This the best drama among all uncountable dramas I have watched. Well done! Keep it up. Congrats for selecting great actors and actresses. They perform very well and the storyline is so interesting, sweet and romantic. Look forward to Twenty Twenty Season 2 with the same casts especially Hyunjin (Kim Woo Seok) and Dahee (Han Sung Min). The main roles are warmth. To be honest, I keep chasing and repeating the episodes since I get to know this drama through YouTube. It’s just that the pace of uploading the new episodes should be faster. Anyway, thank you to the Producer and all contributors! Great. Better if the episode duration extended also.

Good Enough

" Twenty Twenty " is an okay drama for its genre. It handled the story smoothly, keeping the pace hectic throughout the length of it. However, even though the drama wasn't boring because of it, it missed a lot of its charm, especially when it came to the love story. The romance on its own was kind of interesting, but felt undeveloped and rushed. The chemistry wasn't built and the love triangle was also half baked.

The family drama, however, was pretty entertaining. The male lead's was overlooked at times, but the main one, between the mother and the daughter, was spot on. The second lead's story was disappointingly left unconcluded.

Finally, the performances were okay. Wooseok did a nice job, but the character he was portraying, for me, was contradicted by his image. The leading lady was just there in the first part of the series, but she nailed her dramatic scenes. The side characters were delightful to watch.

So, overall, six and a half out of ten.

On the journey to discover who I am admist all the chaos

Twenty-Twenty entails the story of 3 main university students. We first have Da Hee, who lives with her single mother. Her mother tries her best to lead Da Hee into a better life, but Da Hee has other intentions of finding her own identity and independence amidst it all. Hyun Jin is a composer and musician. He lives by himself and does not have a good relationship with his parents either, but after one abrupt visit from his mother after three years out of contact, she wants to make things right with him again. And lastly, Ha Jun. He comes from a wealthy background and is known as the 'perfect' student at his university. However, things start crashing down for him when he suddenly crosses paths with someone from high school, making him grabbing onto whatever control he has in order for him to not re-live his traumatic past. This drama focuses on the bad relationships that Da Hee and Hyun Jin have with their parents and the journey of self-discovery of the cast as well. It touches on topics, such as bullying, friendships, suicide, uptight parental relationships, and romance as well as the importance of honesty, freedom, and independence.

What enticed me into this drama is the resonation between myself and Da Hee's situation to some extent, which makes this drama somewhat more special to me. This drama tells the story of normal, everyday lives of 20 year-olds which is always refreshing to watch as it's something closer to our lives and also, since I am also 20, I thought it would be interesting to watch to learn something from this, just like their A-teen series.

The relationship that goes on between the two characters is a bit bland, but at the same time slightly cute as well. Maybe it's just how the two characters are as individuals being new into a relationship, but I wouldn't be too critical of it.

I think the selection of the cast was a great fit for a drama like this. The acting was satisfactory in my opinion, but focussing on Wooseok, he did well for his first lead role in a popular drama. Everyone from this drama really has the potential to do future roles and I'm glad they got this opportunity to do so with this drama.

The OST's are out of this world and fit the vibe of the drama

Overall, this story is a bit slow and there are a few things that have been left unsolved; I hope that when it comes to making a second season if there is going to be one, that they will touch upon those parts. It isn't the most original nor creative story ever, more so on the realistic side, but I enjoyed it anyway as a current 20-year-old.
If you're a K-Pop fan and would like to get to know more about Chan and Wooseok, this is a good place to start

Fantastic web-drama!

So I started watching this to support Chan in his acting but stuck around because I loved watching the story unfold and the characters grow as the drama went on. There was a lot of character development going on with the backstories gradually getting revealed as the drama progressed which I really enjoyed. I didn't like the FL's character too much at the start but she really grew on me as she started gaining more confidence and came out her shell a bit more. My favourite characters for this drama were Yeeun and Bohyun, both separetely and together!

I personally like short dramas like this as I can watch them on my lunch break at work and they tend to be a little faster paced as well. I've seen some comments about product placement but it's a drama, they all have product placement. I think you'd be hard pressed to find a drama which didn't have any at all, it's where they get a lot of their budget afterall. I didn't think Twenty Twenty was too in your face about it apart from maybe the perfume shop but even then it was woven into the story well imo.

I'm a bit biased because I support A.C.E with my whole heart and soul but I feel that Chan did such an amazing job with Bohyun. He embodied the character and became Bohyun so was really fun to watch. I loved the random scenes with Jun as well, it was so funny seeing them act together.

