Could've been shortened
Honestly, it's a really cute series and I love the chemistry between the couples! I love Bun's go-getter personality, which actually helps me stay interested in the actual plot, and Tan is a sweetie which makes me stay for the romance. That and Sorn are ADORBS period. I just want more of them.But the whole thing could've been cut down to a 2 hour movie or a five or eight episode series with the bonus feature of deleted scenes filled with fluffiness instead of hour long episodes of nonsense decisions being made just to prolong the series.

OH MY GOD!
This is so amazing already.Even with the limited amount of episodes, I would still re-watch it over and over until I know all the lines.
the setting is completely different from your normal Bl drama but it works so well. the acting is phenomenal of course. Max and Tul really do their best in all the things they've worked on and they have shown that here as well.
There is so much going on in this drama and the plot/ story line really grabs you attention from the start. Sometimes it can seem like their talking abut the same thing over and over but it makes sense because of the topic of the topic of the dram.
If you do watch it, TAKE YOUR TIME. You'll scream when you finish it and aren't able to watch the other episodes.

Crime & BL fans will probably really like it
As a crime fan & a BL fan, I like Manner Of Death very much. I don't think that the crime & mystery part take too much over the serie, same with the BL part. It's have a very good balance (ofc from what I have seen of the 5 ep)The story is very succesful, and I like that many of the chracters act wierd and suspicious. But sometimes it can be very confused. Special with Mr.Tan, when he's around Dr. Bun, but it can just be in these episode, and/or is just me. Who feel that way.
But there something I don't get, are the 2 or 1 person (don't remember if its was 2 or one) who died before Jane, are they related to Janes case. Beacuse they havn´t talk about it, or was it just to introduce what Dr. Bun & Dr. Oat doing. From that I understand, it's not seem that the cases are related to Janes.
The music is very okay, not bad at all. But there is just something missing. But I have to said that I really love the intro music.
I think the acting/ cast is succesful, not just because of MaxTul. But overall the whole cast

Boring And Badly Executed
The show started out okay, but soon turned for the worse.The premise of the show -- a medical examiner and the victim's boyfriend are searching for who killed the woman -- seemed interesting. However, there are so many illogical decisions and irrational character actions in this show that by the 4th episode, I had to drop the whole thing because it was too annoying.
The biggest negative, though, was the romance between the two men.
The "romance" between the two main characters felt so out of place and forced. The whole tone of the show was dark, but then the two would have a conversation and A) The conversation did not revolve around the Most Immediate Thing That Needs To Be Discussed, instead talking about things that should be "romantic" or "flirty", and B) These flirty conversations did not belong where they were placed, and they disrupted the whole tone of the murder mystery and crime genre in the show. The flirty moments felt so out-of-place and forced.
Another thing was that the acting was pretty average and I felt no chemistry between the two main characters.
Besides this, the mystery element was illogical and badly written and I could not get into it at all.
Therefore, I am dropping this show and moving on to something better.

