable in her role here, which thankfully is as far from evil as can be imagined. And the 2 Idiot Trios of TaeJoon and Irene's fanclub are equally hilarious. So is the second lead, Min Hoo. Now I'm waiting for actual subs to release so that I can watch it again. Youtube somehow never gave me full satisfaction.
Hoping Tooniverse makes more such heart-warming teen dramas in the future. Also hoping(dying rather) to see Sun Woong in something new now.

I would like to say that enjoyed watching this drama but that would be a lie. The story was alright, but not great. I would definitely not recommend this to someone with high standards. In fact the music was better than the acting. Now I'm down for all kinds of drama's in fact some of my all time favorites are gender benders like Hana Kimi, You're Beautiful and the currently airing To The Beautiful You. However, in this case it just didn't work. This is one perhaps the first drama that has left me disappointed. If you want to give it a go i won't stop you but don't say I didn't warn you!
