[Discussion] The Rooftop Prince

hey guys i'm new to this forum, was so bored at work and decided to google up discussions people have for RP. And i cant help but read every page in this thread xD ... Anyways i just finish ep16 yesterday!!! i'm dying for wednesday to come... best part is viki subs it so quick i dont even need to wait :D reading all the comments ppl have i notice there are alot of theories in regard to how the drama is going to end, and i also have my own theories as well .... so first off this is a semi comical drama which just kinda makes me believe the ending would be a semi happy ending. 2nd i really do believe that the prince cannot stay in the present time so he must go back, and of course if the dead body was the sister in law it would just be sad. I kinda feeel like he would go back to his time and end up with the sister in law. And also who killed the princess? Well in ep1 there was this guy that looked Suspicious, i think he was the uncle of the prince or just someone really powerful in the palace. This kind of ties in to present time uncle being bad (to be honest i feel the main reason behind Tae Mu being this way is because of his dad). There were also debates about how is the prince and TY body both be in the present time, but then again u can see that the real TY is in a coma, in my theory i think once the prince goes back to his time, TY will come back from his coma. (there maybe 2 body in the same time but there is only one soul, since the body is just a container for our soul) Another thing is i know how everyone wish sena a horrible ending and i do too, but i dont see a terrible ending for her (unless she dies like the past) i kinda feel like once she finds out they are blood related sisters she would be slightly better to park ha. (i dont know why i think this but there were parts in the show that she thinks it is ok to do what she did since they not blood related) so i predict it going to end with the prince going back to his time while park ha moves to HK with her real mom and then maybe some times pass and she meets present time TY (since present TY was already into her from ep1 and just seems like destiny) and then the prince finds out who killed the princess and get together with the sister in law :o ... i think i wrote too much ><

Are you saying I just discovered why dinosaurs became extinct???? O_O

@nekoblah: annyeong! welcome to the thread. :) nice theories. I hope we get to see very happy endings for Lee Gak and Bak Ha. Tae Yong doesn't deserve to be in that state and Bu Yong also need to be happy--I wish we could see these too (if that's not too much to hope for).

i'm already sort of feeling bad for Park Ha and Lee Gak...because we all know he will have to go back to Joseon in the end..he cannot possible take Park Ha with him..he might get back with Bong Yoo (or whatever her Joseon name is) and she might get together with Tae Yong (the new age Lee Gak)..but they would still not be the same people they fell in love with (if you know what i mean)...

No, they won't. They are both bad to the bone. I don't know much about Tae Mu's background, but I'm guessing he has an inferiority comple because for the stupid, stupid grandmother (omo, I really dislike this woman too.) there was always only Tae Yong and no matter how hard he worked, she always wanted him to just be his shadow.

But with SeNa, I really don't understand it. She's always been bad. From the moment her character first appeared on screen in the child/teen version, anyone could see she was a rotten apple.

Now, I haven't watched episode 16 because it hasn't been subbed yet, but I'm sure Tae Mu isn't going to sit still. He seems to have a never ending supply of evil antics.

And are we getting to the thick of things now? All the flickering...that surely means that they are getting close to solving the mystery, right? Aww...it's hard for me to sit still now. I've never watched a episode raw, but I may have to because I'm curious.

Its my favourite episode too,i was so suprised to see Pak HA splashing that water,even two glasses:D She is one of a few characters in dramas that know how to stand up to someone,I was so glad to see that she doesn't belive SeNA anymore I also like how Lee Gak couldnt be decieved by Sena for too long:) He is one smart man:)

oh yes...i loved that stair kiss too...looked so natural and comfortable... Oaktabang WangSeja is turning out to be one of my favourites this season lol

Agreed about the kiss ^^ Really very natural and comfortable one...

This season is a killer... Though I obviously know my favourite (ehemK2Hehem), but I can't decide which one I like the 2nd best, haha~