For a group of new actors, I think they all did really well! I'm really optimistic for their futures and I look forward to watching their future dramas as well! I hope for a spin off series or a season two of this because I really enjoyed it. It's also got some of my friends into dramas because of Chan so I now get to introduce them to more dramas >:D

Must watch drama

Literally this is the best drama to watch. I am totally in love with it and can't wait to see all the 20 episodes. I hope it has more resources to watch from. Literally all the characters are good-looking. The male lead is a solo artist. Everyone is competing for the best look. The drama plotline is different from other dramas and I am happy the episodes are more than 15 minutes long. Which is longer compared to the other web dramas. I am totally in love with it, Even though all of them don't have much acting experience, They acted pretty well. It is my first review to write in MyDramaList. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to write about this wonderful drama. I hope they get more roles in the near future.

This is a solid watch

This drama is so good the main leads chemistry is so good they felt like they were actually dating and Han sung minds acting is top-notch in this drama her crying scenes with her mother were so well scripted I actually felt sad and woo seoks acting was ok since this was literally like his first drama the only thing I would say bad about this is that its too short and I wanted more progression in the leads relationships like I wish woo seok met sung mins mom in the drama to see whats her reaction about him honestly they could add so much more into this story so I'm hopeful for season 2

This show never gets old.

The reason this show gets a 10/10 from me may be a little biased because I fell in love with the aesthetic, but I feel like it’s safe to say that it did not disappoint.
I’m the type of person who never really has any negative comments about a show or movie, I just seem to take my opinion in as a part of the movie and what it was meant to be so, my review may not be accurate according to the impeccable standards of some of the critics (who btw are really good at what they do) but it is the viewpoint of a fellow ordinary viewer.

First off, like I mentioned I really liked the aesthetic and the overall theme of the show’s costume and makeup, it was definitely what drew me in in the beginning. I feel like they did a really good job in portraying the character’s personality and growth (in Da Hee’s case) through the costumes.

Second, I am a sucker for Korean youth dramas because they not only portray optimism but also are real in the midst of the ethereality and show characters having some normal negative emotions without exaggerating them and making them villains for having those emotions. This show did a really good job at this in the case of Ha Jun giving him a chance at redemption, being true to the Korean drama tropes when it comes to a character like him.

Overall, I really enjoyed the casting as Han Sung MIn and Kim Woo Seok seemed to be able to portray a perfect sombre relationship while giving each other space to face their demons. Kang Yu Chan as Son Bo Hyun was extremely refreshing as I feel like he himself embodies the character and I also really loved Woo Seok, Chan and Jin Ho Eun’s comedic chemistry. My favourite casting however, has to be Chae Won Bin as Baek Ye Eun, a character I absolutely loved for being able to notice the hidden toxicity between Da Hee and Ha Jun and later also self realise that she might have not seen Ha Jun for who he is due to past prejudices. Also I really like Chae Won Bin in general.

In the end, Twenty-Twenty is a light web drama with a soft moving story line, the BGMs and OSTs went really well with the show in my opinion and I feel like it definitely has a high rewatch value.

Another favorite web-drama

I just like everything. I like the story, acting and visual. At first i just watch it because of A-Teen but now i just trap and fall for this drama. The more I watch, the more interesting the story is. I like the actors and actress. I love the braveness of the lead actress in this drama. I think i just become wooseok fans. The actors are amazingly handsome. I am surprise that Chan (A.C.E) can acted so well. So proud of him. I also could not believe that, why I do not become wooseok fans sooner after watching this drama. Wishing a Bright futures ahead to the all actors and actresses. Could not wait for the next episode. Hoping for season two.

One of the best webdramas

Disclaimer I haven't finished watching this but it's so good. I love all of the cast they done so good at acting specially the mum she made me really hate her, that means she plays that character well. The main cast are like opposite but are so good together, they have similar situations which makes them have a stronger bond. The drama has a strong message that you should be yourselves and not let anyone stop you, I understand were the mum is coming from she doesn't want her daughter to do bad in life, but if she really loved her she would've supported her journey of growth. I feel as this drama portrays loads of people situation were they can't be themselves because of their family. Yous should definitely check it out you won't regret. Obviously I really liked the ost, every kdrama/web have great ost. Remember this is only my opinion. Fyi you should watch this on vlive since they have more ep there.

Binge watched

This was a surprisingly enjoyable web drama. I started watching it in the afternoon and my life basically stopped until I finished it. I'm not going to reiterate the storyline, but just give my feelings for the drama. I know that a lot of people felt that it was boring. I didn't find it to be so - there were periods of slow pacing, which I found to be a relief after the tough-to-watch scenes.

