Regarding the districts section, does a block replace an entire block or it can be used to replace an individual prompt?

Eg. 'Actor debuted before 2000' prompt to replace '6:5 Maintenance work/Park attendant/Traffic Director"?

Also how many prompts/blocks can be replaced in 1 round?

Hi,

I'm trying to do the code hack but for some reason its not working and I cannot find the switch to code mode button? I was wondering if it was under something specific or if there was another way?

Are you trying in the forms or in your settings? Because you can not do it in the forms.. .

There are 25 prompts in the bonus section, each may only be used once per round, you may use them however you like, 5 for a whole block, or spread them out.

I'm sorry but just to be sure, for the blocks, is completing all 5 titles necessary?  unlike last year where we could do 3 minimum?

In my setting, I ended up figuring it out from your post from last year.

Yes this year all five must be completed, however you can use bonuses to replace prompts you wish to avoid.

Thanks, I must have missed the pictures when I copied it over from last year with a new link... oops. So it should be easier now.

Thanks! I really like some of the new prompts so I am tempted to try a relaxed attempt this year. :D

The Old District - Historical Genre and The New District  - Sci Fi Genre = For these blocks, do the titles have to be from the Historical or Sci-Fi genre or is the genre word just a name play to refer to older and newer titles?

Yes the titles have to be from the Historical genre where it says Historical Genre, and Sci Fi Genre where it says Sci fi, we just forgot to add the link to it.  Ill add it right away.

Sounds like a good idea to go for the relaxed attempt, I hope you enjoy it!

 MDL Watch Challenge 2025:

Can someone please help me with the code hack? I tried several times but the format follows but the columns and rows don't show up. Do I need to add the letters togetherwith the application or the next line? Please help out

So, for the Spot a Birth prompt, the title has to be from Sci-fi genre?! That's going to be a tough one, like the Botanist prompt I struggled with for last year's challenge.

Also, none of the titles currently in the relevant list for this prompt (https://mydramalist.com/list/4jPQdeyL) are from the sci-fi genre, probably because no one realized the titles had to be from that genre only. I myself added TTEOTM to this list before I got your answer and now I can't remove it for some reason.

Are you still struggling with the code hack?
I didn't use the code hack, just to be clear.  I'm on a desktop computer and I just copy pasted the whole thing in Quick Reply and it showed up just fine.
The lines for the columns and rows didn't show up for me when I did this (they didn't last year as well). So, I just selected the tables one by one and used the cell option to make the lines highlighted. Then they showed up just fine. I had to repeat this for each table.
Hope it helps.

Considering block 6  "Main or Supporting character that is/was/training to be a..."

Does it count if the character has/had the mentioned profession? Or does it must to be mentioned that they are/were training to become this profession?
I interpret "is/was/training to be" as "is OR was OR is/was training to be". Is that ok?

Example:
Eo Heung  in Mr. Plankton (2024) is a Doctor but he's already a doctor when we meet him and it's never mentioned in the drama that he was training to become a doctor. But as he IS a doctor I assumed that this Direction's criteria are met for the "Mr. Plankton" Address.

BTW Thank you for all your effort with this one and previous challenges.
