PLEASANT SURPRISE
I have skiipped watching this drama because of the title and subject matter. Not a fan of ghost and spirit stories. After all the dramas about cheating partners (so totally tired of that), gory hospital operation scenes (hate that) and tear jerkers this is completely different. The FL is totally cool, kickass and gorgeous. The ML is adorable and funny. I even did not have to mute the music once which has never happened before for me in a kdrama. The ghost/spirit part of the story was well done and interesting. There were a couple of scenes hat made me teary but also are many scenes where I laughed. I did not give a 10 because I would have liked the ML and FL to have a bit more of a romantic relationship.Was this review helpful to you?
The best thing about this show - Jang Na Ra
It was good show. It started off well but kind of lost its thrill. There wasn't any scary moments with different ghosts. I kind of expected more troubles presented by the ghosts of different houses. Had it been there, the entire show would have been spiced up. Even the suspense regarding the background story of the main leads lost its grip in between.So to summarise I would say that the plot of OK. However, I loved the actors. Everyone played their roles effortlessly. Jang Na Ra was the show stealer. I also liked how the leads were only restricted to be friends. If there would have been romance then the show would have completely lost itself. Jang Na Ra's character was very similar to that of IU's in Hotel Del Luna. Even the scene where Na Ra took out a hairpin to kill the ghost immediately reminded me of IU's scenes in Del Luna. Jung Yong Hwa's acting too was good. I liked the scenes where he would start acting like the last ghost they exorcised due to the memories left by them. Those scenes were funny. The ending pop song was interesting.
You can watch this drama in your free time. Many scenes can be fast forwarded and the drama can be finished in one day.

Jang Nara's cool acting skill, stable story development, creative and humane plot
I've watched a lot of Jang Nara's dramas, not because I'm her fan, but because she's famous and appears quite a lot on TV in addition to that the script she chose is also quite good. However, it can be said that I started to love her through this drama. I'm surprised that with such cute face, she can play a cold girl so well. And her movements in the exorcism scenes are beautiful and skillful. Ji Ah is the most charming character with a cold image that I have ever seen on screen. She expresses it very naturally, and handles her coldness well with the childishness of Ji Ah's character in the scenes with her mother. Jang Nara is really amazing in this drama.As for the stories of exorcisms, they all had a faint taste of everyday life. Most of the regrets come from relationships and feelings between people. Things are easy to come across and so the movie becomes very relatable. The stories are mostly about mother and father love and they are very touching especially the story of Ji Ah discovering the truth behind her mother's soul. Although it's not dramatic, it makes me feel very satisfied.
Overall, the movie is worth watching, good actors, beautiful scenes, good plot ensuring both entertainment and contemplation.

Underrated masterpiece
The plot itself is so unique that I'm disappointed it doesn't generate more interest. Hong Ji Ah owns a real estate business of getting rid of ghosts haunting properties in order for owners to be be able to sell them. When her regular psychic, Hyung Shik, that she uses to trap the spirits gets injured, she looks to partner with another psychic. Oh In Beom is a con-artist pretending houses are haunted in order to "cleanse them" of evil spirits. Little does he know that he is in fact a powerful psychic.Though the plot deals with ghosts and can be a little scary, it is not proper horror. The visuals and graphics are incredible. The action sequences are truly enjoyable. The plot is fantastic with mystery into why the female lead is in this business to begin with. The chemistry of the main leads is incredible however there is no romance. But this should not dissuade anyone from watching this masterpiece especially if you love strong female lead characters.
Sell Your Haunted House is one of my most favourite kdramas.

What a drama like I watched this drama in two days what a drama didn't get me bored for a second I always avoided it but now I want a season 2 they should make more dramas like this I have enough with these repetitive same genre of dramas these kind of drama come in two three years there should be more dramas like this why is this drama not hyped muchWas this review helpful to you?

Very good supernatural drama
9/10 is my rating. This is a 2021 South Korean, comedic Fantasy Paranormal television drama wit 16, 70 minute episodes.Oh In-beom (Jung Yong-hwa). makes his living by conning people into thinking he is an academic paranormal researcher with the ability to utilize equipment to repel ghosts. He does not realize he has genuine supernatural abilities until he crosses paths with someone who uses her abilities for genuine business. Hong Ji-ah (Jang Na-ra) exorcises ghosts to rid real estate of ghosts in order to increase the value and sell otherwise untouchable properties for their customers. She also has the vengeful spirit of her own mother that is in her home/office which she has been unable to exorcise and hopes that In-beom's enhanced medium abilities will lead to her finally being able to send her mom on to the afterlife. While working current cases, Hong Ji-ah and Oh In-beom work to solve the mystery behind her mother and his uncle's deaths years ago.
Spoiler alert* I really like this as a fan of the supernatural genre. There were a lot of unique aspects of the vengeful spirit, exorcist, and medium that I have not seen in any other series. The medium had to be a virgin so that was an interesting aspect and foreshadowed that there might not be a romance. The Ji-Ah character reminded me of either Wednesday from the Adam's family or perhaps Morticia herself. She also reminded me of Ko Moon-Young from "It's Okay to Not Be Okay". At the same time, the character was uniquely different. She was strong both physically and mentally strong yet had some psychological trauma from an event that happened in her youth. In-beom started as a con man pretending to rid people of ghosts he had created. That is how the two crossed paths. However, once he starts working with Ji-ah he quit conning people and was revealed to be a very empathetic character. The cases themselves were very interesting and, like "6th sense", part of the process was determining what motivated the ghost to be vengeful. The mystery that tied them together was also intriguing and kept me guessing until near the end. As a romantic I really loved the synergy between the male and female lead's characters and was disappointed that they did not wind up together in the end. She also loses her power and goes on a "find me" one year trip to rediscover her power and I just find it unnecessary. Then she comes back and they go right back to what they were doing as if nothing had happened. It leaves it open for another season but, at the same time, I was disappointed not to get to see them together as a couple. But it ended well, with everything wrapped up to the point where it did not feel unfinished. It was very good and I highly recommend it to anyone that enjoys the supernatural series.

