Both guys end up losing thier memory. Also, both female leads end up having a child by the main guy and keeping it from them.

Both start out on the ice hockey rink with guys who have been scarred through life and have built up walls of distrust towards women. Both men in these dramas make bets with their teammates on who they can seduce next. Their victims are pure-hearted, unsuspecting young women who they inevitably begin falling for little by little. Both couples must overcome various obstacles and periods of separation to test their true love for each other. "Pride" is more teammate focused while "Autumn's Concerto" is more family drama based.

Begin Again has a different start - the girl is rich, and starts a contract marriage with the guy, while Autumns Concerto follows two late teens where he is the rich boy. Something happens and both couples separate but meet again after a few years. The story that follows afterwards is very very similar to each drama, due to spoilers I cannot reveal more.
But if you like one you might also enjoy the other drama.

Mo Fan is back. After seven years of hiatus, Mo Fan returns to the place where he was expelled as a medical student.

Mo Fan and Qi Xiu were once part of the same medical school elites. Under their professor, Liu's guidance, they developed a competitive kindred spirits, a brother-like bond. However, their bond was put to test for a woman who was important to both of them. The woman is Yi Nin, the daughter of Professor Liu.

Yi Nin and Mo Fan grew up together and had thought they would one day be married. But things started to change when Qi Xiu entered the picture. Although he wasn't as gifted as Mo Fan, Qi Xiu's dedication to his work attracted Yi Nin. More and more, they grew closer. When Mo Fan found out, he gave them his blessings and left the relationship.

Tragedy struck. Yi Nin developed Rasmussen's Encephalitis. Mo Fan conducted an extensive research and found that the medical science couldn't help her. He believed the best course of action was to remove the damaged brain cells and put her in a coma until a breakthrough in the future medical science. His idea was rejected by both Qi Xiu and the professor. But, he convinced Yi Nin, and they went ahead with the surgery.

For this, Mo Fan was expelled from the medical school. He left Yi Nin in Qi Xiu's care and dropped out from the radar.

Seven years later, Yi Nin is still in the coma, Qi Xiu has become a famous and successful surgeon, and Mo Fan is operating a small medical supply store in a small town of nowhere.

They gather once again when a visiting prime minister is shot in the head in an assassination attempt. Because the prime minister is a Jehovah's Witness, his family strongly refuses the use of blood transfusion during the surgery. Knowing it's almost impossible to accomplish, Qi Xiu has no choice but to ask the genius Mo Fan for help. When a female journalist, who doesn't take "no" for answer, gets wind of their secret collaboration, she is determined to make it the biggest story of her career.

If you liked A.C. there's a really good chance you will like What is Love. They are both extremely romantic dramas about a jerky rich playboy who starts out playing games with the female lead, only to fall in love with her. Also Chris Wu gets bumped up from second male lead in A.C.to male lead in W.i.L.

It was with much difficulty that Ai Qing was able to save enough money and arrive in her dream place, Paris. As a result, she was extremely happy about this. The chemistry in both dramas between the leads are sweet/adorable and made me root for them, though Love O2O has less obstacles.

both main couples are separated for 6 or 7 years and could not reunited due to misunderstandings. In both dramas, they have to rebuild their trust, among other things by a married life with each other. In both dramas the male lead is a successful lawyer. Although they are different dramas, they have their similarities, so you might like the other.

In Autumn's Concerto there is much more about the history from when they got to know each other in the first place and there is a bigger part of the ML having to grow up and find himself, while in My Sunshine he is practically already grown up as a student.

Both dramas deal with a single parent raising a son, while the other had no clue about the kid's existence. In AC, it's a single mom but in TKFH it's a single dad. Somehow the parent that left crosses path with the kid, spent time bonding with him and grew fond of him. When they found out the kid was theirs, they go through a custody battle.

Valeu a pena assistir! Chorei, sorri, torci e passei nervoso assistindo as séries. O roteiro te mantém submerso na historia.

In general the dramas seem to be very different, one is wuxia and the other is set in modern and real times. The similarity between the two, in my opinion, is the relationship and history between the two doramas' couples. Both have misunderstandings along their way in love. Relationships are not approved by the respective mothers of the male protagonists. After years apart the protagonists can no longer believe in their beloved because they feel betrayed thinking they have been abandoned, and although they still love them, they do everything to hurt them because the pain in their heart is too deep.

It was worth watching! I cried, smiled, cheered and spent nervousness watching the series. The script keeps you submerged in history.
