A funny refreshing look at mother daughter relationships. I have two adult daughters and I have a lot of friends who are single parents to girls, and your mother is your best support but also you worst critic, so I find the bickering realistic, where as some reviewers find it annoying. The sexual references, in real life women are not dead below the waist, and there are plenty og unrealistic depictions of women where basically they are expected to be asexual, and reactive and not make their own choices. The male charectors in this are perhaps done a disservice because less time has been spent an fleshing out why they act as they do, but its nice for once to see a plot that show women taking charge of their life, and that often means you have to give a man a good push, IME
