I don't know why all of you stay hating this show. It's literally so simple and cute for people who need a break in between shows that are hectic and all over the place. Sure, the characters were a little show at advancing with their love, but at the end it was still all cute and was worth it in my opinion. I don't know what you guys expected from a 5 episode show where they're all each 15ish minutes. I'm actually really happy the show ended the way it did. The first season was very wholesome so it would have been weird if they included more "adult" situations into this one. I really recommend this and the first season to anyone who needs a little break and who needs a calm show.

Nothing happened. NOTHING!

I put a spoiler warning on this because MDL would lose their minds otherwise. But I don't really see the point. Let me save you from losing about 4 hours and tell you what happened in season 2 of THE MOMENT SINCE - NOTHING. That's right. Nothing happened.

This ENTIRE season was five episodes of montages with the SAME song over and over and over and over! Why did they waste film and time and money making this 5 episodes? They could have saved themselves a lot of time and money and danger (due to COVID) and made this into a half an hour long movie.

Let's break it down.

I gave it the number of stars I did because of Copter. If it wasn't for him, I'd drop this to a 1.5.

The only thing that made me happy about this is Copter and he was in this entire thing for legit 2 seconds plus a little moment in ep 5 with Boston.

There was no story. Nothing to latch on to. There were two kisses but I could have done without them. And there are those who said this happened because the episodes are short and I call BS on that. One of the BEST BL's I've ever seen is a student short movie on Youtube called ONE LAST ORDER - It's an entire movie done in about 15 minutes and it has everything. Sure, the characters didn't kiss or touch or even hug but the chemistry was LIT, the acting was amazing, the music was on point and the storyline was all the things.

The eps being short is no excuse for this mess.

Let's talk about the kisses. I could have done without them. This entire season was garbage to begin with, the kisses did NOT help. I can watch an entire drama without that sort of thing. Sure, it makes it sexier, but not really necessary to show love. But these two GROWN men (one's a doctor and one's a bartender so they are grown-ass men), still sniffs each other's cheeks then run and are afraid to show any kind of emotional connection to each other for anyone to see.

And don't come at me about being shy and a virgin and blah blah blah - being shy is one thing. Acting like a 12 year old who just felt what its like to hold hands, is unacceptable.

At the end of S2, they still haven't come out and say "we're together." They have a sweet little speech (which in the grand scheme of the entire thing means nothing) and I'm left feeling as if they aren't in a relationship but just hanging out with each other on vacation. After this mess, I'm less salty about the whole highfive-gate crap in 2gether the series.

What in the actual hell is happening to LINE? They were at the FOREFRONT of BL content, now all we get are these water down garbage they're trying to pass off as BL? If they were going to wreck this, they shouldn't have made season two. They were blinded by the success of season one and rushed s2 two which you can't really call a season 2.

This was garbage. Don't waste your time. Want something with plot - and I can't believe I'm saying this because anyone who follows me on here knows how desperately I disliked 2gether for that whole high five crab - go watch 2gether. At least you'll get a story out of this.

This was just a 5 ep long music video that isn't even that good of a music video.

Story
The only reason I took off half a point was because though it is soooo cute there is nothing super memorable about it. Like something super unique. I am so happy about it though because there is no drama really. However I do think that the first season was my favorite. Cute little story though.

Acting/Cast
Amazing acting!!!! Loved the cast just like last time. Plus the special guest :)

Music
Their OST is a bop though I didn't put it in my favorite OST songs playlist.

Overall
Though I am not going to rewatch it often cause I don't want it to lose it's special touch. It is amazing!!! Like 10/10 go watch.

Those who are mad, ridiculous!!!

First of all, I don't know what you guys expect when it comes to "Music short film" :) do you know short film means? And don't forget the word "MUSIC" right before. It means this is just a Simple and short story to garnish a song. That's why "Only one song keeps repeating", you're so ridiculous to question about it :).

Secondly, I'm asking what da hell that you expected for a music short film with 5 eps? Do they need to have a whole f**king story line with a bunch of folks and dramatic scenes?? Please shut up :)), this is not a series with whole 12 eps for each season or sth. You should know what you were watching in the begining and stopped at that time if you had such a over expectation like that. Go watch those series out there, please!

Thirdly, their kisses in this are beautiful :) It's the soft kisses for those who just got to know what real love is. I don't get it, if you like drama that much, you should've known many kind of feelings when it comes to love. But you're clueless! Even they're old enough to do adult things, but this is a first time they have feeling for another guy, same gender you jerk. Go and kiss your same gender friend and let's see whether you can win it at the first time or not. Funny! That's why they're shy, it's reasonable.

