Jong Soo

Jong Soo is at a job interview. He seems to know the routine and expected questions.

He is in debt after getting a loan from Doo Ho, a loan shark and drug dealer. There he meets Jae Gi. After thinking that Jae Gi would be an asset to his life, he agrees to start a drug dealing business with him as a mock pharmaceutical company. Having majored in chemistry in university, Jong Soo makes the drugs while Jae Gi delivers them. A potential client is found and they convince him to use their product. Their business takes off afterward.

Jong Soo still seeks employment from varying companies even though his drug business seems to be doing well. Feeling the burden of being constantly rejected by different companies, Jong Soo turns to his own product for relief.

Doo Ho eventually finds out about their business and drags them back to his place for punishment. He is angry they are dealing their own drugs and competing with his business. In exchange to be let go, Jong Soo and Jae Gi agree to give him their batch of drugs and for Jong Soo to work for him. Back home, Jae Gi and him talk about parting ways after the delivery.

Jong Soo leaves for a job interview. He sets off with a duffel bag in hand. He answers the questions given to him, including why he re-applied for a sales job instead of a researcher. He is then shown to be at MediPharm Co., Ltd., the very same company Jae Gi and him stole a drug ingredient from earlier in the film.

After the interview, he meets with a buyer. He presents the duffel bad full of drugs that were meant for Doo Ho. He assures the buyer he will be satisfied working with him, as he has a reliable supply source, the company that just hired him, MediPharm Co., Ltd.

Meanwhile, it is shown that Jong Soo presumably killed Doo Ho with a new drug concoction that Jae Gi delivered.
