It got boring for some reason
The couple took too long to get together, such that when they finally do, it doesn't cause the catarsis it should. And after that, the drama got a little boring since all the possible obstacles they could have are kinda resolved. And they brought an ex to shake things up but I hate this trope. So basically this was so so good to watch at the beginning but because the writers chose, for some reason, to take long 20 eps to make the couple be together, they simply ruined the series.
But the ML is really good, I like that he is younger than her but also mature. He was silly but not imature or childish, and that's good. While FL was good as well but a little too slow to admit she felt smth for him. But they had chemistry and I liked them together. Liked that they were friends and acted natural with each other. There was no pretending or forcing to be smth they weren't. But, like I said, it felt like they took ages to be a couple, and when they do it all gets boring for some reason.

Definitely watchable and re-watchable.
This drama was well acted, not only by the MLs, but the supporting roles as well. One supporting actor especially caught my attention; He Ze Yuan. I enjoyed the other supporting actors, but He Ze Yuan played his role with a level of sincerity I have rarely seen. The role reversal concept was oddly successful without diminishing or reversing the MLs' genders. In addition, the age gap between the MLs was well handled and believable. The OST was beautiful, especially "Upside Down". I will definitely watch this again.

Great chemistry and great plot
I generally don't like plots where the male lead is younger than the female lead but this one was amazing. It had a perfect balance of comedy and romance. I loved how the gradually fell in love. Their chemistry was so beautiful to watch. I would really recommend this drama, it is a must watch (Already rewatched it once)Was this review helpful to you?
Easy Watch
LIKES:Cinematography, production and lighting.
Motorcycle racing and riding shots. [I’m biased because I also ride a motorcycle.]
Wardrobe was great for the most part, especially for FL. Some of the ML jackets and clothes made me shake my head negatively, same with some of the supporting female actresses, but better than most.
No real FX, but they did make the motorcycle riding moments between ML & FL look much more real, compared to some dramas. Liked that they kept the FL as a competent business woman even after she fell in love.
Casting was well done and same with the acting. Good chemistry between all the couples.
Plot was well developed, with just the right amount of drama and angst, with decent character development.
DISLIKES:
Director: Some moments were way too drawn out and a few times the reactions ridiculously slow.
Production: I dislike when they zoom in so close that you can see actress/actor's pores, nose hairs, and makeup.
Acting: Yan Ran was irritating, her character was like an over reacting 10 yr old and she didn’t dress business appropriate. I know it's the director and writer's fault for making her this way, but they should've left her out of the drama. Better to make him a player; dating lots of women, it would suit his character more, with the same effect of making FL jealous.
Music was okay, but sometimes overpowered what the actor/actress was saying.
Writing: the friend in the coma ending moment was anti-climatic and lame. Perhaps due to having to rush the ending, to conclude everything in time? They could’ve just wrote that the ML was the one who had the accident, hence the impact it had on him mentally.
OVERALL:
This was an easy watch, even with some of the typical cliches and tropes. I did like the C-drama and would watch it again. I would also recommend it to anyone who likes this genre, it’s more of a romance drama than a rom-com.

Good Looking Cast, refreshing and light.
It took me a bit to get into this drama. I started it because I needed a high rated rom-com to watch with my sister while she was recovering from surgery. I thought it had pretty much all the cutesy c drama boxes checked.I thought the main leads to be very attractive and fit their characters 100%. I'm not usually a fan of age gap, especially when the woman is older and the guy is younger, but to my surprise, this one didn't bother me. I think they just casted it right. I couldn't imagine any other ML than him. They had to get an idol looking figure to play that male role. I wasn't a huge fan of casting in My fated boy and I think that is what made the difference.
The drama is low on angst and doesn't have that typical misunderstanding troupe. It's basically about two people getting to know each other and respecting each other. It's very light and refreshing.
Like I said, it did take me some time to get into it. I did watch an episode here and there, it wasn't until mid-way I started to binge it. I think it was hard for me to get into the secondary characters and ML's childhood gal friend was SUPER annoying, but not villain annoying, just whinny. She was tolerable, but she was driving on my nerves.
Overall, it's an easy rom-com to watch if you want an age-gap troupe with really good looking cast and awesome fashion.

Nothing new really.
With the high rating I saw in MyDramalist, I went in with high expectations. As expected this was all fluff and there's nothing wrong with that if you managed your expectations that way. The title begs to be answered and I think the story itself didn't give complete answers as to why women love.
The story showed that the FL loved because she wanted to. Her besties loved their man in their own way. For some reason, how it was rolled out in the story was meh for me. I wasn't caught up. Frankly, I could've stopped watching. But like any commitment I make, I see it through haha.

