As a child, Meng Hui was involved in a terrible accident. Though she has borne the physical scars of that moment on her face all her life, it’s the mental scars that have caused the greatest damage. Traumatized by the event, Meng Hui developed a dissociative identity disorder which causes her to switch between two distinct personalities at random. Never knowing when her alternate personality might emerge, Meng Hui has struggled all her life, to find a balance between her two sides.
Now grown, Meng Hui works as a makeup artist who has started creating her own small line of homemade cosmetics. As fate would have it, she happens to cross paths with Shen Yi, the CEO of a large cosmetics company, during one of her episodes and suddenly declares herself to be his girlfriend. Though shocked by this sudden outburst, Shen Yi decides it’s better to save face by playing along, than make a scene in public. Shen Yi is rewarded for his seeming gallantry when he discovers, not long after that, Meng Hui has developed a liquid foundation that has the potential to revolutionize the cosmetics industry.
Desperate to get his hands on her formula, Shen Yi continues to play the part of the devoted boyfriend, a fact that shocks Meng Hui once her alternate personality relinquishes control. Though at first, only interested in Meng Hui’s formula, Shen Yi soon finds himself falling for the girl fate seems to have thrown into his life, and even more surprising, she seems to be falling for him.
However, their relationship is put to the ultimate test when Meng Hui learns that Shen Yi was the one responsible for the accident that changed her life, all those years ago. Will their love become the salve that heals their deepest wounds or will they find that some wounds really do leave permanent scars?

The FL in My Girl has the mental/memory issues.
The love interest in both meet the lead characters through work and learn about their issues from there.
In My Girl the ML helped the FL out of a feeling of guilt, but there are other complexities involving other characters.
In Don't Forget I Love You it only focused on the ML living his daily life with his memory issues, and we don’t see much progress with his cure.
But in My Girl we can see some progression and other aspects of her life besides her memory issues which was nice.
My Girl also has some drama angst with love triangles too.

In both the main hero is in search for the heroine half of his life.. At first then met by an accident. When he suspect he found her.. he treat the heroine well.. Then he think he made a mistake..., but even so.. fall in love with the heroine.
In both the main hero is very cold and stingy with money at the start, but no so much at the end.

The lead actor in mountains and oceans is also in my girl... he's the reason why I watched oceans and mountains. I first watched my girl and then I just fell for him and he's handsomeness and he's charismatic features so I decided to watch mountains and oceans and I have no regret as I did not feel like I wasted my time... watch i. Fan Zhi Xin is lite.
I forgot that they both involve mental health
My girl TSD traumatic stress disorder
Mountains and ocean Depression... and other forms of mental health that should be discovered soon because that evil witch who keeps pitying herself and making life difficult for others definitely had something for real.

As soon as I started watching Sweet Teeth it reminded me of My Girl. They have a very similar vibe and they both got me excited from the very first episode. The aura in both dramas is bright and the story portrays pure, sweet love. Both have a soft story with not tragic moments. They have this sweet soft kind of comedy (As these dramas were packed with tons of funny scenes, I was always laughing while watching them).
Both dramas present three couples - each with a unique story and style.
Both MLs have a kind heart even tho they have a cold appearance at first.
Both FLs are sweet, cheerful and healing; and they have the best squad of besties.
Both dramas also have an unforgettable OST.

The main lead should be ZHAO YI QIN. Are the producers blind? How can they choose any other person instead of him?? ZHAO YI QIN IS SO HANDSOME AND PERFECT FOR THIS STORYLINE. PRODUCERS MUST CHANGE THE MAIN LEAD. OTHERWISE THE DRAMA WILL NOT BE A HIT ONE. ZHAO YI QIN IS SO CHARMING AND FOR THE MAIN LEAD. THEY SHOULD CONSIDER AGAIN ABOUT THE MAIN LEAD.
Both talk about industries that are related to one another - Count Your Lucky Stars presents the fashion industry while My Girl presents the make-up industry. In a way both show some kind of boss-employee kind of relationship. There are also similar plot lines like the male lead having a trauma, the model character becoming best friends with the female lead, etc.