Tul Pakorn
I...made an account on mydramalist just so I could talk about Manner of Death and how beautiful Tul looks in this series. This is really just a hype-Tul post honestly. I haven't watched the whole series as it's still airing but i'm pretty obsessed with it already. I've already re-watched episodes 1-4 several times and I love it every single time. I love Tul and Max so much and i knew they were going to do a great job. All their other series that they've done together (pun intended) are my absolute fav's. I love the music in this so much and the story is captivating and exciting and I can't wait to see how the series plays out. I'm curious to know who the suspect/killer is, I have my theories but I won't check any spoilers that's how obsessed I am with this series and the progression. Tul looks so beautiful in this, he really does. I've always been in love with Max, but Tul and his full head of hair (lol) are gorgeous. I really hope they get the proper recognization they deserve because they are truly great actors. Don't miss this series, it's a really good one. My review scores are relatively high based on only the first 4 episodes, depending on how the series progresses, I might change it so take it at face-value .Was this review helpful to you?
Really good and disappointing at the same time.
Love Max/Tul and their chemistry is fire, but I had one problem with this show....wasn't enough NC scenes as the story overshadowed any possibility of adding more NC scenes between the main couple. And I know BL'S are not always going to have scenes like that, but as a BL fan, it's nice to see sometimes. I mean, they could of given fans a NC scene after they got married instead of only given us one in episode 7 (which really wasn't a NC scene)and then not give us one after that. More BL'S need to have NC scenes(with a plot and story) like Venus in the Sky or Kiseki Chapter 2, but that's just the fangirl in me talking and hoping more BL'S will began to do this!Was this review helpful to you?
the show that i WOULD recommend to everyone .
if you saw the headline, you may be questioning why is that. Well, let me tell you why.At first, when i heard about this show, i weren't really convinced to watch it. I just thought it wasn't my cup of tea. Little did i know it would become one of my fav shows.
The story is REALLY well written, and when i saw 'really-well-written' i mean it. The story is like a big mystery, it's addicting and you never know what will happen. Literally, i couldn't stop watcjing this series because i was so into the story. ( i ended up watching this whole serie in 1 day. )
As for the acting, i have nothing to say. It was perfect. I just sometimes forgot that all of it was not real, the acting made me forget that those silly guys were just actors.
This serie is a mastepiece, and i won't shut up about it. All of my friends already know about it cuz i always talk about it. (they're anoyed by me lmao). But yea, this series is really good.

Storyline and chemistry and mystery
Best series ever watched.. re-watch again and again,but still give me same vibes.. amazing storyline with amazing cast. Love this series.Max and tul nailed it..
They gave mysterious way of rollercoaster mood in every single episode. Suspense, thriller, drama and with the sprinkle of tan and bun love story and the cuteness of sorawit and tat.
And the main thing is max and tul not gave us korn and knock vibes. Korn and knock are not overlap tan and bun.
The story of crime I think in almost every country has this kind of issue and almost no one can dare to do something. This series give us reality of society. Not such a heroic act, but gave us the possibility of any person can do.

A diamond in the rough
This is truly one of my favorite shows! It is such a complex murder mystery with just a touch of romance. The story was fantastic, so well written and complex. It kept me guessing to the very end with so many twists. This show made me a fan of the writer Sammon. The relationship was handled so well. It just happened naturally and was tastefully done. Which is rare to find in a BL show. This is how relationships should be written. Also there was decent stunt choreography in this. It had a much higher level than the majority of dramas I have seen. The cinematography was outstanding! Northern Thailand has been added to my bucket list because of this show.The two leads have wonderful chemistry and their characters are so well rounded. Max especially, impressed me. His evil looks are simply spectacular! I loved how the story developed and how the backstory for the main characters impacts the current events in the show. One of the best parts was the character development in the majority of the characters in the show, which is rare to find. The character development for Tan and Bun was particularly good.
There were many supporting characters that I liked and would have loved more time with or backstory. I always forget when starting to re-watch this show the dark the story gets and the second to last episode will always be hard for me to watch. Any story that gets an emotional reaction out of me is telling. But this story covers important topics and is so well done that is a stand out in the genre.

Fucking masterpiece.
MaxTul perfect as always and I love the fact that they're romance is not the focus of the series. I also really like that they talk about a lot of social issues and crimes. The way Bun is willing to do anything to know the real truth about Jane's death is heartwarming. I love this and I really hope it gets more recognition cause this is simply perfect.Was this review helpful to you?
I came for the romance, stayed for the action and loved because of both of them
This series has been fantastic since the first minute. The first episode already contained so much information and action that i was instantly hooked.When you decide to watch this, prepare to cry, but most importantly, prepare to be flabbergasted. Every single moment i thought i knew who the bad guy was, who the murderer was, who the villain of the story was. I was just wrong, every single time. I think i have actually suspected 5 or 6 people who were all wrong. The makers of this drama did such a good job.
Also, I was so hooked to the story that i forgot it had bl romance. In the beginning, there is barely any romance, so everytime there was some kind of romance showing in a scene, i was extra happy :)

I also want to say that MaxTul did such a fantastic job. You can definitely see that the've pleyed together for a long time and their chemistry was just chefs kiss.
All the actors were fantastic, the plottwist were so good and unexpected and the story was phenomenal.
Overal... EVERYONE SHOULD WATCH THIS