Don't be a demanding person with no reason and thoughts. Did you guys even watch season 1 to compare and see how have they improved in acting and stuffs? You need to know first what you're watching, and have the right standard of expectation for each genre, type of movie or film. Not just sitting there, know nothing and insult ppl. Find sth that match your style to watch!!! They are singers, performers not actors from the begining, with not much experience, they brought us some episodes and their songs to enjoy. So if you guys still wanna judge, go find the real actors out there!!!!!!!!

Down Hill

Okay so just minutes after I finished watching the first season, I jumped into this one, hoping there would a story behind it, but sadly not, I am not sure how this even started and if did start with a mess, dude riding in on a horse, and then a jealousy scene then back to the riding scene, and then a whole lot of mixtures after that.

The main characters were the only thing that kept watching this mess. This ENTIRE season was five episodes of montages with the SAME song over and over and over and over! I am not why this 2nd season, they literally should have just left it with a cliff hanger, cuz this was just not worth it. there were some really cute moments, but again it was not explored in detail and could feel the tension and kept hoping that something would happen but sadly nothing.

Nice shots of Thai nature and beaches and otherwise practically nothing happened. Naive and about nothing. The music didn't help here either, although the theme song is nice. "The Veterinarian and the Bartender" behaved like thirteen-year-old boys, and both young gentlemen are rather better singers than actors

Bit anticlimactic, isn't it?

When I first learned that they were making a sequel to The Moment, I got super excited, cause that season was so beautiful and sweet and I adored it so much that I gave it a 10. But I need to learn now that some sequels can't live up to thier predecessors and this series, unfortunately, was one of them.

Story- 7/10
The summary ain't even give us exactly what this season is about. All I got was that it was Bay's birthday soon and he invited Mok and Boston. I think Boston invited Jimmy (I don't know). All three guys clearly has a crush on Bay, but Bay only likes one of them-Mok. So, they all spent time together having dinner, celebrating Bay's birthday and playing volleyball. Bay was able to get some alone time with Mok, where thier relationship was able to go on the next level, by kissing each other, not once, but twice (I squealed and grinned so much!)

Now, here is where I got angry/confused. What was the point of bringing in Jimmy if he was not gonna be a love interest for Boston (cause Boston clearly deserves one), but for him to crush on Bay, who clearly doesn't like him in that way? What was the point?!!! Also, the reason why I stayed with the series was to find out who was following them, only to realize that Mok hired a photographer (guest role appearance from Copter, who was looking hot/cute as hell!) to take pictures of them so that they could have memories of thier time together. Like...really?! I mean, could have just kept this sweet and cute like the first season, but, whatevs.

Acting/Cast- 8/10
I liked thier acting and I think they did the best that they could with this so-called script.

Music-9/10
The music is again addictive and I love the OST so much!

Rewatch value-6/10
I am sorry but I will quicker watch the first season than this one. This season had it's moments, but they aren't that big for me to run it down and rewatch it any time soon.

Overall-7.5/10
I stayed for a specific reason- who is taking thier pictures? I got the answer and was highly disappointed. But it did have some cute moments- just not enough for me, I guess.

The Moment : Since is the continuation of The Moment I Need You, and it seems nice. A nice little look into the lives of the leads since the first series, these five episodes seem to be just that, but that’s all. Just a tiny window into their lives. Was it really necessary, no, but is it still enjoyable? The question seems to be just that. The quality, top notch. The series itself? A pleasant suprise, but it is it anything more and if it is,is it worth a watch? The answer seems to be yes.

THE STORY:
The story follows Mok and Bay on vacation, but Bay’s boss and the boss’ best friend are also vacationing at the same resort. That’s pretty much the story. What was the point of the story, I have no clue. It’s filled with these cute moments between the leads, but I still don’t know what this series is about. Is it leading somewhere? I honestly don’t think so. And yet I’m hooked. There’s just something about this series that I can’t really explain, but it got me to watch all of it and I think that’s what matters.

THE ACTING:
The acting is good. The chemistry is there, but not in a way that it slaps you across the face, it’s more of a gentle caress. I will say that while some scenes do feel stiff and akward, the acting has remained consistent with the first season.

THE PRODUCTION:
This is one of the aspects greatly improved upon. The first series was dark to reflect the mindset of Mok, but this one is light and fluffy, showing just how much Mok’s state has improved. A few details like these are highly appreciated and add an extra dimension to an already good story. The problem here is with the number of episodes. How they will manage to weave an entire story into five episodes of fifteen minutes each is my concern. Hopefully they pull through and give us an actual story.

