Blah.

Usually, I can find some reason to be conflicted between the two male leads, but for some reason, I find Jae Hee to be a total let down. Maybe it's because ANYONE pales in comparison to SSH, but his mannerisms and everything... they don't thrill me. I understand the contrast they're trying to make between the two guys, but when Tae Sang is just smiling all the time whenever he thinks about Mi Do, I can't help but want Jae Hee to disappear. When Mi Do was letting loose and enjoying herself, I felt sad that she wasn't able to be that way with Tae Sang. I can't wait for that moment to come. This man wants to give her everything (including his heart, I'm not talking just material possessions) and I think it would be pretty cruel to shrug that off.

Love the awkward tension at the end. Usual drama cliffie, but still makes me cringe. :P

Also, lower rating for NO shirtless SSH scenes. Psht.

Female lead/Second male lead

Okay, this was basically the ep where the second lead male fall for the female lead and they have a great time together, the usual blah blah blah but wait Seo Mi Do smiled, the girl can smile! I was so tired of her one expression face in the last two episodes and I am glad she changed but not with Tae San.

I like Jae Hee but I have this feeling that he will turn into a bad character for the one he loves, so far he's so good but I am not confident that he will keep being this way.

Also, I like the second female lead, I really hate how Tae San shut her out in such a harsh way.

Okay, let the triangle begin...

Sparks of attraction

I love this episode and how YWJ potrays JH characters as a smart, funny and witty guy. Of course, the young MD can have a crush with this sunny kind of guy :-) But, since MD still do not understand her won feelings towards TS, her feelings for him started to build up as she gives up meeting JH in order to have dinner with TS.

Woopss.. Hope I'm not giving too much spoilers here.. hihihihi

Understanding the female lead

When Han Tae Sang proposes to Seo Mi Do to give her a better life, I feel like it's high pressured, completely too abrupt and too soon. She has no experience in love and his one-sided love (for now). Seo Mi Do has always been living a life with scarcity and troubles. She needs to experience love on her own and be able to fall in love with someone she meets. With the lacking of experience in relationships, she is scared to take on the proposal and live a life with Han Tae Sang even though he can give her everything and knows her quite well since he first met her 7 years ago from a crisis. Seo Mi Do needs time to reflect on her life and be able to grow and discover love with whomever she meets. Even if she meets and falls in love with Lee Jae Hee. I wish she does not become like the main character in Queen of Ambition. That character was too cruel, greedy, and not deserving the life that she had and what others (husband) were helping her. I hope her character develops and realizes who is the most important figure in her life and who will always be there no matter what situation she is in and can accept the true Seo Mi Do? I hope the luxuries that Han Tae Sang gives her doesn't blind her vision. (If you know what I mean). Thumbs up for the same Stanford T-Shirt!!!
