Me conquistou!

"Venha até mim, não importa a hora, venha até mim."Eu tô chorando horrores, que episódio mais emocionante de triste e de bonito, porque o jeito que eles se acolheram, que cuidaram um do outro. Eu não tenho palavras, só sei sentir. A OST do dino 😭😭😭 que orgulho do meu maknae

Absolutely loved this episode

This episode is so good. The acting of both young actors is amazing. I would have liked if the story wouldn't have turned into her being stranded on an island. I'm skeptical about the storyline but the first episode is so good, the emotions were portrayed so perfectly by both actors.

Cute or whateva

As per usual, my only problem with the castaway trope is that nobody ever had hair on their legs. Like lets be so fr! Anyway, it was a good first episode. The middle school actors were amazing, wish we could've gotten more of them, but alas. It's 8/10 stars because I think they should have had at least one episode where it showed her getting setup on the island. Obviously, all that crap drifted to the island, just like she did, but it still would have been cool if they did a training montage for it.I'm actually scared to watch the rest of the show because I think when you take away the castaway part its going to turn into typical boring CEO shenanigans with a doe-eyed lead who just happens to be great at self-defense. Maybe 2nd episode will change my mind, but my hopes are low omg

Five Stars

Episode 01 was great. It showed the things that happen in real life that most people choose to ignore. The things that happen that people turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to, like those bystanders who just watched someone else's boy be bitten to death by an adult.

While this episode depicts physical child abuse, so there is evidence and all that. Don't be mistaken dear readers, there are a hundred ways of child abuse, especially from parents. Right from their HOMES where supposedly there should be love.

It saddens me deeply that the majority of comments and reactions I've read about the premiere episode failed to see this problem and instead focused on the actors and shipping and the entertainment value.

Episode 01 is loaded. But people missed it; or decided to ignore it because they can't accept it happens for real.

Depression is real. Kids who grew up with destroyed dreams because the people who should have supported them in the first place are the very ones who destroyed them.

How can you appreciate the rest of the story if you fail to understand and absorb the essence and message of Episode 01? Look at it deeper instead of focusing on the shallow things.

SPOILER ALERT! [10/10]

A beautiful and heart-wrenching pilot episode that makes me yearn for more. You won't see Park Eunbin until the last five minutes of the episode, and it's not a problem because the actress and actor who played the younger version of our main characters, Mokha and Bogeol, did very well. I could feel their hurt and longing for freedom lingering from the screen. In this episode, we are introduced to Mokha, who is full of sunshine, and Bogeol, who is seen as a money-obsessed jerk. Bogeol is most likely Kiho who changed his identity once he left the island. If you pay attention, you'll realise that these two are the only students who are wearing their winter uniform when the summer heat is taking over the island. Mokha and Bogeol have good-for-nothing fathers who physically and verbally abuse them, and the more pain they give their children, the more they're satisfied. Especially Bogeol's father who took joy in manipulating Mokha into thinking that her father wasn't abusing her and that she should apologise for what her abusive father did to her. Trash adults. If I were Mokha, I'd never forget everything that Bogeol has done for me. I teared up when Bogeol jeopardised his life to protect Mokha. Although in the end, he couldn't stop Mokha's father from getting on the ferry, he did everything he could, and that's enough. He probably feels guilty and thinks that he's responsible for Mokha's disappearance. Mokha and Bogeol don't deserve what their fathers did to them. I hope now as adults, they both can pursue their dreams. I can't wait to see Mokha shine on the stage and become the diva that she has always wanted to be. You know what'll be a cool but meh plot twist? If Bogeol isn't Kiho, and Kiho is someone else.

Five Stars

As far as 1st episodes go you cannot do better than this. They provided all the emotional backstory and set up everything for what's to come. Who could Jung Ki Ho be in the future*? Who is his mother? Could it be Yoo Ran Jo? The entirety of the episode was on the backs of the young actors who did an excellent job. The more I was watching the young actress that played Seo Mok Ha the more I was seeing Park Eun Bin and that's some excellent casting right there.

*As for who I think is adult Jung Ki Ho, I think is Cha Hak Yeon's character because: 1) the young actor had some similarity to him 2)this writer has the tendency to spend the first episode on the 2nd ML making an emotional connection between him and the FL and then have it been for nothing and 3) the character's name is Woo Hak which is very similar to Mok Ha which is the FL's name...

A Powerful Episode

What can I say about this episode. It’s not at all what most people expected but man did it pack a punch. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a drama with an impactful storyline, powerful acting and raw emotions. Some scenes are brutal but you won’t be disappointed you watched it. A huge well done to the young actors for their portrayals. They did a fine job bringing the story and emotions to life.

Me conmovió.