Buen cast.
Este drama lo empecé y lo deje en la primera mitad porque me pareció aburrido además de que competía con otros mucho mejores pero lo volví a retomar porque soy un fan de jang na ra así que me decidí por terminarlo antes de juzgarlo pero si en la primera mitad se aburren no les recomiendo retomarlo porque se pone todavía aun mas aburrido. Primero que nada la premisa del drama es una historia de exorcistas y en los primeros capítulos (1-4) parece atrapante por la producción y las visuales de los fantasmas como de los efectos en ellos al ser poseídos o también cuando ven los restos por donde transitaban los fantasmas me pareció que esta muy logrado y estoy más que satisfecho porque es uno de los puntos fuertes del drama pero poco a poco la historia empieza a tornarse de forma muy obvia y capitulo a capitulo empieza a perder esa esencia de terror, entiendo que se esta desarrollando el pasado de los personajes pero creo que podría haberse tomado desde un punto de vista mas interesante para contarlo.en cuanto a la actuación, este a mi parecer es el punto más fuerte de todos y el porque termine este drama. tanto jang na ra como jung yong hwa y también kang hong suk lo dieron todo, sus personajes estan tan bien actuados que se pueden sentir verdaderamente los sentimientos que quieren transmitir.
En cuanto a música creo que junto a la historia forman los puntos mas débiles del drama

Interessante
Um drama interessante de se assistir. O enredo é decente assim como a atuação, quase tudo aqui foi equilibrido, só acho que deveriam ter diminuido na comédia um pouco, ficaria mais coerente com enredo porém não prejudicou muito.A protagonista é daquelas girl power, forte destemida, um pouco mal humorada mais tem um coração bom, era um pouco irritante ás vezes, rsrsr mais quem não é não é mesmo, contudo gostei muito da personagem, assim como gostei do protagonista masculino também, ele era o oposto dela ,achei que os dois formaram uma bela dupla o que faltava em um o outro complementava.
As histórias dos fantasmas eram bem interessante, a parte do terror foi bem feita, confesso que levei vários sustos , o clima era tenso, bem caracteísticos de filme de terror.
Nem tudo é perfeito por aqui, mesmo sendo cativante o drama tinha seus erros, em algum momento o drama ficou arrastado e um pouco previsível, principalmente na reta final porém ainda sim não tirou o brilho do show.
Em fim é assistivel , não é exepcional mas é bem feito , algo descente para se assistir.

An interesting drama to watch. The plot is decent as well as the acting, almost everything here was balanced, I just think they should have reduced the comedy a little, it would be more coherent with the plot but it didn't hurt much.
The protagonist is one of those girl power, strong fearless, a little moody but she has a good heart, she was a little annoying at times, lol but who is not really, however I really liked the character, as I liked the male protagonist too, he was the opposite of her, I thought the two formed a beautiful duo what was missing in one the other complemented.
The ghost stories were very interesting, the horror part was well done, I confess that I had several scares, the atmosphere was tense, very characteristic of a horror movie.
Not everything is perfect around here, even though the drama was captivating, it had its mistakes, at some point the drama got dragged out and a little predictable, especially in the final stretch, but it still didn't take the shine off the show.
In the end it's watchable, it's not exceptional but it's well done, something decent to watch.

Eu fiquei com vontade de assistir desde as imagens promocionais, mas acabei enrolando mais de um ano para assistir. Porque eu não assisti antes!?Amei de todas as formas, a história muito bem estruturada, os personagens cativantes, os atores incríveis. A personagem Hong Ji Ah é simplesmente maravilhosa, amo a personalidade dela de durona mas com coração mole haha e o Oh In Bum é muito querido e divertido, amei a amizade criada no squad. A parte da fantasia, também foi incrível, entregaram tudo!
Queria mais episódios deles <3

Entre magie, fantômes et exorcismes, histoire originales d'une agence immobilière particulière !
Une fois admise l’hypothèse que les maisons hantées se trouvent à foison dans l’immobilier et qu’une agence gérée par une exorciste aidée par un médium se charge de les « nettoyer » avant de les vendre, on peut entrer dans cette histoire qui se double d’une enquête sur une mort ancienne et et sur le démantèlement d’une société de construction pourrie par la corruption et la violence.Sans être transportée j’ai bien aimé ce drama que j’ai regardé parce que je suis fan des histoires de fantômes en général, et aussi parce que j’aime beaucoup Jung Na Ra et je voulais voir si Jung Young Hwa avait progressé depuis You’re beautiful, et surtout depuis The musketeers !
En fait le couple Ji a/In Beom est la valeur essentielle de l’histoire, se maintenant constamment à la limite de la romance sans jamais y tomber. C’est encore une fois le truc du couple improbable mais là c’est la femme qui est rude, désagréable et très froide, et la simplicité assez rigolote de l’escroc médium va pas à peu faire tomber les barrières, mais on ne parlera pas d’amour, plutôt d’une amitié solide et d’une complémentarité… Les personnages secondaires sont très bons, l’ami fidèle Ji Chul, The Jin le voyou qui n’arrive à choisir s’il devient honnête ou non, la secrétaire assez mystérieuse et surtout l’affreux Président magistralement interprété par Ahn Kil Kang qui ne déçoit jamais, en « méchant » comme en « gentil ».
Je ne me suis jamais ennuyée, et même j’ai passé un très bon moment, il y a de l’humour et les fantômes ne font pas vraiment peur !! Si vous aimez ce genre, je recommande !