Pretty cute show
Absolutely love the female lead, ML was alright but he makes up for it with how hot he is (i am a straight guy so im not saying this lightly ) since this is a cute amd light show which didn't need much it make it good. That being said, the first 15 episodes might have one of my top viewing experiences ever because of how fast paced eveything was and it felt like there was no filler. After that it slowed down a little bit but still a cute comedy.
Gonna rewatch this in a few months time, which is the highest recommendation i can give to non action cdramas as of late

The key to selling love is, of course selling the couples, and the main couple here is a rare mix of fun, sexual tension/chemistry and equal partnership. The 'unicorn' for career women in their late 20s/early 30s. All couples have mismatched traditional criteria (age, money, family status), but each couple comes to the realization that character, compatibility and intention matter so much more.
Pacing was great, and only briefly wobbled in the last third. The show ended on a perfect note.
The acting was excellent when it came to the main couple interacting with each other, otherwise it was your typical overacting for this level of drama. The music stood out and I got attached to a couple of the songs which is rare for me. Some of the couple moments, and the ending will stick with me.
I grade on other criteria:
Complex Themes: 6/10
Keep yourself open to love's possibilities, it's rare to connect and feel an easy joy with a person who truly wants to see you succeed.
Character Development: 7.5/10
The characters do somewhat shift with the show, the most heartfelt transformation was the male lead who turned from quite the hardened cynic, into someone who wanted to believe and commit to love
Complex Women/Interactions between Women: 6/10
There are a lot of female characters, and female friendship front and center. While they mostly talk about men, they do also talk about career and work and ambitions. Most of the women are pegged to a 'type' the flashy influencer/blogger with a soft heart, the cute bubbly girl/woman, and the career woman who is a bit oblivious to the human dynamics around her.
Production Values/Cinematography: 7/10
They got top name designers, sets, cars etc. so that everyone felt wealthy (sometimes a downfall of this type of drama). Otherwise production values/cinematography was very very straightforward and the typical quality you would expect in this era.

One of the better Noona romances out there. Zhao Jiang Yue and Gu Jia Xin sizzles on screen and their chemistry makes their romance so believable. I like the irony of an unromantic, no-nonsense woman being the tech director of a dating app, which relies on big data analytics to match potential partners. Jiang Yue's and Jia Xin's relationship really began with the ML's intention to help the FL in pursuit of her old boss. The banter between them was easy-going and friendly. The FL's practicality clashes almost with the impulsiveness of the pro-racer ML, it also maybe due the fact that her immunity to the ML's charms has something to do with pining for her supposedly-unrequited crush. Former boss Ning Yuan's agonizingly slow and subtle romantic interest barely registers with the oblivious FL, that he required the help (or not) of an unlikely advisor in the form of FL's love-rival Yan-Ran. The SFL/SML interactions are awkwardly funny together that it works, although the SFL is equally unforgivable as the cloying chick clinging to the ML. I hate this trope in Chinese Dramas: the desperately stubborn SFL who wouldn't take no for an answer and stalks the ML everywhere. To Yan Ran's credit, at least she does it without sabotaging the FL, but instead focuses her energy on getting the Ning Yuan and Jiang Yue together.
The other couples also have their own bittersweet stories. FL/ML's BFFs Duo Xi and Qi Heng reunited after years apart and learned to work through a long-distance relationship. Social Media Influencer Jing Jing and her on/off hubby Zhang Hao had more problems that turn out to be solvable in the face of love. The love advice at the end of each episode is also cute and note-worthy. Overall, this is such a fun and flirty drama.

Cute average rom-com
Had a good time with this one, it was more of a casual drama to me because it didn't require a lot of concentration to know what was happening in the story. I loved both main characters and I even enjoyed the side characters. The story dropped off towards the end which usually happens so I didn't mind it. Acting was pretty average for all characters, it didn't take me out of the story and I wasn't embarrassed by any of them. I enjoyed how the FL stayed pretty true to her personality throughout the drama and I thought the romance was believable and well reflected. I didn't particularly enjoy her best friend's husband drama because I thought it was quite a stupid reason for drama. But I did enjoy the 2nd ML and the friend's relationship development, and I thought it was actually quite sweet.Overall I thought it was a pretty average but enjoyable rom com.

Amazing show!!
I have repeatedly watched this show and honestly it’s so good, while shows with big age gaps (regardless of gender) tend not to be my thing, the actors have such great chemistry that I couldn’t help but love it. The story gets a small bit annoying in the middle of the show but it recovers really well and the relationship showed here is really healthy and wholesome! I like the ml isn’t like most “boss/ceo” types you usually see, and the fl isn’t super annoying! I would recommend this show as an entry level into c-dramasWas this review helpful to you?
You Decide
This drama has nothing to do with Why women love. More like How to win the heart of an older women and How to get your man back. I still do not understand script writers who could make such a strong FL in business but so stupid in romance. I guess us women can only do or be good at one thing at a time. The FL starts as a great character being strong and assure of her self and then she is all thrums when it comes to romance. She spend 30 years of her life and never been in love or know what it is. She must have not have any knowledge of her feelings sensory. Please give us some credit. We women have had families and still be the CEO of a company. The ML is handsome and younger then the female lead but know everything about romance. Sexes thinking. He new to have fun because he so young and learn the business so fast. I did hate the obsessive girl that they keep putting in all this drama lately. Oh! lets not forget the mature Male who was a director of a company and has always like the FL but had no courage to tell her. He has courage in business but not to tell the women he fell in love his feelings. The chemistry between the lead was very good. I did not care much about the 2nd couple and the 3rd couple seem like they were high school students that live together. I would say that the actors did a great job in their performance. The story needed to be stronger and better direction. Was this review helpful to you?
