Both have supernatural elements, themes of true love across time, being chased by a psycho, and intense protectiveness of one another, both the FL and ML.

- both have strong female leads, except one is a lawyer (IHYV) while the other is a prosecutor (Witch's Court)
- both dramas are somewhat centered around a single 'main' case

Noona romance. In My Fated Boy, the FL is a hard working executive secretary who puts more energy into her work than she puts into looking after herself / her apartment. In IHYV, the FL is a public defender. Although she doesn't put maximum effort into her work because she is jaded and expects the worst from people, her job is still demanding and she doesn't take great care of herself / her home is messy.

In MFB, the ML and FL grew up together and the FL protected the ML when he was bullied. The ML developed a crush on the FL and wanted to grow up to protect her, and held on to those feelings steadfastly as he was growing up. In IHYV, the FL helped the ML after a tragic event when she was a kid and he was a little kid. The ML fell for her then and vowed to protect her. The ML in IHYV also holds on to his feelings steadfastly.

Both dramas begin with the ML meeting the FL again after a long time apart, and moving in with the FL shortly afterwards partly to protect the FL but also because of their hidden feelings for the FL. Both MLs are young, energetic, clean (the type to comment on and tidy up a messy apartment), reliable and affectionate.

ML has supernatural ability and uses the knowledge he gains from it to try to stop a murderer. Crime, and mystery elements. Happy endings.

Both have vast age gap between leads. Though focus of the shows are in different directions both are top-notch in quality

Rarin is an upcoming fashion designer; her creativity is inspired by a mysterious male voice that only she can hear and only when it rains. The voice belongs to Tanthai, a gorgeous model and actor she is about to work with during the upcoming rainy season who hates the voice he has been hearing. Amid many distractions, they choose to follow their hearts and discover that nothing is louder than the sound of their love for each other.

Here instead FL it's ML who can read people.
ML/FL here are connected though their past.
So it's romance and some thriller around it

Both dramas have same actress, she playes similar character (her behaviour and her job too, MDS inspirated IHYV in my opinion). IHYV is mix of comedy, romance, thriller and justice drama, MDS focuses more to relationships in family, guilt, and its consequences. MDS reminds me work of Thomas Hardy, because you can't avoid your past, it will be hunted you and it can destroy you.

Different stories.
IHYV has more comedy elements meanwhile SIY has a heavier melancholic atmosphere throughout the drama.

Both:
- gave the same message about revenge
- have a crime that occurred in the past that have been the driving point of the story and how the male and female lead had their connection

try to solve problem
In one drama explosion and another student murder/suicide

Both are procedural drama , that are well executed and written. They both clearly stand alone in there genre with IHYV taking the procedural action of incorporating a supernatural twist. But other than that they are two dramas that you will not want to miss.

They both have cases involving murder of a family member. Both include mythic parts. In I hear your voice one of the main characters have read thoughts while in Life on Mars the main character travels back in time.

Based on the synopsis of this drama. I somewhat resembles with I Hear Your Voice. Both dramas have leads who are connected together with a murder case.
