pretty good execution, acting and OST
the story is very much predictable but what makes this series lovely is the cast, their acting and the OSTduring Initial episodes i couldn't find FL's acting attractive but she nailed it
the FL character in the story is Independent, mature, lovely as well as annoying at times but based on the back story we can know why she is behaving the way she is
the ML-every girls dream would be this ML, very caring, understanding , naughty at the same time he actually knowns his worth when FL asks him to leave ,he does not cling on the FL even tough he knowns she like him ,he gives some time to both of them to cool down
The story is melodramatic at times funny and the chemistry between the leads is amazing
for sure you can enjoy this show, if you can please give it a try with out expecting much out of the story

Revenge mini-series, with the most flirting male lead ever
Series are ok to watch, with all the needed elements to keep you interested.FL was cheated and almost killed by the boyfriend, ending up in a coma for very long time. Of course the ML was the bodyguard, always by her side, waiting patiently for her.
Interesting that during her coma, she was aware of everything what was going on around her, so when she woke up, she embarked in revenge against her fiancé and best friend.
While the situations were a bit exaggerated, they are ok to watch.
One of them.. every episode you can watch the ML either taking a shower, changing clothes or having an excuse to take out his shirt. Very confident man, for sure!
Villain fiancé is evil in a funny way… quite entertaining.
Overall, ok series that will keep you entertained.

Cliche story but male lead was hot
I watched this series because it was recommended on youtube. Oh boy, this story was full of clichés done badly.What I liked:
1. Guo Jia Nan was excellent in his role. He was believable as bodyguard / boss. Plus he looked good in white shirt & suspenders.
2. Ma Cheng Jun was also excellent in this series. His character was a villain whom I find quite zany.
What I disliked:
1. I don't feel chemistry between male & female leads. Their kisses were stiff / awkward.
2. Story got boring in second half. I didn't pay attention to story - just let it played on tv so I could mark this series as complete.
3. Female lead characterisation - Female lead could have done something greater once she figured out how she fell from the hospital rooftop but gosh she didn't.

Really good for a short series!
So, it was a very light and easy watch. The cast was great. I think the villain was too funny. It does add humor to the show but villains should generally be more dark. I felt bad for Lili. She had all the reasons to crush the villain with the car in the end. The acting was good. The plot was cliché but was well presented. It would have been better if they provided more background info about the ML. Lastly, the ending was way too rushed. I understand that it was a short series but still, the ending should have been a bit more clear. The OSTs being in English was the best part! Safe and Sound was the best OST. I think everything about this series was pretty good for a short drama. It covered up most things well and there was not much unnecessary break-up drama. FL and ML's on-screen chemistry shone and yes the ML was hot-Was this review helpful to you?
Minidrama cinese corto ma carino!
Uno di quei mini dramma cinesi un po' con la solita storia un po' banale e ripetitivama alla fine è sempre carino e un bel passatempo.
Qui la storia racconta di lei che scopre che il suo futuro sposo la tradisce con la sua miglior amica,lui un arivista e l'amica una vipera fuori di testa. Un "incidente" e la protagonista presidente di una grande impresa finisce in coma per tre anni.Al risveglio decide di vendicarsi come si deve e si affida a un bodyguard che è straodinario e innamorato cotto di lei. Si innamora pure lei e tra mille cliche classici di questo genere di dramma nasce la loro storia che per fortuna avra il lieto fine.
Da menzionare la bellezza e bravura del ptotagonista e la chimica pazzesca tra di loro con baci mozzafiato.
Veloce semplice e carina proprio un bel dramma per passare un bel pomerigio.

A wonderful dose of romance, action and comedy!
I have to say - the ML blew me away. His intense look, that smile when he is relaxed, the action scenes. The chemistry between the 2 leads is amazing. They have this way of looking at each other and you can just tell what they are thinking. The steamy scenes are not that bad either.2ML was absolutely comedic relief though in the end there it got a little bit too crazy.
I'm still looking for the OST, i need that for my collection.
My only disappointment was just with the ending. I felt it was a bit rushed or is it just me who wanted to see more of this couple.
Overall, cute drama, worth the watch and even a re-watch on a rainy day.

