They reunite years later with the ML discovering the FL was pregnant when they broke up and he now has a young child with a health condition. Both MLs at one point move into the FL's home uninvited. This drama tells the story of a CEO (Xin Qi) and his ex-girlfriend (Min Hui) who broke up 5 years later and meet again when Min Hui has a child. Whose child is that? Is the child of a heart specialist? Or the child of his ex-boyfriend?

If you're interested in business/romance, this is also a good one! Also focuses on investments in medical technology/AI - in this case focusing on heart disease. The romance element involves exes to enemies to business partners to lovers - there is a child involved (and he's honestly one of the best parts of the show). Good business romance overall, but also one of my go to "feel good" dramas when I just want something light and heartwarming!

Both have a child who bring together two people who at the start of the series don’t get along. Idk why this has a low rating but it was a favorite of mine.

Both the female leads have to raise a child by themselves at the beginning. They also both meet the male lead sometime in the past, separate ways because of some misunderstanding or situation, then reunite after a few years.
Male leads are also both kind of petty and arrogant at the beginning because of what happened between them in the past, and eventually warm up to the female lead after they getting to know them better.

Synopsis ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????

The drama tells the story of how an ordinary girl Xia Guo chooses when faced with two different choices, and what happens. The drama is presented in parallel time and space. The different choices of the heroine will lead to different endings. There are the challenges and dilemmas of the big city; but on the other hand, there is the stability and triviality of the small town. In life it is always necessary to make concessions, without fear of loss, and moving forward to embrace that sense of the "extraordinary." If life could have other versions, and the "if" could be experienced, what would it look like? The drama realizes this "if" so that the heroine experiences two lives in parallel. How she will handle those choices is the big question.

"I live elsewhere" (from original title in chinese).
