You can see other people's ratings in their watchlist (when you open their profile).
It's as toxic as all other sites of the same nature (where fandoms are included). You have antis/haters who rate dramas 1 (whether they don't like certain actors or find certain drama to be a competition to other dramas they like) and fans who rate everything 10. The majority of users fall in between tho, so while you will occasionally see some toxicity, most people are normal and if you want you can discuss dramas/movies with them.