This drama is very similar to forever love 2023.. from having a crush on her since years to becoming her personal bodyguard to coming out as the heir of a big company of the town and and "the biggest" coincidence is that both of the main fmls has the same surnames which is "Lin" and both of the male lead has the same name too "Mo". Lmao Now, talking about the drama what i liked about this drama is how the fl was so determined to take back her fathers precious company from the evils, she was fearless, strong and bold , indeed she was raw!! Everything was good until the rape thing happened..i mean the main villian tried to molest her 2 times and the mfl didn't even took any actions abt it, like seriously girl? I have always liked your strong personality but this, this is so wrong in many ways..she haven't took any stand right there when he tried to force on her not just once but twice ugh ...the only thing which was good was the leads chemistry in the series after that incident...it felt they made the drama alive again... whatsoever i still prefer forever love over love strikes back.
Special mentions: i really liked the way how they pointed out their story throughout Rabhidranth Tagore's poets...it is really nice to see a bengali poet's name mentioned in a cdrama .. being a bengali + a cdrama fan i feel so proud that our Rabhidranth Tagore's poets are mentioned how and so beautifully in asian dramas haha ❤

P.s.2. i am so happy that yang finally got a main female lead role to play, i have always liked her acting skills and not to forgot she's so pretty omg!!!

Absolutely loved the male lead, Guo Jia Nan did a fantastic job. Good chemistry between male and female characters. The story line kept you interested and the romantic aspect was really good. Loved the steamy, sexy scenes, wow, spot on. I liked that they had all the aspects. romance and love, greed, action/fighting scenes. The only thing I would have liked to seen is them after getting together at the end. Maybe them actually getting married and then in the future. Very fun
This is amazing. It's well acted, funny, and a satire that's not obnoxiously in-your-face making sure you know it's a satire. At first, it seems like it may be just an over-the-top plot but the good acting and the way that it doesn't really take itself seriously gives it away in the first episode. The show does a really good job of putting tropes in. Like they had a checklist, while making it fit in the story. ML is the best fighter ever/total bad ass, evil/cheating fiancé, shirtless/shower/towel scene, coma/amnesia, unlikely rescue, lingering close up of the ML+FL staring at each other for an uncomfortably long time. All of that is from just the first episode. All the actors are really good. They portray their characters believably somehow and there's good chemistry between them. With the short episodes and humor, it's just a fun series. NOTE: If you're playing a C Drama drama drinking game, don't binge the whole thing at once. Gostei bastante!
estou em uma pegada minis c-dramas e essa foi a minha segunda descoberta. Gostei bastante da história, do enredo, do desenvolvimento e principalmente da trilha sonora viciante.A Lin e o Xiao são apaixonante desde a primeira troca de olhares, dá pra ver a química dos autores desde o primeiro episódio o que pra quem ama essas coisas, como eu, é perfeito. A Lin é uma personagem vingativa na medida certa, a atriz consegue transmitir as emoções de uma forma brilhante e o Xiao não poderia ser mais perfeito como um guarda-costas. O ator sorrindo fica a coisinha mais linda do mundo, fazendo nossos corações ficarem quentinhos.
Gosto bastante da Lili e do Chengjun, por mais que eu ache que poderia ter mostrado como eles começaram e todas as farsas por trás né. Mas achei o desenvolvimento deles okay e senti pena da lili algumas vezes. Gostei do final que os dois tiveram, foi muito merecido.
Meu único ponto negativo é o drama que criaram no final, era só deixar eles serem felizes não precisava de muito sabe, mas super entendo que foi necessário para fechar o ciclo do Chengjun de algum forma e não ficar muito aberto. Enfim, amei esse c-drama e com certeza veria de novo.