I struggle watching bullying of any type, whether it be between teens or being perpetrated by adults. Da Hee's mother was very controlling, and I felt very uncomfortable watching these scenes. I vacillated between thinking that Da Hee needed to grow a spine, to understanding that even though she was an adult, she had no way to support herself, so was pretty much stuck in her situation. We got to see some of the reasoning behind the behavior of the mother, but I still didn't think it justified her behavior.

Han Sun Min as Da Hee. She was pretty expressionless throughout the whole series, but I felt her hopelessness. She was able to convey that hopelessness, along with her desire to be like others, very well. Later, when a few of her issues were resolved, I was glad to finally see her smile.

Kim Woo Seok as Hyun Jin. I definitely got Park Bo Gum vibes from him. He and Da Hee were an awful lot alike, each with their own traumas, skirting around all the others, pretty much emotionally removed from deep friendships. Granted, he did have a couple of friends that he spent time with, but even with them he was not transparent.

Park Sang Nam as Ha Jun. This was a surprising character, one that seemed to have it all together, but was really just holding it all together by compartmentalizing his life. I though his character change was chilling to watch.

Chan as Hyun Jin's friend was funny and over-the-top. "Ketchup? Ketchup? Ketchup?" At the beginning he irritated me because he was so 'much', but then he really grew on me. He was able to provide a lot of comic relief when things started to get really heavy.

I thought the romance was sweet. Da Hee and Hyun Jin had known each other briefly in high school so this had kind of a "fated" vibe, which I love. I loved watching their interactions, and how they were trying to figure out how to navigate liking someone. Him taking texting advice from his clueless friend was funny. A couple of good kisses.

As mentioned before, I don't like bullying. The bully that was always around causing trouble, especially taking pictures and posting videos, I just wondered if he ever went to class.

OST was nice.

So, it wasn't rocket science. Being a web drama, it wasn't supposed to be, but I enjoyed watching it.

A drama that I'm still waiting for a second season like a fool.

I really liked this drama a lot. I was able to perfectly understand the protagonist, a girl immersed in the control and pressure of her mother who little by little reveals herself thanks to the love of the protagonist and her friend.

I understand a little about her mother, wanting to overprotect her, but as a person who still has to continue rebelling against her father despite my age, I think it is not healthy to overprotect your children and much less throw all your traumas on your daughter, saying that all men are bad. Of course there are many bad men today but there are also good ones like the protagonist, who helped her find herself and come out of her shell.

I really liked the boy's performance, I think it was his first leading role and although there is enormous reluctance for idols to act because "they act badly."He really acted very well, I liked how sweet and protective he was with her but I also really so liked his sudden change of expression when he got angry and confronted the protagonist's "supposed" friend telling him that he was trash.

I loved the actress who played her friend, she was happy and fun and pushed her friend to do something new, but she was also very smart and insightful. She along with the protagonist were the first to realize how twisted her "supposed" friend was. I really liked the scene where she invites him out for coffee and confronts him, making him angry and making him show his true colors. She really cared a lot about her friend.

Then the protagonist's friend was a little annoying but it was fun at the same time, I liked that dynamic they had with the protagonist's friend.

It was heartbreaking for both sides, the confrontation that the two protagonists had with their parents. They really made you feel like you wanted to hug them and tell them that everything was going to be solved. At least the protagonist achieved an agreement and understanding with her mother. It's a shame that the protagonist couldn't reach an agreement with his father (who was a pig) and his mother. But he at least knew the truth and could say everything he had wanted to say for years.

The actor who played the second one really acted very well. It really scared me a lot. And even more so when he pushed the protagonist against a glass and grabbed her wrist so that she couldn't leave.

The chemistry between the protagonists was pleasant. It made me feel butterflies in my stomach.

The only thing I didn't like is that we really don't know why the secondary acted that way, they give us clues but they didn't delve into it well. It even became evident that he had family problems as well but nothing was delved into about it either. And the couple of the protagonist's friend and the protagonist's friend were left in a "we'll see."

When the final chapter ends, it is implied that there would be a second season, but 3 and a half years have passed and nothing. So I don't think there will be a second season. It's a shame because I wanted to continue seeing more about the development of the protagonists' relationship and that they will go into more depth about the secondary and what kind of problems tormented him so that he became someone who was scary.

But in general I highly recommend it. The chapters don't last long, it entertains you from the first chapter and you can spend a pleasant afternoon watching it.
