The main story are not similar at all, but if you liked the enemies to lovers plot and, more than that, enemies that switch bodies and became closer because of it, then it's a good watch!

The drama tells the story of Kim Joo Won, an arrogant and eccentric CEO who maintains the image of seeming perfection, and Gil Ra Im, a poor and humble stuntwoman whose beauty and body are the object of envy amongst top actresses. Their accidental meeting, when Joo Won mistakes Ra Im for actress Park Chae Rin, marks the beginning of a tense, bickering relationship, through which Joo Won tries to hide a growing attraction to Ra Im that both confuses and disturbs him. To complicate matters further, a strange sequence of events results in them swapping bodies.

Both of these dramas have a rich man who, after a strange, coincidental string of events, falls in love with a common woman. There are more similarities, however, I dont want to spoil anything.

A very savey stunt women who looks out for her loves ones and who is not intimidated by people with money and power. She often teasingly spars with her love interest physically and verbally. An in-law family member trying to undermined the heir to the family business. Two additional love stories playing out along with the leading couple.

The two drama are similar in:
—Eccentric chaebol male lead
—gutsy female lead who is working in the entertainment business
—a "paranormal" event brings them closer
— the secretary/manager are doing an excellent job of being there and always rooting for the main couple
—the secondary couples' stories are also prominent

Both shows were huge hits when they were on TV with both the Korean and international audiences. They are both fantasy romances that deal with gender and body swaps. Both shows have excellent acting and have a great combination of humor and drama.

The original version a K Drama, which this version is supposed to be based on. It is an excellent dramady with an awesome OST. Consider one of the best K Dramas of all time and a good introduction or starter series for watching Asian dramas.

Love-hate relationships turned into deep romances
MLs are both Rich and successful CEOs
Secret Garden is fantasy-themed, while Crazy love is more dramatic and realistic

This drama has a better "rich-boy-meets-poor-girl"-concept than The Heirs did. It's more realistic and heart wrecking.

It is the same thing but in a different language and different actors and actresses.
