24 hrs... someone please choose a new topic

well this almost new years...

10 titles to be watch on New Years or New Years eve. Give a little story to sell your pitch ^^

Both titles set around this time of the year, so, the choice is obvious :)

1. A Year-end Medley

2. New Year Blues

I watched the first one last year, I'm gonna watch the second one this year while preparing a festive table:)

3. Switch (2023) - set on Christmas Eve but still set the right mood

(Here I should say that in Russia where I live, New Year Eve is celebrated bigger and is more popular than Christmas (which is celebrated on January 7 btw, because Russian Christians are mostly Orthodox, so we normally watch foreign Christmas movies as New Year movies)

4. Lighter & Princess (they celebrate Chinese new year together. Also, it’s kind of a quiet and calm drama in my opinion (if that makes any sense ^^;), which I prefer to watch around this time of the year)

As the topic stalls...

5. Twenty-Five, Twenty-One - there are several New Year celebrations in this one and they are important for plot. I'm watching this right now, and it feels good to watch around New Year

6. I want us to be together (short film set during new year’s, 2 colleagues pretending to be a couple over new year’s vacation end up having to stay at the family’s flat longer than intended because of the coronavirus outbreak/quarantine… it’s a nice watch, makes me want to pat the shoulder of everyone around the world and acknowledge what we’ve been through back then)
