both are about saving people!
tokyo mer focuses more on doctors and nurses operating in a vehicle, where they do surgeries inside.
the first responders focuses more on the paramedics or the firefighter team.
currently both are interesting and unrealistic as for first responder's first episode. if you like this, you can watch tokyo mer which is available in disney plus too! it has 11 eps with a movie coming in 2023! (counted as their season 2 lol!)
to sum up, both of them are about saving people in different point of view (tokyo mers - doctors, first responders - firefighter)

The genera are completely different but if you want to watch a drama with the same mindset of jindo ghay, do watch L&P.
both main leads are arrogant yet very extraordinary in what they do. They don't just leave things to time and fate but actually work their ultimate best and make things go their way.
And they never accept defeat, even at their lowest they face all the hardships, make plans, and solve every problem.

Both are thriller/crime drama in a criminal/detective setting (not in all the episodes in the first responders). both solve new cases every episode, while also still having a main plot. there are few differences like in Voice it heavily focuses on crimes like murder and abduction while in the first responders it does have cases like murder and abduction but also suicide, and also in Voice the FL uses her supernatural hearing ability to save the victims, whilst in the first responders they use their own critical thinking and don't have supernatural abilities. overall both kdramas are similar in a lot of ways, and if you enjoyed one of them you'll definitely enjoy the other.
ML is crazy in both cases (or as irresponsible as they can come, in a police-type of drama). A lot of coincidental almost impossible things happen in order for the cases to be solved, but they do happen, and cases do get solved. TFR is more episodic than BAC, but there's a similar vibe to both of them.
