WARNING: NOT FOR THOSE WHO ARE AFRAID OF GOOD LOOKING GHOSTS

This 3-episode series packs a lot in less than 45 minutes running time. An innocent love story turned love triangle, betrayal of friendship and supernatural. Yes, you read that right. Well, the end of episode 1 kinda gave that hint.

Good looking cast, check. Steamy kissing scenes, check. Thriller, ghost scenes, check. But not quite effective because the apparition (Peem) is too good looking to be scary at all! (Even funny because of that runny nose).

Acting is good, not spectacular, but good. Lots of good and effective camera shots and angles, too.

That haunting song at the end! Can’t get it off my head! Though I don’t understand the words (there are no subtitles for the song), it was plaintive and mournful, full of anguish, Mike’s final song for a lost love.

Rewatch rating since it’s just less than 45 minutes anyway: 10

For the first time i cried while watching a bl series

The acting was the BEST ACTING I'VE SEEN IN BL.
The story was interesting. Don't leave it over thinking that you'll watch it some time like i did. It doesn't even last an hour yet is so remarkable.
For the music, especially at the 3rd episode, i want to give 1000000+ points. It was more emotional as one song was their song.
I'm not sure if i will watch it again, it was kinda heavy. I will follow the actors' works. I heard they have one more series together. Their chemistry is the best and they didn't hesitate shooting intimate scenes i really admire them.

was NOT expecting this

I would've never thought that this was going to be a horror. This looks like it was made with 10 cents of budget but somehow it made me have serious feelings over the things that were happening. It gets you envolved with it because they combine romance with murder and then Jeff Satur is singing beautifully so yeah, mixed feelings but you know what? It's just three episodes so I 100% recommend the whole full experience. ...............................................................................................................................

Meh...

Watched this series due to the main couple also being paired in the more popular 'Ingredients' The Series. And it's quite different in tone. Practically the opposite. Whereas Ingredients was sweet and adorable, this is series and heavy with melodrama. He She It was quite confusing. Yes, I understand the story, but there's a bunch of plot holes and plot points where characters make decisions that don't make much sense. The timeline of the story is also all over the place. Props though for attempting to do a supernatural BL though the series didn't hit its target. Hopefully, there will be more supernatural BL's in the future!

Im a mess

I did not expect this show to attack me as it did. I went in with no expectations seeing that it was only 3 eps long. I had read another review that told me the order in which to watch the episodes so that it wouldn't be as chaotic. I watched Ep2 first, then I watched Ep1, and finished with Ep3. I will give this hint. If you are watching this on youtube check the comments to help with the confusion. I won't write what was written there, but it helped when I needed it. Definitely, something I will have to really think about watching again simply because of how this left me in the end. With the storyline all over the place, the actors were what garnered a high rating from me. The emotions of Mike and Peem is really what held me from just clicking away. My advice is simple, watch in the order I did, have no expectations, and be ready for the feels.

Very unique and creepy story!

I loved this series! It’s only three short episodes, and number 2, “She” is actually the first piece of the story. It was a bit confusing at first until I figured out the order of the storyline. This series was very unique, heartbreaking, and had a creepy element that I absolutely loved! The actors did a fantastic job, and I’m excited to go binge watch “Ingredients”, now that it’s completed, because the same two main actors are in it as well! I absolutely loved Gameplay’s portrayal of his character Peem in “He She It”. It’s an excellent BL, and I definitely recommend you watch it!

One Of The Most Unique BL Mini-series I have seen.

This series is hard to talk about without spoiling it. Gameplay (Peem) and Jeff (Mike) have incredible chemistry together. I enjoyed a lot of the smaller elements of this series like I think one of the things I noticed and pointed out to my friends a lot is how Chapter 2 "sHe" has the "H" capitalized and not the "s" in the title card. I thoroughly enjoyed the first two chapters, but I do feel like "It" fell flat in comparison. Mike is not meant to be a likable character, I am aware, but I feel like Peem's spirit at the ending is too forgiving of him.

I think the best part of this series is the chemistry between Gameplay and Jeff. Both of them did incredible in this series, which if I am not mistaken is both of their firsts. Some of the acting did look a bit "goofy" at times, like Mike's reaction to Peem at the end of Chapter 1 "He". Peem also, in that scene was quite funny, Gameplay menacingly tilting his head. Other than that moment, I don't think I was ever taken out of the story by the acting.

The music is mostly Jeff's music, which is also seen in another series that stars both of them "Ingredients". Jeff has a very soothing voice so it was enjoyable to listen to, Comedy in particular is a beautiful piece.

I really enjoyed this series, I think it might be one of my favorite BLs, it is definitely one of my top rated.

For a short, it is incredible!

Watched Ingredients with Jeff and Game so I never realized they were in another series together until Ingredients ended. Took a chance and watched it, DON'T REGRET A SINGLE MOMENT! The acting was superb. The story was both plot-twisty and addicting. The music; nothing bad about it whatsoever. Jeff always kills it with the music. I finished it in 45 minutes and then rewatched it bscause I was so drawn in to the story itself. If you are on the fence about watching this 3 episode shows don't be, all it is is 45 minutes of your life and I promise there is something you will definitely like in this show!

interesting yet confusing…

This was very short. Like others, I watched Jeff and Gameplay in Ingredients first. Love them together! Ingredients actually aired after HE SHE IT. It was so strange to hear the same song he wrote in Ingredients. Weird.

The story was pretty straightforward. Mike is with another guy but doesn’t think it’s acceptable so he also has a girlfriend. But which one does he love? He ends up fighting with Peem, his boyfriend, due to a misunderstanding. Before killing Peem (maybe), he tells him he doesn’t love him. But later, in a touching scene, he says he’s sorry and is devastated. So did he or didn’t he? Good acting all the way around.

Episode 3 was a nail biter as Peem comes back as a ghost for revenge.

Many questions are left unanswered:
1. Did Mike love Peem?
2. Did Peem know how to swim or not? (Was it murder or suicide?)
3. What happened in the first scene? Was Peem a ghost there? Everyone saw him. Was he supposed to be dead at this point?
4. Why was Mike choking and gasping after the kiss like he had been poisoned?

Well, even with lots of unanswered questions I still enjoyed it. The only scene that I thought the acting was bad was the breakup scene. Watch it for Jeff and Gameplay. Then go watch Ingredients. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Comedy (Tragedy)

I originally watched Ingredients before this and got super excited to see Jeff and Gameplay in another drama together. I for one was absolutely invested. The first episode felt a bit confusing at first but as soon as you finish episode 3 everything makes so much sense. Once again their acting was phenomenal along with their chemistry. I personally wouldn't give it a rewatch on my own, just because all the suspense would be lost on me, but I would 1000% show this to a friend.

With the atmosphere you'd definitely expect a jumpscare or two, but this drama keeps the suspense even without them. All in all, I'm really pleased with how the drama was set up. Also Jeff's singing is always a plus - he's definitely an all around talent to keep an eye on.

the songs hit hard

honestly, i loved the story. some of the acting was a bit meh but overall i really enjoyed it. it’s a good short film and i especially loved the last part, It. i think the best part of the whole thing is Jeff. he has such an incredible voice and hearing the difference between the way he sang Moment in this versus how he sang it in Ingredients is stunning. in Ingredients the song is sweet and heartwarming but hearing it in He She It, it’s heartbreaking. Also his song Comedy at the end, oh my GOD. i rewatched that part like seven times, im obsessed with the emotion that entire scene delivered and his voice, so stunning i never get enough of hearing it. you won’t be disappointed after watching this, truly.
