Both shows sound so different but the common points are:
-Both male lead grew up in a poor and rude environment
-Male leads have a dream to reach: being a pediatrician/marathon runner
-Challenging all circumstances to attain their goal
-Nice female leads supporting for the dream of male leads
-Male leads though the opposition of all their surroundings, they excel in their field medical/running
-Fathers of male leads are discouraging characters
-Have the male and his brother relation focusing

Both stories are about autistic people. These two shows revolve around how autistic people are trying hard to live a normal life in society.

Both male main characters have an illness that makes it difficult to be a doctor but both pursue to be doctors and do their best despite their weaknesses.
Both dramas have romance between doctors and residents. It's not the main focus of either story.
Medical mysteries do not overwhelm the story with things to do so that there is no more room for character development. Characters build a strong relationship with each other and with themselves.

They both have a main lead who is not fit to be a doctor according to the people around him which is a MAJOR element in both dramas

plus they are both unique and just SIMPLY GREAT

I can feel that the stress medical level is the same. I really love how they mentioned the medical term with deep explanation. Even though i am not a person from medical field, these two dramas gave me so much fun despite of medical genre.

Do you like medical dramas? Would you like to see Joowon as a doctor one more time? Then you must see this one as well. But, the both characters are portrayed totally different from each other, with Joowon's perfect acting skills..

I've not seen the Korean Good Doctor but I know it's plot from the American remake. Lead characters are judged and the conversation of whether or not they should be allowed to perform surgery with their conditions is a prominent theme.

These were like hand-in-hand productions. They are so similar that the ending is kinda obvious though..

-Sakuto (Mental age of 6) and Si On (Mental age of 10)

Peculiar MLs, although the doctor on the Good Doctor it's due to Savant Syndrome while the ML from Radiation House is just an awkward guy.
Both ML are medical geniuses who are often misunderstood.
Cold FL at first.
*GD (SK) has romance, RH has slight romance.
MLs are special recruitments by the director
