Sorry I don't understand how people are watching this
Apocalypse, violent criminals and BL. As the first of its kind, I was definitely intrigued.But after 5 episodes, I thought to myself: Ah, screw this. Life is too short to waste any more time on BLs that don't make me happy. I’m going to move on.
The unfortunate thing about TTWE is that I just couldn’t get behind Golf as a character. He’s a pretty face for sure, but something about his character was just so annoying. First point of irritation: Him being the most narcissistic, self-absorbed liar ever. Second point of irritation: How did Golf even start falling for Art?
The best part of every BL is watching the characters fall in love with each other. Not only was this frustratingly absent in this romance, but the chemistry between Art and Golf is seriously off. Honestly, even the old woman and her dog had a better relationship.

How has this drama managed to get a score of 7.4?
The pacing was awful, and I had to stop as soon as they wanted to 'marry'? I know they only have like a few days left, but chill guys. You've lowkey just met. Plus what I didn't get is how Golf's hate for Art disappeared as soon as he hurt him. Maybe regret or guilt I think. But I guess he didn't blame him for the breakup? Just the 7 day curse I guess. Wouldn't recommend to anyone so far. And definitely will not be watching this again any time soon, if I'm honest with you..This could have been done so much better, but no. One word: Amazing!
One of the most underrrated bl series of all time. I rewatched again and I was amazed again.. Story, acting, the shots and the music was soo good. All of the actors are actually good actors and you don't get a cringe at all. I could feel the chemistry between Art and Best. Second couple was also good!! Начала смотреть и была безумно рада возвращению и активной красивой игре Арта. Все бы ничего в этом во всем сюжете, но при просмотре из кадра в кадр создается больше вопросов, чем находится ответов. Эротические сцены были да, живые, поцелуи насыщенные, но сюжет же не об этом, а создалось впечатление все людской оргии чтобы успеть до конца света. Люди, что в бункере и что на улице друг от друга ни чем не отличались, те же мародёры и убийцы. Зачем нужно было столько крови добавлять в сюжет, где весь сюжет и так трагедия. Единственное, именно единственная интересная история всего этого - это игра актеров. Все без исключения играли очень хорошо. Передача эмоций, игра лицом, передача чувств - потрясающая классная работа. все остальное не тронуло ни как. Ни сама история, не мир вокруг, не судьбы героев вокруг.Was this review helpful to you?

Eine etwas übertriebene Story, die leider auch sehr unrealistisch ausgeführt ist. Beim bevorstehenden Weltuntergang funktionert weiterhin die Strom- und Wasserversorgung, nur der Rest funktioniert nicht mehr. Es gibt diverse Bunker, in denen fast die gesamte Bevölkerung Platz findet.... nun ja.Es gibt aber auch durchaus gut durchdachte Teile der Story, die einem solchen Szenario und den damit verbundenen Folgen durchaus nahe kommen könnten.
Die Schauspieler machen ihren Job durchaus gut und die Hauptakteure haben eine sehr gute Chemie. Einige Szenen sind doch etwas fragwürdig und passen nicht immer zum Rest der Handlung.
Fazit: Ich habe die Serie ganz gern geschaut wegen der Beiden! Den Rest, naja. Auch die Brutalität an einigen Stellen hätte nicht sein müssen. Da wäre auf jeden Fall noch ordentlich Potenzial gewesen.

Roteiro sem lógica
Essa série tem uma junção de fatores que me repeliram num primeiro momento: A mistura de real com sobrenatural, não que eu não goste, mas é uma receita que só dá certo se tiver roteiro e direção de milhões. A possibilidade de um final ruim pra todo mundo, e a presenta de Art, de quem tomei um ranço enorme depois de What the duck e da treta que se seguiu.Sobre o roteiro: Do nada, surge um aviso do governo de que a Terra será destruída por um meteoro em alguns dias, e quem quisesse sobreviver deveria ir para um abrigo criado pelo governo "à prova de fim do mundo" (WTF?) para se salvar. Os que não chegassem ao abrigo morreriam. Ocorre que no momento do aviso, nosso protagonista, num ato de ciúmes de sua namorada, tinha acabado de acertar a cabeça de um jovem, e como ele é estudante de medicina, seu senso de moral falou mais alto, e ele, ao invés de fazer a coisa lógica, colocar o jovem no seu carro e levar para o bunker, decide não ir e cuidar do garoto em casa, este quando acorda está sem memória, não lembra da violência sofrida, e agredido e agressor acabam se apaixonando. A verdade vem à tona depois, mas eles parecem estar dispostos a morrerem juntos e felizes. Ainda vão aparecer o irmão do "médico", um jovem que estava preso por praticar protestos contra o governo e por isso não podia entrar no abrigo, uma senhora viúva que optou por esperar a morte com sua cachorrinha para não abandonar o lar de seu futuro esposo, e uma gangue de psicopatas que saía matando por diversão. No final, essas pessoas citadas morrem, sobrando apenas o casal principal, que está bem pleno praticando a arte de namorar pelado na hora que o meteoro vem e destrói tudo, inclusive minha alegria. A questão é que na cena pós créditos, o rapaz agredido aparece acordando bem assustado, então, fica no ar a dúvida, se foi tudo um sonho dele, ou se aconteceu e eles sobreviveram, cabe uma segunda temporada para explicar.
Apesar do roteiro esquisito, as atuações foram de milhões, esqueci até o ranço do Art. Filmografia, fotografia, ost, tudo esteve muito bom, eu não vou rever a série, mas recomendo sim!