THE OST:
It’s light and sweet and makes you feel the love. What more can I say?

THE NEGATIVE:
Nothing quite so negative about this series. It’s a beautiful love story and maybe we need that kind of giddy optimism of sunshine and rainbows in our lives.

THE ENDING:
So guess what! Mok was paying Kim from 2moons ( I know his name is Copter, but calling him Kim is just fun! ) to take pictures of Mok and Bay to create a pendrive of moments. That mystery is solved. It was a happy ending overall and after the crapfest that was the Shipper’s ending, I really needed this.

When we watch television some us wish to escape reality, some want real stories, but what everyone really wants is a good way to spend their free time. I’m still on the fence about this series. It’s good, but not in a “ Oh my God, you need to watch this right now.” way, but rather in a “ If you have free time it’s a good watch” kind. While there may be no rhyme or reason to why this series was produced, I will say that this is not a waste of time. Give it a try when you have time . Thank You!

Definitely check it as a breather between heavy dramas. Loved It.

Its a very light hearted show filled with cute and sweet moments that are to die for <3<3 If you are tired of all the heavy dramas and just want a breather THIS IS JUST THE PERFECT SHOW TO WATCH. Check out The Moment I Need You....Its the prequel and I liked it a little better than this.
I always stan fluff content, so I just loved this and the prequel <3<3<3
Speaking about the story, there is not much of it there. The story is all about how Bay and Mok grow closer over the vacation. There was a little bit of plot line with Boston and Jimmy coming into the picture and competing. But lets be honest, they never stood a chance <3 and it was very clear from the first episode. I especially love the characters, cause they are very mature and not at all toxic.
The best scene for me was the ending, where Mok gives Bay the birthday present...Awwwwww...my heart <3<3....if someone did that for me I would hold on and never let go.....XD and also cause there was a guest appearance by the cutepie Copter <3 (Haaaaaa his dimples can kill, seriously) XDXD
The series has a lot of montages and I am not complaining, cause I love fluff......
The acting was good considering it was a short series and was the early work of the actors. Hope they do well going ahead, would love to see them.
The music in the series is good, it got a little annoying as it was a single song played again and again, considering it was a short series it can be overlooked.
I would definitely re-watch it to charge my battery and lighten my mood.
Overall a good watch, would recommend as something to watch to take a break.

PS: Jet, the actor playing Boston is kinda cute *blush**blush*<3 XDXD, he also plays Jack in Gen Y....hoping to see him more.

It was okay

I had no expectations for this series since I didn't enjoyed the first one that much (I still don't get the pretend to attempt suicide scene) and maybe that's why I found it unexpectedly okay. The OST was a thousand times better than the first one but it lacked a plotline. Funny cause we had a plotline on the first "The Moment" but not enough screentime and it seems here was the opposite: a lot of screentime for a very weak plot. I say the plot was weak because there's nothing special on it. Mhok and Bay was trying to get to know each other better but kept being interrupted by two other guys. And imagine being on vacation and meet your boss, i feel for Bay lol. I also don't understand why everyone is so whipped by Bay... I mean, he's cute for sure but come on... I thought we got pass that on BL series but it seems we didn't. Surprisingly AA's character was very likeable unlike Jet's. I actually don't know how do I feel about Boston. I like Jet (specially him playing Jack in Gen. Y) but Boston was just annoying for my taste.
The horse scene was hard to watch and I felt relieved when Bay and Mhok joked about it tbh lol.
Besides that the rest was okay but I have to agree with everyone who found Copter's cameo creppy LOLOL. The gift idea Mhok had was cute but I won't say I would appreciate if my boyfriend hires someone to follow us on the shadows to take pictures lol. I think my review sounded like I didn't like "the moment since", but it was okay I was just expecting more from Starhunter. The song was very good tho.


Anyways, seeing AA shirtless is always a bless so I have no complains about that Lol.

Short But Sweet

Everyone has their own taste and I respect that so please respect mine. This short but sweet drama is (in my opinion) worth watching because Season 1 left us in a kind of limbo and this filled in the gaps. I admit that parts are a little corny but that's okay. The cast was great and music was good. I had just watched a drama that was too intense and left me sad and in tears so I needed something lighter with a happy ending and this fit the bill. I really enjoyed this story and would recommend giving it a shot. If you don't like it so be it at least you can form your own opinion about it. Also there are many more BLs to choose from. Being sequestered in our homes during this very troubling time it's good to have a variety of dramas to choose from. Also bear in mind it's only five episodes so it's not going to take a lot of your time to form your own opinion. Again whatever your opinion is I will respect it even if I might not agree with it.
