Episode 27 - Tian Yao's Nine Star clarification.

TY gave it to her when YH is asleep. Without her knowing it .

The reason why TY chose to not give HPS to YH despite he knew that it would save him from dying in YH place is because YH had said it to him several times already, she wanted to live a free life away from all the danger... She also made it clear that she just want to live her life in peace. TY as selfless as he was, he didn't mind dying in her place through this life exchange method because he just wants her to be able to live her life in peace and away from the danger. If the HPS is back into her then she will be the target to those people who wants to get their hands on it. 

 This is why we have BXS came in the picture to change the outcome of it and save TY because he put the HPS back into YH so her "life" was spared after the dark flower was destroyed so thus this saves TY from going through the life exchange method and die in YH place instead. Hope this makes sense now.

Wow, thank you very much for the explanation!! I really couldn't understand what happened in episode 27 and why they even needed BXS to save the day (when TY could just give his Heart Protection Scale back to YH himself), but your long explanation made everything clear & it all makes sense now!! :)

Also with the scene that TY dissapear, is it trully TY or only her imagination? I’m asking this since the upcoming trailer shows us that TY still alive yet unconscious with his body intact.

The life exchange spell did activate in last night episode 31. 

His physical body was trapped inside that place until YH goes and save him in episode 32, that's when he turn into the Dragon Egg and later gets reborn. 

The whole point of Life Exchange Spell (When TY gave YH his Nine Stars) was that if YH is on the verge of dying, the spell will take it's effect and TY will die in YH place instead. That's what happened in last night's episode 31.

The Life Exchange Spell (his Nine Stars) was to exchange his life for YH and if she is going to die, he dies in her place instead, so that YH can have a chance to live a "normal" life, like everyone else, where she doesn't need to use HPS to preserve her life  anymore because TY exchange his life(when she's about to die) to die in her place instead to fulfil that condition.

That would also explain why in Episode 27, TY was well prepared to take his HPS with him, so this already reveals that if TY really die in YH place through Life Exchange Spell, then YH can have a second chance to live even when she doesn't have HPS anymore, because she no longer needs it(through what TY has given her that chance to live by this spell).

So if looking at it in this perspective, to me, the YH now can live even when HPS is no longer in effect when TY is gone, is because of this Life-Exchange Spell, "to exchange his life to her, and die in her place instead". She gets a second to live a normal life - without needing HPS to preserve her life

The one who went to save YH last night is still TY, but it's his "Consciousness" like SY said. If you notice when TY appear in front of YH at first his body was see through (invisible) and then later it take on the form physically when he hugged her and tranform into his dragon form and take her away from that place.

That physical form cannot be permanent because his body was trapped in that place. I don't know how to use the exact words to describe it in English but maybe take it that he sends his "consciousness(spirit)" to that place to save YH and when that time is up he disappears. As you can see after that part his physical body in that place fell down meaning he is "dead" that's why he turn back into a Dragon Egg in front of YH and gets reborn again (later, he will get his complete memories back and be complete again according to spoilers from the clips I've seen but we will have a moment of Baby TY first before that happens )

Yeah but that didn't happen in episode 27 because the HPS went back into YH so her life is no longer in danger and thus the life exchange method did not completely finish doing its job.

What happen in episode 27 is more like preparing what is to happen in episode 31 and the life exchange spell did activate and complete it's job. Since TY return back to being an egg. 

That's how I understood it anyway since SY also made a comment saying that TY use the life exchange spell to save YH life. So she knows that it was the life exchange spell that happened.

Take it similar to Digimon, if it makes it easier to understand

It's a part of life and rebirth. 

I don't know how to explain it anymore than I already did. 

Did the life exchange spell activate to me? Yes it did. 

YH will also die later and gets reborn so characters in this drama can come back through rebirth.

Let's just be happy that is the case. I am sick and tired of the tragedy on my end

I think he did die but technically it is never considered dead for real because they can get reborn again 

And for me if they have their memories or full memories intact that's still the same person as they were before they die.

I guess it's similar to Digimon (in that aspect that they get reborn). I'm sorry for comparing it to Digimon but I don't know how to explain it better than I already did.
