How Frustrating!

Dae Gu’s attitude is frustrating but Soo Sun’s wrecklessness, pettiness and idiocy is seriously annoying. It’s like she never grew out of her high school behavior even though it’s 11 years later. How do you make the decision to put someone in clear danger, using her as bait, then not follow through with being diligent in protecting her. Fine, Dae Gu maintained his shitty attitude and chose to leave but SHE’s the one who made the decision to pursue the case and get evidence, so she should have continued to protect her even without him. Had Dae Gu not figured things out and run back she’d have been long gone and would only find out what happened the following day. And this taking personal calls while actively on duty just flat out pissesme off. It’s so irresponsible. If you’re at the station or completely off duty fine but, at the very least she should have checked in with the victim before leaving and made her aware they were calling it a day. I get that it’s a drama and all but it’s so frustrating constantly watching these scenarios were idiot, irresponsible and immature cops make life-endangering mistakes, even if only for our entertainment. Cops at that level should never be out in the field, especially completely unsupervised.

UPDATE:
I’m currently rewatching this drama and this episode STILL pisses me off. Dae Gu’s 100% certainty is a complete fallacy as always is when dealing in probabilities, which should be his first clue that his arrogance is a problem. He also never factored in his reasoning that they had directly provoked the stalker earlier that day so of course there’d be a difference in his trending behavior. But still, that chick is the worst police officer (and a detective no less) I’ve seen portrayed. The fact that she even got mad that she got a ticket when she was flat out and KNOWINGLY breaking the law by talking on the phone while her vehicle was in operation had already ticked me off before this whole stalker situation even began. You’re a brand new policed officer, who’s already been arrested once just days prior, and you’re perfectly fine breaking traffic laws! Ughhhhhhhh!!!!!

Another great ending song.

Another great ending song, but the series still hasn't picked up. Dae Gu obviously has one of those eidetic memory or something along those lines, which is cool. He's clearly trying to solve his mother's case before the statute of limitations up. All of that should made things more exciting! However, Dae Gu is still ice cold. Don't get me wrong. There are a lot of ice cold men in dramas, and I love them. The thing is they all of personalities beyond that tiny little fact. Which makes you see the cracks that will eventually allow them to be more likeable. Dae Gu is just super unlikable. With no redeeming qualities at this point. Which sucks because Lee can do ice cold.

Pan Seok's character is still spotting annoying things about making those rookies quit. Even though he makes a concession to let them lead their own cases after some small breakthroughs are made. So there is progress there. More hints about Pan Seok and Sa Kyeong having some kind of history. Man you can feel the tension. Mainly from Pan Seok (because Cha can act!).

Overall the show is still super boring. Even with some poop humor, garabage humor, and snoring humor. It's all falling flat for me. Truth is I think the end is nigh. True it's a huge improvement over the last episode. But there's only so far a series can interest me on snail speed character growth, and an unlikable lead. Because both Lee and Cha are in this I'm probably giving this series a much bigger chance then it deserves.

Very funny!

This drama keeps getting funnier. I was laughing the whole time at the awkwardness of the rookie squad. Everyone is just too cute and entertaining.

Besides that, there is also the backstory of EDG that Detective Seo hasn't forgot. The way he talked with the Chief, you could tell that he was disappointed with himself that he hadn't resolved that case. I am sure he was not guilty as EDG may think. Or else he is good at pretending, but I don't think so.

I also want to know what is Detective Seo's relationship with Sa Kyung. I bet she was his ex wife... he had a ring on his married finger in the flashbacks during episode 1.

I am also eager to see how EDG and USS's relationship will develop. I love their love/hate relationship XD they sure bring parts of each other they didn't think they had.
