Contains Spoilers

It started interesting and funny, but towards the end I think there were many missed opportunities. They could've done more with the characters. Both the hero and the villain. Namsoon was often too naive and impulsive. She and the cop were cute, but they could have done more for their scenes and chemistry. The villain was fascinating, but in the end it felt like he died for nothing. The whole thing with Pavel was still not resolved. He didn't get to break free from them and was kinda in the same position he was in from the beginning. The Binbin character in the end was in my opinion not used cleverly in the plot at all. Towards the end of the series I felt that there were way too many characters and some of the plot felt like they were not sure how the story would go, so they left many possible doors to be opened. But in the end most of them were kept closed and some were opened too suddenly in the final part. In the last episode, too much happened and the entire problems weren't even resolved! From the cliffhanger we can see that they plan to continue with a season 2 but why in the hell was a new superstrong MALE character introduced in the end??? Obviously he would be the main character in the next series if we get any. The whole franchise is about strong women. There are enough stories about strong male characters. So if baffles me why they choose to go in this direction. All in all, the grandma is the best character, the beginning of the series until the middle is interesting and entertaining and towards the end it is just lacking and rushed. The villain was interesting but wasted, and I think they would've been better off making a series about Do Bong Soons twins.

Disappointing ending

Why did Ryu Si Oh die? His death was completely unnecessary - the only difference between him and anyone else is circumstance - he is not a monster, Pavel made him into one.
