Where to read the novel (Heart Protection) in English for drama Back from the Brink

I am asking a question about female lead who really she is and who bears the most hardships in novel 

Yan Hui is born with a heart defect and orphaned. She witnesses a demon killing people in her village and is so frightened she copies the magic she sees the xian cultivator use who repels the demon. This cultivator takes her back to his sect and becomes her shifu. The uncontrolled magic Yan Hui uses splits open a tree in which the spirit of Tian Yao had been locked.

Tian Yao is betrayed by Su Ying who wants his special dragon scale to use for her lover the war general, who dies anyway and is reincarted as the scholar. When he is betrayed (Su Ying dismembers him, locks away all his body parts, and seals his spirit in a tree), he throws out his scale and it lands on Yan Hui.

So .... fate.

Yan Hui is thrown out of her sect because she defeats another disciple and is accused of conspiring with demons. She meets a snake demon, they battle, and she is temporarily deprived of her magic, landing in the hands of human traffickers. She is sold into a village where Tian Yao has been hiding in the body of a youth.

Thus they are thrown together.

They then go on a journey to find his body parts. Yan Hui is initially reluctant, but then her righteousness overcomes her reluctance and they fall in love (even though both have no intention). They both suffer. She dies at the end (gives him the heart protection scale and neidan) so he can win the battle against Su Ying's Shifu (who is afraid of Tian Yao, that's why he incited the xian clans to fight against the demon clans) but promises him she will come back. She reincarnates with all her memories intact and sets out to find him when she is 15 years old. Tian Yao is now ruling dragon demon and looking for her so after a few hiccoughs they reunite.

Novel and drama now very different - chapters and episodes don't track at all. The start of the fox demon arc is probably about 1/3 to 1/2 way through the novel?

Whats the meaning of HE chapter?
