Both dramas are psychological thrillers, with dark vibes of a lead being a psychopathic serial killer

All about brain how it affects your behavior ..... Mouse is drama whereas Brainwork is more on the comedic side and nonsense unnecessary office romance .....

Both dramas carefully and masterfully show you hints and fragments of the whole along the way, keeping you guessing but giving you enough to feel satiated with every new episode.

They both focus on an intelligent main serial killer.

Both have the theme of some sort of 'Serial Killer Gene' (that in some cases is a 'Genius Gene'), and somewhat explore the ethics using that knowledge

Both are about solving crimes, though Mouse is more about a big overarching case, while Justice in the Dark seems to be broken up into smaller cases that are connected (once it's fully released, this might be different)

Mouse does not have any BL themes, and seems to be more graphic when showing crime scenes

Although Mouse doesn't have any supernatural elements, they are both very similar stylistically. By that I mean that both series are about cat & mouse games between detectives/police officers and serial killers. Both are very fast-paced and thrilling. Very well acted as well!

The genres are close enough and I strongly believe that duel is a must watch so why don't you give it a try?
(both dramas talk about psychological, medical and family related terms so i believe that they are similar in that sense)
ALSO Yang Se Jong's acting here is so so so so so so good

The Style is alike, while the plot and characters are completely different. If there's one drama i thought about what "Chimera" was similar to from production and picture quality its "Mouse". If you enjoy "Chimera", you will probably will like "Mouse".

The plot twist in Forgotten is similar to the one in Mouse. If you watch it you will get what I mean. :)

-Psychopath male lead in disguise as an innocent man who teams up with a detective to solve a murder case and the twist that he is actually the killee was revealed later.
-In mouse he killed the detective brother while in trap he killed his partner.
-Both male leads tricked an innocent woman and killed someone precious to her.
-Both discussing psychopaths
