The first episode was incredibly captivating,…

The first episode was incredibly captivating, and the story has me completely hooked. A serial killer, with the twin of a victim as a suspect. The way they weaved the past into the narrative, giving us a taste of what happened, and then continuing the story 20 years later was brilliant. The cast is fantastic, and I enjoyed the team dinner scenes. The addition of the newcomer, Han Joo Won, and his connection to the case adds an intriguing layer to the plot. They've got all my attention now.

Four Stars

This episode just made me really curious about everything, the murders, the murderer, but didn't really make me startled and scared, I'm looking forward to it.

Plenty of intrigue. They got me.

Looking forward to seeing where this goes. Good character foundations and enough back story to make sense.

Four Stars

I'm immediately reminded of the setting of Tunnel from this drama, and well... if my assumption was correct the serial murder case that was used for reference for this drama should be the same. But unlike Tunnel, there was no timeslip involved this time.

And in this drama, one half of the main investigator was also a suspect. I guess this would be what makes this drama different from Tunnel... as well as Signal. Like so far, this take on the narrative haven't been used yet. In which it would make the mystery even more intriguing.

Somehow I wonder if the reason Shin Hakyun was cast as Lee Dongsik was due to his role in Less Than Evil. Because I can totally feel the same aura in both of the characters that Shin Hakyun played in both dramas.

For a first episode it did everything you…

For a first episode it did everything you want from a thriller mystery show it, leaves you wanting more. This is the first time for me watching the actor Shin Ha Kyun but so far I've been impressed by his natural acting. He very skillfully makes you doubt whether you can trust him or not. I'm curious to see how he will expand on this character. My only criticisms so far is that I wish Yeo Jin Goo's character was a bit less of the stereotypical handsome, aloof over-intelligent son of a powerful family. At this point we've seen enough of those characters. So I hope that in the upcoming episodes his character we grow and become more human.

It started off well! i'm quite surprised as i know thrillers like this tend to build up towards the latter end of the show but it was so good. Enough to keep us wanting more. i hope it gets better from here.
